I had a great consultation with Dr Arias about my son's crowded teeth. I didn't need convincing he needs more space in his mouth but didn't know which route was better for him. Dr Arias is very friendly, personable, professional and all around amazing. She spends as much time with you as you need and explains everything thoroughly. All the staff is friendly and helpful, everyone makes you feel welcomed and cared for and not rushed at all. There is a cozy space for you and your infant/newborn. She is very knowledgeable and helpful overall love my entire experience there! Can't rave about it enough.

I was having so much anxiety about my baby boys lip and tongue tie release but Dr Arias and her staff are sooo soo good with babies and I know that even though he hates his mouth being touched they are so gentle and sweet with him. I like them so much that even though they dont take my insurance im considering going there for my own teeth cleaning!

My hygienist Maria was great, the staff at the desk was wonderful. Maria took her time and made sure I was comfortable and answered any questions I have. Based on my experience with the hygienist and other staff I would rate 5 stars and be happy to return. Some remarks from the dentist about my mental health however did not sit right with me. The conversation went as follows: "I see you are taking medication related to anxiety, do you have PTSD or trauma?" I was a bit taken aback. While I do believe in a holistic approach, the casualness of such a serious and uncomfortable topic was odd and uncomfortable. I responded with "I guess emotional." And the dentist said "So nothing serious?" To downplay the effects of my mental health like that was hurtful and unprofessional. This was a dentist who has talked to me for less than 5 minutes. She then proceeded to tell me that by having a sleep study done and fixing some issues with my jaw would help me sleep better and then I wouldn't need the medication. I agree that it could be a missing piece of the puzzle, but to assume that I would no longer need it without knowing my psychiatric history is ridiculous and unprofessional. The same point could have been established without asking personal questions in a public setting and without the rude comments.

Dr. Carla Arias is the best dentist I have ever found. She made me feel very comfortable in my every visit very knowledgeable and caring of my overall health. Both Dr. Arias and Dr. Mercado are very Knowledgeable and caring Professionals. My two daughters are also in Ortho treatment and They Love Dr. Arias they were scared of going to the dentist and we=hen we found Dr. Arias she made them feel comfortable and now they love going to the dentist. The office staff is nice and friendly. The dental hygienist is friendly and terrific at what she does. Dr Arias is a great dentist. She explains in detail the work that is needed along with preventive treatment plans. Overall, I am pleased with the selection I made to continue seeing Dr Arias.

Dr. Arias and her staff are one of the best providers I've ever worked with. Was able to get my 2 week old in very quickly for concern for lip/tongue tie. Dr. Arias was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting me to completely understand the procedure and aftercare. She was patient, kind and really cares for her patients. Would 100% recommend! Dr. Arias was thorough and professional. She did not make any recommendations until getting all the information she needed for my 2 month old with lip and tongue tie. She was mom and baby friendly and everyone in her office was. I highly recommend her. Her bedside manner is top notch.
