Every visit to NC Family Demtist has been a great one. The staff are all friendly and engaging, every time not just occasionally. I love that not only do they explain what they see but they showed it with pics and xrays. Lastly, they don't try to upcharge or rip you off. Thank you everyone at NC for helping rebuild my trust in dentist offices and becoming my permanent dentist!

Completely awful. I am dental phobic, made an appointment. The only do Xrays and exams first time in, and when I mentioned my phobia and asked for same day service, I was told to find someone else! 0 stars

I had Crown and filling work done today. I was impressed with the modern equipment and how fast they finished the process. They didn't waste any time, they kept going until they were finished. And the office group is always helpful and great to work with.

LOVE this dental office! Dr. Thompson is a life saver and I've never had any poor experiences all my years of going here. The staff is so equipped, so fast, genuinely kind, and calmed all my anxieties. They are all extremely gentle with treatments and you can tell have all had a lot of experience. I hate dentist offices but I love coming here because of the great work, great price, and really the great people.

Great place for getting dental work done. Friendly staff all around from the receptionists to the dental assistants, to the doctors. Highly recommend for any one that enjoys that added level of niceness and comfort before going under a drill like i do.

Overall a terrible experience. The doctor was rude and was in the room for no more than 5 minutes. The dental assistant was rude and snappy; the dentist look like he was bored and had better things to do. I went for x-rays and teeth cleaning they spent 2 minutes cleaning my teeth; from 3:19pm to 3:21pm. The only nice person there was the lady at the front. Before leaving I was visibly unhappy and the lady at the front tried to make it right but I do not want that dentist or the dental assistant near my mouth. Terrible experience.

This doctor failed to properly review the x-rays I provided, she base her diagnosis in photographs they took. Very inpatient with me and in a rush. I went for a second opinion and it was very different from the previous one. Now days it is very difficult to find honest dentist, they always try to sell you something.

Very reasonable wait time and prices. I waited less than 10 minutes after filling out paperwork and about 10 minutes for the dentist to come in. The customer service was amazing and every person I encountered in the office was friendly and helpful. This kind of service is longed for and I did not feel an ounce of negative energy from the moment I stepped in the door. The dentist felt like family; I highly recommend this dental office.

Very professional, polite, understanding and comforting. I was running ten min late and they still let me keep my appt. They are very understanding, had so much going on in the day with my kid and chores, time flew by and next thing you know I was running behind and they still took me in. My insurance covered most of the costs, assistants and doctor were polite and a delight to talk to. Can't complain about a thing! Amazing experience. I highly recommend. Bringing my wife in once she's on my insurance.

I have been coming here for years and have always had the best experience. Everyone is so incredibly welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. I feel valued as a person, not just as a client. I would highly recommend them!

I've been with NC Family Dental for about four or five years now. Dr. Thompson is a great dentist and is surrounded by an awesome team. I always have a good experience in their office so much so that I want a hygenist to clean my teeth every morning.
