Dr. J. Jason Thomas was born and raised in Lansing, Michigan. He decided to forego plans of attending art school, opting instead to attend Alcorn State University to pursue a degree in Biological Sciences. While at Alcorn he walked onto the football team, pledged into the Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity and graduated with honors in 1995. In 1996 he was accepted to the Howard University College of Dentistry. As a sophomore, Dr. Thomas met the then dental school dean Dr. Charles F. Sanders who has since been his friend and mentor. That summer he began his orthodontic apprenticeship under the tutelage of Dr. Sanders in his Silver Spring, Maryland office.

In 2000, he graduated as the top clinician in his class of 90 and was one of six accepted into the Howard University Orthodontic residency. In 2002 he graduated with honors and was once again his class top clinician. During his six years at Howard he was captain of the Dental schools intramural football and basketball teams. Upon graduation Dr. Thomas was recruited by a large orthodontic management company to open two new offices in Atlanta, Georgia. After working for this company for a year he decided to venture out, starting his own management company, National Orthodontics: which is now four offices in size and growing. The company has plans to open approximately seven in the Atlanta area before expanding to other states.

I finished my treatment here because I didn't like my last orthodontist.Dr Thomas removed them and placed them on the right way and no my teeth look great! Starting retainers now!

The service here is slow to me. Customer service sucks as well. Also, I understand some businesses want to continue the mask mandate and that's cool but at least have mask on hand for those who don't have any. I mean, mask are not mandatory anymore

I'm not one to leave reviews but i was a previous patient here & because i was satisfied with my results i recommended my sister to be treated here , i must say the customer service here is absolutely disgusting . especially with the lady that wanted to get all smart with me today. i must've looked real stupid to her but honestly I was just confused as to why she approached me & my sister so disrespectfully. As someone who works in the orthodontic field , I will never treat any of my patients the way she did. If you guys ever need an accommodating & friendly staff to have any ortho work done , Braces Now in Norcross offers that , as for the lady I hope God blesses you each and every day.

They make appointments just for you to get there and wait another 1hr, when asked to reschedule she said we are full for September and told me to the only reschedule available spot is October and said it with out even feeling sorry while the misconveience is happening in their end. They charge late fee 20$ instead of just making you pay when ever you come to there appointment they purposefully make the payment 2-3 weeks prior your appointment so you can forget it and they can charge you the late fee. Just pay a little extra and get the best treatment with the best customer service. All they care about is their money!

this is the worst place these people have no courtesy for others . They don't tell you they are a hour behind, but let you be 15 min late they cancel your appointment. And no need to talk to a office manager because it is useless. This place was not like this 4 years ago it has gone downhill. I usually don't write reviews but this is ridicules

Not even sure where to start. Like what doctors office doesn't give you a common courtesy call to let you know when you have an upcoming appointment? Or even an email.... Money hungry? Extremely bc they have the nerve to want to make sure they charge you EVERY MONTH but then don't have enough time to make sure you have an appointment EVERY MONTH! Like this has got to be a poor excuse for just something to throw up there. So it's like we had to pay for two months just to be able to get in an appt for 1 month. I think I need to contact someone to take a look into this business. Bc if you don't have the time to occupy a person for what they are paying for then why charge them for a service they don't receive like they are suppose to?

This is my 2nd time dealing with this company and they are the worst!! My first child got braces there years ago. They were a horrible company then! 10 years later my 2nd child got braces has had them 18 months and now they want me to sign another contract for another 12 months!!! For what because they don't know what they are doing!! They are the worst!!!
