Although he was born in Chicago, Illinois, Dr. Mohit Virmani spent nearly all of his childhood in North Potomac, MD. In 1996, he received his Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. He then received his doctorate degree from the University of Michigan in 2000. Since then, he completed an Advanced General Dentistry residency with the United States Army at Fort Lewis, Washington. He then served two more years as an Army Dentist in El Paso, Texas, where he received an Army Commendation Medal and an Army Achievement Medal. He then practiced with a group of doctors in Columbia, MD before venturing into Naylors Court with his wife. He has remained active in post-graduate continuing education, taking courses in topics such as cosmetic dentistry, implant therapy, and endodontic therapy. He is also a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Association of Cosmetic Dentistry. When not working, he enjoys biking and is an avid sports fan. Even his young daughters are developing a love of the Michigan Wolverines!
Dr. Jennifer Virmani is originally from Pacific Palisades, a community in southern California. She received her Bachelor's degree in Physiology and Neuroscience from the University of California at San Diego. She then received her doctorate degree from the University of Michigan in 2000. Upon completion of a General Practice Residency at the VA Hospital in West Los Angeles, Jennifer married Moe in June of 2001 and then worked as a contract dentist for the United States Army in El Paso, Texas. She continues her education each year by attending post-graduate courses in topics such as cosmetic dentistry, reconstructive dentistry, and periodontal therapy. She is an active member of the Maryland State Dental Association, the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry and the National Association of Women Business Owners. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys biking, cooking, gardening, as well as spending time with her young twin girls.
Robyn has been our business office manager since 2004 and it's hard to come across anything she hasn't seen.. She spends most of her time assisting patients at the front desk. Her naturally caring personality is always expressed in her interactions with patients and staff alike. An avid animal lover, she lives with her husband, dogs, cats & bird in Westminster and is originally from West Virginia.
Kendra is our jack of all trades. She originally trained as a dental hygienist in Florida, yet she is also a certified dental assistant and can often be found at the front desk assisting patients with their dental insurance plans. Her forward-thinking nature and attention to detail have been assets in the development of our Zoom whitening program. She lives with her husband and son in Perry Hall.
Kristina moved to Maryland from California about 4 years ago. Her caring personality and 'can-do' attitude are appreciated by all of our patients. Kristina enjoys going to sporting events and while she loves the San Francisco Giants and 49ers, she also roots for the O 's and Ravens! Her teenage children, husband, and animals keep her life very enjoyable!
Randi rejoined our team in 2019. She enjoys spending time with her two sons and husband. In her free time she enjoys walking her dog and being outside in nice weather. She finds ways to relax through yoga and reading. Her family enjoys hiking and mountain biking together on the weekends.
Cortney joined our front desk staff in the summer of 2014. She brings a refreshing demeanor and calm disposition to our team which translates to efficiently assisting our patients. She's rarely caught without a smile and spends her free time with her young daughter and boyfriend.
Heather is a certified dental assistant who joined our team in the fall of 2013. She loves talking with our patients to help them feel at ease and brings a personal touch to all of her work. Patients enjoy her enthusiasm and the staff loves her helpful attitude. She enjoys spending time with her young son and boyfriend. She is a huge Ravens fan and loves warm weather.
Bibi is a bilingual, energetic and friendly dental assistant who has been with us since 2015. As an expanded functions dental assistant, she loves to make patients feel relaxed and comfortable during their visits while educating them about the importance of maintaining good oral health. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Amber joined our team in 2019. She is a mother of two who enjoys roller skating and cookouts. A dental assistant since 2013, Amber loves working with patients and seeing their dental dreams come true.
Irene brings 30+ years experience as a dental hygienist and has been at our office since 2004. Originally from Greece, she has lived in Baltimore long enough to become an expert on all of the restaurants around town. Her vibrance & laughter always help one relax in the dental setting, while her dedication to dentistry is always evident. She lives with her husband in Hunt Valley and enjoys time with her 2 college-age sons.
Gina has been practicing dental hygiene for almost 15 years and she has been with our office since 2004. She is always ready to listen and lends a gentle touch to dentistry. She enjoys meeting new people and building relationships with her patients. Originally from New York, she lives with her teenage son and enjoys visits with her older daughters and their children.
Dina graduated from the University of Maryland as a dental hygienist in 2010, and has been working in the dental field ever since. Since joining us in 2018, Dina has quickly become an integral part of our team putting her care and devotion into each one of her patients. Born and raised in Pikesville, she now lives here with her husband and enjoys painting and running in her spare time.

I have a huge fear of the dentist (not the actual person, but the process) due to past horrid experiences. After explaining to the staff they were able to use children sized x-rays so I could get through it, and the cleaning was done with little water so I did not feel like I was drowning the entire time. Easiest process that I've had at the dentist in decades.

So far, so good I'm impressed! I was across the hall for a pcp visit for my daughter and thought hey I should check and see if they take my insurance since I need a new dentist. Boom, a week later and I'm sitting in my first dental appt. I had my follow up visit and cleaning 2 weeks after (would've been sooner if I wasn't on vacation the week prior). Dr. Virmani was very thorough, clean, informative, and efficient. I was in and out in no more than 45mins. I have an entire roadmap for what my next treatments and appts will be in the upcoming months. So happy to have stumbled upon this place!

Very efficient and effective. I used their Smile Club promotion and it is well worth it. I was in and out in under 30 minutes, including x-rays, extra fluoride put on my teeth, and the dentist's consult.

A female doctor did my teeth cleaning on 10/9/22. I must say this was one of the best teeth cleaning I've ever had here. She was very friendly. She cleaned some of the stains from my teeth and they look so much better. The first time i came here, there was a woman with black hair who gave me the most painful teeth cleaning I'd ever had. Thank God, that i don't have to use her ever again, to clean my teeth

Today was my very first day with this dentist(Dr. Mo) staff and office. I wanted to experience a dentist who exhibited compassion, care and concern for his clients. Today I found what I was looking for in a dentist my whole life (I'm 60 years old) From the beginning of walking into the office on 4000 Old Court RD and was greeted by caring staff at the front desk. They x-ray, examined, consultation and cleaning all in one appointment. We talked about the goals for my individual dental care and I was in agreement. I'm so excited to have found a dental family that I can hold my head up and not down because of past mistakes I made with not doing proper dental brushing and flossing. Next visit will be preparing for a crown on one of the back molar's. I understand each visit with Dr. Mo will be a new stage toward better and healthier life. If anyone out there who have been putting off any dental concerns, no need to do that anymore... try Dr. Mo at Naylors Court Dental..you will be so happy you did. I highly recommend this dentist, location and office.

I am so grateful to be given the chance to share my experience. My experience was absolutely wonderful which most people wouldn't say about a dental appointment. The young lady that took care of me during my visit was absolutely wonderful and amazing. And I request that every time I go for my visits that she's the one that sees me. I have been a patient for over 15 years and I feel like I am part of the "family". The staff is enthusiastic, professional and caring. I even receive phone calls after hours to check on how I'm recuperating after a procedure. I couldn't ask for any better!

I had a wonderful experience going to Naylor's Court Dental Partners. From the scheduling to my visit everything went very smoothly. The entire staff was very cordial and pleasant. The best part of the visit was I was in and out in great time. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. They did a great job. I was very pleased with my teeth.
