I gonna be honest! I have my wisdom teeth form the bottom. I ran every dental office in Puerto Rico, then I moved to Massachusetts and everyone send me to the oral surgery. I moved to Florida and I went to 3 different dental office and as well everyone send me to a oral surgery. I finally met with Dr. Mercado. What amazing guy, he told me let's gonna removed those wisdom teeth. I got my appointment the same day and 5 hours later u finally got no more those wisdom teeth that bother me a lot. I woke up today with minimal pain and the jobs was amazing that my face still the same. Every that I talked that got removed those saying how my face look the same. According to themSuppose to look different the first days. I find my Forever dental office here with Dr. Mercado. Lo mejor de todo, todo el personal muy amable y hablan espanol. The best cleaning in a long time. If I can give more stars I will do it.

I hate going to the dentist. I have good teeth, but I'm a big baby. However, I had a great experience at Natural Smiles. Everyone was nice, the dental hygienist was extremely gentle, I thought more than once he wasn't even touching my teeth, and Dr. Mercado was also gentle, honest, and quick. No one likes to have their mouth wide open for longer than needed, and they seem to understand that at Natural Smiles of Orlando. I was surprised how quickly I was in and out. I will be back for my cleaning in 6 months.

Out of all my prior dentists, I finally found the best! Dr. Mercado and his staff are the most welcoming and friendliest which is a huge factor especially for someone who's been afraid of going to the dentist ever since a little kid. Dr. Mercado is very attentive to his patients concerns and questions. Quality work indeed. I highly highly recommend!! :)

Our family is very happy with Dr. Mercado and his team! I appreciate that I actually see and talk to the Dr ! Most dental offices you only see the dentist for 30 seconds after the technician has done everything! Twice Dr. Mercado has even done my cleanings! I enjoy the environment that he has developed with the kind and professional staff! Thank you Dr. Mercado for taking care of the entire Martin family!

Definitely, must go to place. Professional, accommodating, and caring staff. They explain the process from start to finish and what to expect afterwards. The results were astonishing. Good location and reasonable prices. Keeping this place for my dental care.
