Both the doctor and his staff were very kind and understanding of my severe dental phobia. Everything was done at my pace, in case I needed to take a break. I would highly recommend this office.

Dr Litano and his staff take holistic dentistry to the next level! Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. Wait times are great compared to other dental offices and they sure do follow up and call you when you ask to be put on a cancellation list. Example, I called on a Monday, was given a Friday appt, and got a call back the same day for a Tuesday (next day) cancellation/opening. Also, any and everyone should consider having their amalgams (silver fillings) removed and replaced. Amalgams are the root cause of MANY health issues and diagnosis. Regular dentists are not trained/certified in SMART/IAOMT removal and Dr Litano is. Improper removal of amalgams can be HORRIBLE for your overall health and well being and cause life long diagnoses and challenges! In the past I have done three sleep apnea tests (those lovely sleep study tests with a hundred wires taped to your head & chest) in my life and they all came back with "negative sleep apnea". I've had TMJ for many years. Dr Litano had me do a Cone Beam Scan and sure enough I have sleep apnea. He recently made me a comfy night guard that addresses both TMJ and sleep apnea. I've noticed some subtle changes so far and look forward more! I know they're coming! Last, he does not take insurance but if you have Dental insurance, based on your benefits, many will reimburse you. If you don't have dental insurance, his prices across the board are very reasonable. He is not my first holistic dentist however he's my final destination dentist. You will only be happy with Dr Litano, his staff, and nontoxic services that they provide!

Dr. Litano may not have the most "posh looking" office but his heart and focus are in the right place. he takes the time to listen to you and will offer the LEAST INVASIVE, natural option and solution with the end goal of saving your teeth for as long as possible. The other thing I want to add is the atmosphere at his office is quite calm, if you have anxiety about going to the dentist you might want to come here at least for a 2nd opinion to check him out. I'd love for him to start accepting insurance. :)

Dr. Litano and his Team are AUMazing! I was so excited to meet Dr. Litano and discover Natural Smiles at the 2020 Awakening Into The Sun Festival in St. Pete, FL. I've been wanting to connect with a biological dentist for years, and 2020 was my year! During our first consultation, Dr. Litano was extremely considerate of my dental situation and answered all my questions thoroughly. This same consideration has been carried on throughout my experiences with him and his team! As a wholistic nutritionist/educator, I was thrilled to receive ozone water for cleansing my mouth at the beginning of my first two visits, which were basic cleanings. (I use an ozonated gum gel almost daily at home, so love love love ozone!!) To date, I have had several cleanings, 2 replacement crowns, removal of an old metal permanent retainer on my lower front teeth, and one of two mercury/amalgam fillings removed, all of which I've had for decades! I have been so impressed, ELATED, actually, how the team takes extra precautions in removing my crowns b/c they were unsure if I had any mercury underneath. They properly covered inside my mouth and my face, added a scoop of charcoal under my tongue, oxygen tubes in my nose and ensured we were all safe from any possible mercury vapors. Thankfully, there was NO mercury under either of the crowns, so we were able to proceed as normal. Dr. Litano and team are always SUPER EFFICIENT and EXTREMELY KIND in taking care of me! These are some of the BEST dental experiences EVER! I HIGHLY recommend Natural Smiles of Tampa Bay for everyone, particularly those who are mindful of how they treat their bodies, want to have a NEXT-LEVEL dental experience and especially those who desire to have their mercury-based fillings safely removed. Best. Dentist. Ever. I don't ever want to go anywhere else. I had two major oral surgeries done and he made it a pretty pleasant experience if you can believe that! He lets you know exactly what's going on too! I needed some special attention after the surgeries and even though he was on vacation he and his office were there for me. I really appreciated that! I highly recommend, if I could give 10 stars, I would because this dental office deserves it!
