I sent a private review 1st in hopes that Dr. A. Ruda would contact me but it's been two weeks and nothing! I wanted to give them an opportunity to make things right. I had a toothache and could not get in touch with regular dentist. Two friends highly recommended Dr. Ruda and when I called, I was able to see Dr. Danielle the same day, so I went. The office team was wonderful! You couldn't ask for a more professional and friendly staff. When Dr. Danielle couldn't determine which tooth the pain was coming from, she suggested that there could be a leak in the filling of the 2nd to the end tooth. She removed and replaced the filling. When I asked what would happen if the pain persisted, she said I would probably need a root canal. After the Novocain wore off, the pain was still there. The next morning my regular dentist called and scheduled me immediately. He diagnosed that the pain was coming from the end tooth and sent me to the Endodontist to have a root canal. The Endodontist also confirmed that the pain was coming from the last tooth and performed a root canal and now I'm pain free. While I was in the waiting room, Dr Danielle called me and wanted to know how I was doing. I told her not great and that I was waiting for a root canal. She responded telling me that was what she thought would be needed if the pain persisted. I told her that it was a different tooth and not the tooth that she replaced the filling for $335!. If she wasn't sure which tooth the pain was coming from, she should have consulted with her father. I am certain that he would have known that it was the rear tooth. She removed and replaced a perfectly fine filling. I would be more than happy to remove this review if they do the honest and ethical thing. They could have at least credited me for the filling; only charged an office visit and gave me an apology.

Great team of dentists, technicians and office crew. Always looking out how to care for your teeth. Dr. Ruda is the best when there are teeth issues that have to be addressed.The entire crew is welcoming- very pleasant and there is no waiting when you arrive for the appointment.

I moved from NYC and was in need of a new dentist . After asking around and getting several recommendations I decided to choose Navesink Dental Care . I think I made the right choice, the front desk was very nice and accommodating. Jesse the hygienist was good and thorough and Dr Danielle was very friendly and efficient . Overall was a great experience and I would recommend this practice .

I had a very positive experience recently with Dr. Danielle Ruda, as she took care of my root canal and crown emplacement. I was nervous because this the first time I'd had either of those procedures, but she set me completely at ease by explaining the whole process, checking in with me regularly to make sure I was comfortable, and doing excellent, careful work while making it look effortless. I think the dentists and their team at Navesink Dental Care are great, and I trust them completely with my family's dental needs. As a bonus, their collective sense of humor makes my visits an enjoyable affair, which is really saying something about a service generally considered unpleasant.

Dr. Ruda's office staff first off make you feel at home as soon as you walk in the door. Very cheery and smiling. They know it's not at the top of anyone's list when they come in there but they make it as painless as possible by how they treat you both before, during and after. The hygienists are all wonderful and excellent at cleaning your teeth and you can tell enjoy working for him. The office is state of the art and up to date on the latest procedures and equipment as well. Dr. Ruda has a great chair side manner and will only recommend things that you actually NEED to be done. He's not aggressive with treatment and his conservative nature makes you feel at ease when you actually do need something done. He's the exact opposite of the big corporate dental practices out there that actually basically lie to you about work that needs to be done when you actually have nothing wrong with you. Those "houses" take advantage of people with excellent dental coverage to extract the maximum benefit from what your insurance wiill supply every year. They are maximizing profits by using your mouth as a proving ground for their games. Don't believe it? I was married to a former dental assistant from one of them and they had meetings in the morning to compete to see who could make the most money that day. She left after a month and a half because of their shenanigans. I recommend Dr. Ruda and his Team highly. I have sent numerous people to him and they all love him and the other 2 dentists who also work with him! If you need work run don't walk to their office!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff... Brought my 6 ur old daughter here and the dentist, assistant and everyone was so patient and kind. It was such a positive experience that my wife and myself made appointments.

I have to say Dr. DeAngelis is one of the best dentist I've had in years. Every time I go there I'm so relaxed I feel like I'm at the spa. She is so gentle and precise. She educates you on exactly what she's doing while working on you, so there are no surprises. I am very sensitive when going to the dentist I get very nervous as well. But when I go see Dr. DeAngelis, she puts my worries at ease. I'm so relaxed when I am in her chair sometimes I fall asleep. I highly recommend her to all my family and friends. If you are a sensitive person like me go see Dr Deangelis for any of your dental work. She goes way and above for all her patients, she even opens up her office when you have an emergency on a weekend. My husband and I just got married recently and he chip his tooth The week of our wedding! She took him right away without any hesitation. I didn't even know his tooth was chipped in the front when we got married, lol. She does beautiful work. She is definitely a perfectionist!

