I really appreciated all their friendly and professional service. The front desk staff educated me so my husband & I can get the most coverage from our insurance options. I brought all my supplies that I have been using and the hygienist was gentle and educated me the order I should use my supplies. The dentist was very encouraging that even with my condition, due to my good habits, I am doing a lot better than others with the same condition. We are very happy we have this group of professionals to help with our oral health. Thank you.

Love this office! Been going here for several years, no regrets yet! Dr. Sun and staff provide a clean, warm, and extremely professional dental environment. Initially, I had cheap insurance and was told by a Dentistry in Antelope to just get a root canal. I went to Dr. Sun, who has trained and inspired dentists, and found out that the root canal was offered most likely because of an easy insurance claim for the Antelope Dentist Office! Dr. Sun offered me a way to save the tooth and provided education to maintain its health. I've been going to this office ever since. Don't cheap out on your mouth! Please consider visiting this place!

I was honestly loving this place. Thought I had found a home and was ecstatic they moved closer to me. Unfortunately, after I arrived at my last appointment, I had to do COVID screening (no big deal) and I was given a bill. It was from a visit from quite awhile ago, so I did have questions. I paid the bill. They had additional questions for me, so I answered them. Then they told me I needed to reschedule because I was outside my appointment window. I was really baffled because if they knew it would interfere with my appointment, why wouldn't they just speak to me after my appointment?? I felt that was really rude and inconsiderate so I just switched dentists. I didn't switch immediately though because I was really torn about leaving. Then I looked in the mirror and noticed a visible cavity that was not filled when they applied my other fillings. I went to a new dentist... didn't mention the cavity, and sure enough, they pointed it right out.

I had to change dentist due to move, and found this place from google map. Well... Good and bad and the bad is too um... Good: clean place & equipment. They have really nice and kind staffs. Now, the bad. My dentist was Dr. Sun. I needed fillings. Simple fillings. I didn't even have any cavity cuz I just did regular cleaning and checked with my previous (and really great) dentist/Dr. before my move. Well that simple and basic dental filling caused about 3-4 days of toothache and headache cuz one was so called 'high'. In our word, not thorough work. Period. After revisit, even though it was "fixed", still very sensitive, pain yes, and headache. Made nerves sensitive; damage was done. And yes, still need to take some painkillers quite often. Should I revisit? NO. Never. Neither me nor my family. I told her that there must be some damage done or something on one of the teeth she filled. She was just getting annoyed cuz she couldn't find. At least you don't need to bear the pain Dr., do you? That whole week of pain was caused by unprofessional work, and the answer to that is what, simply wait till the pain go away? WOW.. I won't go back to this place, but leaving this review just as sharing. Watch out. She may be fine at some stuff, and maybe just not good at simple tasks, but well, I won't go to any dentist if that one cannot handle just a simple filling.

After recently moving to Sacramento, I spent a few weeks researching dentists to find the right fit. Today, I can say that I sure have found my new dentist! The customer service throughout the entire process (cleanings & fillings) has been great. The font desk person, Pauline, remembered me (which shows they are very personable) and always has a warm smile on her face. In addition, the dentist went through great strides to pay attention to detail to ensure my fillings were done correctly! Throughout the process, (both cleanings & fillings), they consistently explain the process and keep you in the loop on what they're doing. I feel like I'm treated as a human being and not just another appointment on their calendar. They were able to curb my anxiety by putting on Netflix during the procedure, which really made me feel at home. In addition, the automated appointment confirmation makes it convenient for me to confirm my appointment. They've worked around my schedule to get me in for appointments at odd times, which is very much appreciated. Overall, great customer service and an amazing job by the staff. HIGHLY recommend this dentist to anybody who wants a dentist that treats you as you're their only patient!

I started seeing Dr Sun because my colleague at work recommended her. I've been a patient now for 7 years. Dr Sun is very thorough. She explains my treatment options in detail and is very patient and knowledgeable. She does excellent work. Her staff is very kind and making appointments is easy. I highly recommend her to all my friends.

Had to get two fillings and always dreaded the dentist visit. This experience definitely changed my perspective and I appreciate the detailed work that Dr. Sun did. She was so gentle and reassuring with every step; checking on me and explained what she was doing. I was very pleased with her work and felt much at ease, definitely recommending Dr. Sun and staff to everyone!

This was the most efficient and friendly dentist office I have been to in a long time. Dr. Sun and Dr. Cheng did a fantastic job on my dental work. They & the dental hygienist were very helpful in explaining the dental care & needs for me and my entire family. The staffs at the front desk were on top of everything and did their job with a smile. I can't say enough positive remarks about the staff & the clean facility. I would highly recommend this dental office to anybody.
