Well, the hygienist I had was rude, and after doing the x-ray they said they found cavities, many of them and I told the doctor I do not want to do it, they called the owner to convince me to do them. I SAID NO I do not wanna do them and the owner kept pressuring me to do them. This place is more about billing insurance than caring about the patient. I do not like them, they try to impress the patient with their office design but this is not the case

I've been coming here for a few years now and I'm still very happy with my decision to do so. Their waiting room is spacious and always clean. Front desk staff and dental staff is always professional and pleasant. As for Dr Harris, she's a Rockstar and will always have her patient's best interest at heart. Love her!

Very fair price, especially when paying out of pocket. Excellent staff all around, they do good work and are a pleasure to be around. But by God, everything takes forever. I had a simple cleaning, didn't even need to see the dentist, and was paying out of pocket, and it took literally an hour and a half. It normally takes 10-15 minutes of waiting in the lobby after your visit to get the bill. Next time I will ask them to start processing the bill when I'm still in the chair.

They are wonderful with children. My daughter talked non stop to her dentist and the assistant. Then when she came home she couldn't stop talking about how nice they were. I would recommend this place for children that may be nervous when they go to the dentist. They really are Great here. And it isn't just one person. It is everyone! From when you check in to when you check out. My daughter left so happy.

Great experience everyone was very friendly and detailed. The dental hygienist who helped me has a great personality, and he kept me informed throughout my whole cleaning process. The dentist was also very nice and took all my concerns into consideration. Thank you all for doing such a great job!

Always a great experience at Natomas Crossing Dental Care. I have been going here since 2014. Ryan, my hygienist, is great. Cleans my teeth well and always gives me tips to keep my teeth as healthy as possible
