Dr. Z is such a thoughtful and caring dentist and goes above and beyond in making her patients feel taken care of. Her team is also fantastic and create such a warm and inviting environment. I love going to her office and would recommend her practice to anyone.

I have been a dental patient of Dr. Zafaranchi and her wonderful staff for over 20 years! In addition to the regular semi-annual maintenance, I have undergone many procedures under Dr. Zafaranchi's care, and I have NEVER met, or had a dental professional that has provided me the excellent care, outstanding treatment, accommodating schedules, extremely friendly service and genuine concern for my well-being that I have received from Dr. "Z" and her staff at Sunnyvale Signature Smiles! Their enthusiasm, positive attitude and kindness are goals that all medical professionals should strive to achieve - they have set the bar very high. Dr. Zafaranchi is a truly gifted dentist and professional, and no treatment is complete until both you and she are completely satisfied. The "work" that she does, and has done is fascinating, and has greatly improved the way I feel about myself and how I continue to maintain my dental care. I look forward to all my dental appointments with Dr. Z. as I think of her more as a family member or dear friend other than my professional caregiver. I am totally committed to the dental services at Sunnyvale Signature Smiles for as long as I need dental care (for life). Dr. Zafaranchi loves what she does and we ALL benefit from that! I truly wish that I could I clone this wonderful human being to be my Primary Care Physician!

This dental office deservers 100 stars! My previous dentist was fine but I recently switched over to Dr. Zafaranchi because my brothers and friends were always raving about Dr. Z and her practice. It was also closer to my home and I wanted a certain night guard that only Dr. Z makes. WOW... what a HUGE difference! I am so incredibly happy that I am now under the care of Dr. Z and her wonderful staff. My only regret is that I didn't switch over to Dr. Z sooner. As a frontline healthcare worker for last 15+ years, I know what good and safe patient care is and I recognize a healthy, happy, clean work environment when I see it. Dr. Z's office is the whole package - the attention to detail, the professionalism, the high standard of care and cleanliness. Aesthetically, her dental office is the most beautiful dental office you will ever see. Even the bathroom is gorgeous. Chrissy is the office manager and she has so much pride and enthusiasm in making sure the office runs smoothly. You can tell someone who simply works for a paycheck and someone who truly owns their work and cares about the patients on a personal level. She makes every person feel welcomed and valued. If you are worried about covid - this office is very clean and meticulous in its covid safety protocols. There are two exits and every exam room has a high quality air filter. All staff wear N95 and face shields all the time. My brothers said good things about the dental assistants there. I only met one so far - his name is Aria. He is super sweet, gentle and accommodating. Lastly, I had some cosmetic dental work done and what Dr. Z did in one office visit was better than 3+ years of braces and invisalign with another orthodontist. She fixed what braces and invisalign could not do. She is a perfectionist and so skilled at what she does. She is a miracle worker and plastic surgeon. I love my smile now. I also don't have teeth sensitivity and gum irritation like I used to. I am SOOO happy with Dr. Z's work and I will remember 2021 as the year I got my smile back.

I've been a dental patient of Dr. Zafaranchi (Dr. Z) since Sunnyvale Signature Smiles (SSS) was established. I can honestly say I've been happy with the outstanding service provided by her and her staff from day one. Dr. Z has a great personality and is easy to get along with, embodying the perfect balance of warmth, integrity, humor and professional candor. SSS is great about reminding you of upcoming appointments. Questions are encouraged (not frowned upon) and your feedback is always welcome. Everything is kept clean and sanitized (including the Stevie Wonder shades you get to wear during your visit : ) ). Everyone there is highly skilled in what they do and are as interested in the health of your mouth as you are, perhaps more. I've never had a bad experience with Dr. Z or any of the hygienists - gentleness seems to be a theme there. The office manager (Chrissy) is always on top of her game and can field the gamut of insurance concerns, etc. you may have. Scheduling an appointment with her couldn't be easier. Chrissy is also one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. If you are one of those individuals who has always dreaded going to the dentist, this is the place for you. You're going to love everything about Sunnyvale Signature Smiles and more importantly, your teeth and tongue and gums will love you back!

10/10 experience. After trying out a few different dentists in the Bay and Central Valley, I can say with great confidence that Dr. Zafaranchi and her team are the most knowledgable and passionate dental care professionals that I have ever encountered. Example: Within five minutes of examining my teeth, Dr. Z realized that the yellow discoloration on my front teeth was not standard discoloration but the remaining glue from braces that had been removed over 13 years ago! She was able to fix this within 2 minutes, instantly brightening my teeth. 5 different dentists before her had seen and been unable to identify this. Could not give a stronger recommendation.

