No teaching dentist ever comes in and checks patients to insure students are doing sufficient work. My daughter has been coming here for a while. Supposedly she was in good oral health and had 2 fillings that had been completed. We went to another dentist and paid out of pocket because she had a toothache. I seen the X-rays and the cavities that had formed, about 1500.00 later, exam, X-rays, extractions, fillings, and sealants. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!

Good luck trying to reach a human in this office. They don't give any reminders of future appointments nor do they seem interested in any patients returning. Still haven't been able to reach a person even though I had left two messages within the past week. Going to quit wasting my time here and look for a new pediatric dentist for my daughter.

If I could give zero starts I would! Front desk is rude from the minute you get there giving masks to children and adults while they have their masks off. They have a bunch of college kids working on children are you kidding me? As of they were Ginny pigs! The nurse with the dentist is rude and nasty interrupting the doctor and asking you sign releases without explaining them and is nasty when I tell her I'm in the middle of a conversation with the doctor. I will never step foot in that place again.

I would give zero stars if I could because they have no business seeing kids due to their office staff and policies. The front desk staff are horrible and you can't understand what they are saying. The don't know how to speak properly, communicate, and provide any kind of customer service. They are unprofessional, rude, and unable to think on their own. Once you enter the lobby it is like going into a prison. It is a sad looking place masking kids and adults and the people especially in the front office all look miserable. The insist to have kids mask up while they are sitting their chewing and touching their mask and breathing in the dirty air. They provide mask that are open and touched by employees to put on your face. So much for practicing proper hygiene and the irony of a learning institution being so anti-science.

Where do I begin? Front desk staff doesn't speak English. Combine that with a layer of plexiglass and masks, and I have no idea what's going on. They leave patient records out in the lobby for everyone to see, blatant HIPAA violation. They ask parents to wait outside the exam room while they manhandle your child and scream "be a good girl" while physically and forcefully restraining them. Needless to say after that incident I refused to wait outside and went into the room with my child. They left us waiting for two hours and called the police on me to have us removed from the premises, denying care to my daughter because I wouldn't leave her unattended with them. Makes you question their motives a bit. I was nothing but kind and respectful. I should have called the police on them for the way they attempted to treat my child. Everything about this place is trauma inducing and will lead your child down a path of dentist avoidance for the rest of his/her life. Needless to say I won't be coming back here anymore. Nor should you. There is nothing good about this place except that they accept medicaid. Find yourself a dentist that won't purposely scare you're child into avoiding dental care for the rest of her life. This place isn't it.

The worst dental office I have brought my kids to. Do yourself a favor and look for another dental office. The front desk doesn't even talk proper English.

Is leave zero stars if I could. Front desk is horrid. They never Napster, and never call you back when leaving messages. Most of the ppl here are rude, can't schedule correctly. It's always an issue when I take my kids. They need to hire all new staf.

I called to schedule an appointment for my child and the receptionist answered the phone and immediately put me on hold. I waited 11 minutes and she finally got back on the phone to tell me it will be a year until my child could have any treatment done since there is such a long waiting list.

We had a appointment scheduled for 840 but the office called to confirm for 910 , then the next day I called for a question about the appointment they said my child didn't have a appointment, then they called again to confirm the appointment so after about 4-5 calls to them they all of a sudden see the appointment, this place is by far one of the worst sorry pediatric dentist I have ever been to , appointments are months out, they constantly cancel your appointment, sometimes they even say they don't see an appointment for you, they didn't have any previous notes from other visit , constantly a new story EVERYTIME , I feel sorry for the underpaid DA and doctors no wonder It's never the same one there, I would suggest the Practice working on everything because nothing is good about this place at all!!!

This place is absolutely TERRIBLE!! I do not recommend AT ALL!! They pulled out my FIVE YEAR OLDS MOLAR that could have been fixed, Three people had to hold her down while she screamed the whole time. Completely traumatized my baby. Not to mention the staff is so rude, and unprofessional. I will never ever take my child to this place again. Just awful.

They never answer their phones, ever. We have been there 4 times and all 4 times the time they say the appointment is actually is changed the night before on pre recorded phone calls so you are left not knowing when your appointment is and when you call they never answer so you are stuck with 2 different appointment times and have no clue which is your actual appointment.

Do yourself a favor and find another dentist office. Six months ago I payed $535 for my daughter to get braces. Her appointments have been cancelled for one reason or another. One dentist told me one thing then after waiting two months another dentist would tell me something completely different. She has endured two full sets of X-rays, and impressions, and has three teeth pulled. I was told to make an appointment for next moth to finally get braces. When I tried to make the appointment they didn't have any open For two more months. I am demanding my deposit back! Do yourself a favor and keep searching elsewhere!

Unless you want to wait for an apt that take WEEKS to schedule, staff is bad, cancel your appointments without notice & don't even follow up to schedule you a new one. Then this would be the place, this place is awful definitely don't recommend !!!!
