Dr. J. Jason Thomas was born and raised in Lansing, Michigan. He decided to forego plans of attending art school, opting instead to attend Alcorn State University to pursue a degree in Biological Sciences. While at Alcorn he walked onto the football team, pledged into the Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity and graduated with honors in 1995. In 1996 he was accepted to the Howard University College of Dentistry. As a sophomore, Dr. Thomas met the then dental school dean Dr. Charles F. Sanders who has since been his friend and mentor. That summer he began his orthodontic apprenticeship under the tutelage of Dr. Sanders in his Silver Spring, Maryland office.
In 2000, he graduated as the top clinician in his class of 90 and was one of six accepted into the Howard University Orthodontic residency. In 2002 he graduated with honors and was once again his class top clinician. During his six years at Howard he was captain of the Dental schools intramural football and basketball teams. Upon graduation Dr. Thomas was recruited by a large orthodontic management company to open two new offices in Atlanta, Georgia. After working for this company for a year he decided to venture out, starting his own management company, National Orthodontics: which is now four offices in size and growing. The company has plans to open approximately seven in the Atlanta area before expanding to other states.

Dr Thomas and the office staff are very professional and friendly. They make you feel so welcome and relaxed. The office is very comfortable. I have enjoyed every visit. I love myn smile!

My daughyter had a really complcated case. Dr Thomas was very patient and great at explaining why he took the steps he did. Her smile is so my better.

Bad place, bad service, the Spanish girl in the front desk is very rude and unprofessional. The Dr. Did not do a good job on my son's retainer and did not fit the prosthetic tooth correctly! Do not recommend to anyone!

I have a terrible experience EVERY time i come here . the receptionists are rude and im always in the waiting room 30 minutes to an hour after my appointment time . I called to make an appointment for next week and the receptionist insisted i come in today in 40 minutes . I drove 30 minutes to get here for them to tell me they have to reschedule.. then proceeded to call someone else's name while im still standing up there . I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE!

Recently went to this office for a procedure and was very happy with the finished product. The dentist was very informative of everything that would be done and really helped me to feel at ease. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone needing to have a dental procedure.

WARNING!!!! Do not go to this office! They put brackets on my daughter's teeth without permission and not according to her predetermined planned care schedule, wouldn't remove them, then charged us $1000.00. 8 months later, she is still being held hostage with just brackets on her teeth, they refuse to treat her, and refuse to release us to seeks care anywhere else. I cannot say enough about how uncaring, unprofessional and dishonest this office is. Do Not Go Here!!

Absolutely love them. They are very professional, I make them laugh, I drive all the way from East Atlanta to come here for my appointments even though I'm 10 minutes away from the stonecrest location. Make me comfortable, very attentive when you step in. Do my braces in a timely manner. Good customer service, keep up the good work folks! Don't let me down after I've gave y'all this 5 star review oh and I been with them for 4 years I think and i only have one year left of my teeth being in jail so you know this is a real review, I wait and take my time to review places.