If I could give an extra star, then Sunnyvale Signature Smiles would be guaranteed a six-star review. Dr. Zafaranchi, once again, has done meticulous and wonderful dental work for me. I had recently chipped the edge of my porcelain crown, and with that, my self-esteem was at a record low. I was greatly bothered by it aesthetically and the sharp edge was greatly bothering my tongue. I was extremely happy to learn that Dr. Zafaranchi could restore my chipped porcelain crown conservatively without needing to replace the whole crown. She worked tirelessly and diligently. She certainly did her magic and added composite resin to my chipped porcelain, matching the shade perfectly. At the end, it was beautiful and perfect once again. I am so thankful and beyond happy with the work that was done. Dr. Zafaranchi's amazing work is always achieved with the help and care of her wonderful staff (Aria, Linh, and Chrissy), who always makes everyone feel at home when at Sunnyvale Signature Smiles. The 6th star I would give to Dr. Zafaranchi here is for her profound level of attention to detail, amazing positive energy, and professional care that has remained unchanged in the past 20 years that I have been her patient. She is truly a perfectionist.

I have been coming here for a couple years now and let me start by saying the progress Dr. Z's (Dr. Zafaranchi) team has made with me is incredible. The dentist i came from was terrible. Scheduling was bad, quality of work was terrible and i always seemed to wait about 45 minutes passed my appointment time to actually get in. First and foremost, Chrissy makes that office glow. When you walk in you are promptly greeted by Chrissy as she always makes you feel welcome. She informs you if there are any updates she needs for your file, goes over what your appointment will consist of for the visit, and then get you going. I have never waited more than 3-5 minutes before going in. She is so great with communication, which i think is HUGE in such a busy, stressful profession. She always keeps me updated if there is a better appointment time available or open to adjustments if i can't make it in. It is such a well organized, clean office and i think in large part this is because of her. Chrissy has worked in the dental field most of her life, which is probably why she can answer so many of my questions and provide me great feedback to my inquires with how to proceed with concerns of mine. It is refreshing to see someone so committed to what they do and the quality of service they provide. We had a a lot of work to do to get me current. A few deep cleanings, fillings and polishings later, it feels like i have a much healthier, stronger set of teeth (actually many deep cleanings, fillings and polishings later). The confidence that comes with this was not realized until recently when Dr. Z and Aria (Dental Assistant) fixed some chips in my front teeth and filled them. The only way to describe the work is magical. It looks like the chips were never there. i still cant get over it as i write this review. Quick reference back to Aria. Aria is the nicest person i have ever met. Granted i work in law, so i guess it is expected to not encounter such happy people, but every time i see him, he is so welcoming and kind. He is always on the spot for whatever Dr. Z needs and seems to be well organized which i really appreciate. This team serves a lot of patients and they seem to have their system down. Whether i am getting a cleaning from Linh, or working with Benny, or more heavy detailed work from Dr. Z and Aria, or scheduling and planning with Chrissy up front, there seems to be a certain level of pride that floats through that office. Its noticeable and makes me so happy to be able to write in this review.

Dr. Zafaranchi and her entire dental team (Chrissy, Aria, Linh & Benny) represent excellence in patient care and professionalism. Dr. Z. portrays all characteristics of what I feel a great dentist should be, she's caring , honest and very relatable. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a new Dentist.

This office can never seem to keep an appointment. What is the point of scheduling six months in advance only to have them cancel and then try to reschedule? This happened to me multiple times. Patients have lives too. My wife and I showed up today for back-to-back appointments, again set up six months ago, but the receptionist said she had only one appointment on their calendar. This is the last straw; I am never going back. I will find another dentist office that is respectful of their patients' time.

This review is long overdue. I have been going to Dr.Z's office for years! She is very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. It's stressful going to the dentist for me but I never feel that way with Dr.Z. She makes all your dental problems seem feasible. Lol The staff here are also very welcoming. Chrissy the office manager is so friendly and efficient at what she does. She is always answering the phone and still able to get me checked in promptly and smoothly. I have had several different hygienists here and they're all experienced. You can't really go wrong with anyone here. Just make sure to book your appt in advance because they're very popular!
