As a child, Dr. Gajda himself underwent orthodontic treatment. He was both amazed and intrigued by his treatment and the care provided by his orthodontist. He knew at a young age that this was something he wanted to do as a professional. His personal experience was the seed that led him to where he is today.

Orthodontics is a passion for Dr.Gajda. Heis invested in each and every patient and orthodontic treatment that he is involved in. He thoroughlyenjoys watching the transformation that his patients go through in order toachieve the perfect smile!

Dr. Gajda earned a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Case Western Reserve University. He completed his dental degree from the University of the Pacific in San Francisco. Dr. Gajdareceived amasters degree inorthodontics at Indiana University. He is an active member of the American Associationof Orthodontists, American Dental Association, OhioDental Association, NorthEast Ohio Dental Association, and the Cleveland Society of Orthodontists. Andfinally in 2008, Dr. Gajda joined the team at Northern Dental Specialists.

After livingin San Francisco and Indianapolis, Dr. Gajda and his wife, whom he met while studying atCWRU, are excited to liveinNortheast Ohio. Whenhe is not with his patients, obviously he enjoys spending time with his wife and their amazing 3 children. For fun Dr. Gajda enjoys movies, nonfiction books,golf, skiing, andplaying basketball with friends and family.

Dr. Gajda is a member of the 2016 class of Leadership Geauga, as well as serves on Madison Schools Business Advisory Council. Each year, Dr. Gajda and his wife give a scholarship to graduating high school seniors planning to enter the healthcare field.

I received my degree from the Cleveland Institute of Dental-Medical Assistants in Mentor, Ohio. When Im not assisting the doctors, I spend time with my husband, Raygon, and two sons, Tyler and Nicholas. I have enjoyed helping Northern Dental Specialists create beautiful smiles for 20 years!

I have been working for Northern Dental Specialists since 2001. I have been in the orthodontic field for over 15 years. I love working with all of our patients and their families. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Don, and our two girls, Amber and Zoe.

I am a retired school teacher. I love spending time with my husband and family, especially my grandchildren. In my spare time, I like to golf, play cards and board games, and do crafts. I feel very blessed to be part of Northern Dental Specialists!

I have worked at Northern Dental Specialists since 2019 and have enjoyed helping create beautiful smiles! When Im not at work I enjoy spending time with my two daughters Ellie and Thea, trying new foods, and working out.