After years of visiting dr ruda's office, I've decided its time to take my insurance else where due to his unprofessional colleague, dr. deangles who's one of most rudest, inexperienced, unskillful dentist me and my family have ever dealt with. deangles will bring pain throughout a procedure as she always been very rough with her hands as well as her tools and when frustrated she tends to give up. So my wife visited their office and was given deangles who I already knew was going to do my wife damage because of my past experiences with her. deangles was beyond rude to her as deangles kept repeating that she was in a rush & had to leave at 6. She also became very irate when she couldn't novocain my wife enough, slamming tools around & back to constantly repeating that she had to leave at 6 yet when my wife called the office for an emergency visit they were rushing for her to come in. My wife asked for a simple extraction of a damaged tooth, $1100 less then the root canal deangles kept insisting on. When deangles couldn't get the job done, she just gave up & sent my wife on her way, still in pain with damaged tooth still intact along with insulting my wife as she was leaving the office. The next day my wife called their office & spoke to ruda himself who to my surprise totally disrespected her, refused for her to come in, made her cry & refused to hear anything my wife had say all in the defense of deangles. No worries though, after the disrespectful convo with ruda, my wife found a dentist who that same day got the job done. As for deangles, guess you get a pass, when you're the doctors wife. Besides that, the office personal has always been awesome as well as all of their hygienist.

This dental office has ALWAYS treated me with the utmost respect and professional care. I always feel like the reception staff is accommodating while scheduling me and welcoming whenever I come and go through the office. The dental staff is incredible and the docs are the best around. Excellent experience. Was a first time patient w this office. Had an emergent situation pertaining to my gums and was in so much pain. It was a Saturday night after hours and Dr.Rudda and his wife (who's also a dentist there and super sweet) met me at the office in 30 mins. Had a bad infection at the root of my tooth and had to be drained. He relieved a lot of my pain which was followed by antibiotics. He checked up on me on Easter Sunday and had a follow up visit on Monday. Very happy with my healing progress The entire staff at the office is amazing. Great personalities and so helpful. from this experience... me..... my wife and my mother in law will all be coming here-- anyone looking for a great dental experience should book an appt asap. .

Excellent care, staff, dentists , everyone very friendly and accommodating. They do a great job explaining everything. Clean office, short wait time, modern equipment. High focus on patient comfort. Would definitely recommend.

Becky gave me the best cleaning I have ever had. My mouth was 2.5 years without a cleaning and the tartar was higher than the Great Wall of China. Becky was still more gentle than any hygienist I've worked with and got rid of it all. Amazing

Had a wonderful experience with Becky! So down to earth and personable. Made me feel comfortable as soon as I sat in the chair. Highly recommend Dr Ruda and all the staff!

The absolute worst experience I have ever had. I went in for 2 fillings and left with a broken crown that was less then a year old that was broken by their staff. Their response "call the old dentist you went to and get it fixed for free or we will give you a discount on a new one" I spoke to Dr.Danielle and told her I wasn't comfortable going back to a dentist who I left because I didn't feel comfortable in the first place and now I have to go back and tell them I went to a new dentist and they broke your work so you can fix it for free right? I can't believe this is how you treat patients and I hope NO ONE ever has to go through what I am going through because of them.

I have been going to them since I was kid and I can't believe the way they are treating me and my family right now. First of all, my fiancee and I took our 2 year old son to get a check up and cleaning. Not only did they do absolutely nothing for him because he wouldn't sit still, but they still had the audacity to charge my insurance so now I can't take him to a pediatric dentist til next year! Then my fiancee decided to switch to my dentist, ( who is no longer in my network for insurance) and had absolutely nothing but problems. They removed a crown from her mouth, and not only did they break the crown, but they refused to fix it for free! They told her they will fix it at a discounted price for her. They had absolutely no business touching the crown to begin with! What an absolute shame what this place has become. Now my entire family and I have to find a new dentist. Stay far away from here!

Everyone in the office makes you feel very comfortable, like we knew each other forever. I have a fear of dentist, only went to Dr Ruda because I had an infection. Dr Ruda explained everything that needs to be done in detail. I went back after a couple days of antibiotics to have tooth removed and bone graf, I never felt any pain, maybe a little uncomfortable for a few hours after but that was it. Highly recommend Dr. Ruda .

Dr. Ruda and the staff at Navesink Dental deserve 100 stars. I've always been petrified of going to the dentist. I've had several procedures here and never felt any pain; they truly make it a great experience.
