Chalk one up for Blue Cross for recommending this wonderful dental office. The location is convenient, spotless clean, updated and fitted with latest technology and interior decor/comfort. I took my 91yrd old mother who suffers from dementia here this week and that is no easy task. The dentist Dr. Tiffany Konklewski, the hygenist Judy Rial, and the front desk staff couldn't be more polite and kind to my mother. Their professionalism was impeccable, which all goes a very long way with me. I highly recommend this establishment.

Such amazing people! Melyssa & Lauren who are working in the front desk were very welcoming and lovely ladies, also very helpful with giving me more information on wisdom tooth removal. Dr. Konklewski was also very lovely and caring when it came to my pain tolerance. Overall amazing & lovely environment!!

This business overcharges you at a much higher rate than the insurance allows. New York Law prohibits dentists overcharge in any form. You need to make sure this dentist submits a claim to your dental insurance so your dental insurance can tell you what is the maximum price you need to pay. Check your explanation of benefit (EOB) statement and call this office for a refund. The people who picked up the phone will likely say 'no' to your refund by saying something like 'our system is down', or they need 5-7 business days to look into it and they never call you back. Call your insurance and file a formal complaint. Your insurance will deal with this office and get you back the money formally. They are not allowed to charge you any amount of copay if the dentist is a preferred in-network provider in your dental plan. They pushed me, an adult without any cavity, to do an 18-tooth sealant and absolutely can't wait until next year. I paid $1200 out of pocket and would like a full refund because the sealant is already gone in less than a month. I was charged $50 per tooth sealant, while my dental plan told me they can only charge $34 per tooth. My dental plan wanted to call their office to inform them of the correct charging rate. They blocked the dental plan's number. I was also charged $300 for a Laser Bacterial Reduction which has no procedure code to submit to the insurance. They claimed it is not covered. Even not-covered procedures should have a procedure code. They made up things to charge me, that is why there is no procedure code. I am going to file an official complaint to the New York State Office of Professional Discipline, my dental plan, New York State Department of Health, New York State Department of Financial Services, New York State Board for Dentistry, and Better Business Bureau. You should do the same if you have the same bad experience as the one star rating below. Don't let any nonsense 5-star review after this review fool you.

Had a great experience today at the dentist! Usually I'm very nervous going in but once I sat down, Tiffany and her assistant made it very easy and comfortable for me. Also the hygienist was super helpful and funny! Going to National Dental makes me not feel nervous about the dentist anymore, which I appreciate it!

Off to a REALLY great start!!! BACKGROUND: My husband and I both have had different dentists in Manhattan for 20+ years. As new retirees, we needed a change that is closer to home now. Yesterday, we took a chance, walked into National Dental on 215 Hillside, Williston Park, NY. We were instantly welcomed by the front office team. Lauren and the other young ladies proved to be consummate professionals and quite personable too. Can you believe that as walk-ins, we were both given thorough consultations? I received x-rays that were taken by Uriel who is quite efficient and a real gem. My husband received a cleaning as well... He is REALLY VERY picky. Yet he immediately remarked that he experienced a most exceptional cleaning/sealant/flouride treatment from Shahida, the hygienist. Suffice to say that the Clinical Director, Dr. Tiffany Konklewski, handled us with great skill, and care too. Her leadership is apparent as it resonates throughout the team. She and her team exhibit distinctly that great dental care, professionalism and the human touch is still a reality, even today. Thank you so much! See you all soon. John & Fran

This was the BEST dental experience I've ever had in my LIFE!!! I am a big scaredy-cat when it comes to the dentist. The team, specifically Sahida, made me feel extremely comfortable and cared for. I highly recommend going to National Dental in Williston Park

I just recently found this facility and could not be more impressed with the entire staff. I needed to get my filling fixed; Dr. Tiffany Konklewski had the most informative consult with me. She explained everything and the entire procedure was the most gentle experience. I had to receive novocaine and was terrified but she was considerate of my feelings and made it feel comfortable. I came back to receive a teeth cleaning and whitening with the dental hygienist, Sahida Nasim, because I was so impressed with their services. Ms. Nasim was so friendly and affable. She made sure to meticulously clean each and every tooth. Her passion for caring for her patience showed when she went the extra mile to protect my enamel and gums during the cleaning. I even walked away with some oral health goodies! The receptionist were very professional and warm. They made sure everything was okay with my experience. They asked me several times if I needed anything during my wait and how I felt. Love this place!

Iv'e been a patient for almost a year now, and I'm considering changing dentists based on the poor mgmt of front desk staff. I have aligners, and have to call multiple times to get any sort of update, and if there is any follow up needed, forget about them calling back. They have no idea what's going on. It's been a huge pain and would not go back if it wasn't for the treatment plan I'm on. Dental staff is also really pushy about getting additional treatments, not covered by insurance. Happens every time I go in for treatment.

Even the long waiting. Just to see the face and get treatment from Dr J.Han was a complete different experience, he took his time to explain fast what was my problem and brought solution same day. Very glad a "wait" . Thanks Dr Jan.

This establishment is wonderful I encourage everybody to go here case in point I originally went to the Hempstead location and because of my urgent need for an implant they suggested I go here I went here wonderful everybody in the office is friendly there's a very good vibe there Dr K is phenomenal all the work was perfect I got my implant done and I was going to get another implant but she suggested a root canal she could have just opted for the implant which would have been more expensive but her honesty was very refreshing I was supposed to finish a deep cleaning at the Hempstead location and they disappeared could not get in contact with them the Williston Park location finished it for me and accommodated my needs I cannot give a higher recommendation they are phenomenal

My best dental experience ever, and I HATE going to the dentist. The staff is young, knowledgeable, motivated and fun. I'm always out within an hour and I never have to wait when I show up for my appt. The office is clean and modern and I was immediately put at ease. Dalia is the best. If you're looking for a dentist, give national dental a call. You will be with them for life. I know I will.

HIGHLY RECCOMEND!The hygienist and dentist here are wonderful! After years of seeing another provider and thinking it was normal to leave an appointment at the dentist bleeding and uncomfortable, I came to national dental. The hygienist is kind, makes it as comfortable as possible, is gentle with teeth, and checks in throughout the appointment to make sure I am comfortable and not in any pain. The dentist was very accommodating to my questions and fixed a cosmetic issue I had with my front teeth quickly and i haven't had an issue since!

let me tell you, I am terrified of the dentist and lately been having sensitivity in my gums and teeth due to stress clenching and unfortunate gum disease. because of this I have neglected going to see my dentist for years out of fear of what was going to happen next. Because I switched insurance companies it was time to make a change and I'm so glad I did. I had probably the greatest experience I've ever had at a dentist's office. I told them right off the bat that I was terrified of the dentist and they took such good care of me and everything I needed done. They scheduled me for a followup in 4 weeks which I am actually looking forward to going to. Amazing it took me 30 years to find a dentist that wasn't going to use fear into talking me into different procedures telling me my teeth were going to fall out lol... I am thrilled to have finally found a dentist I feel comfortable with, thank you guys! ps I will say they tried to sell me on a few extra things, like aligners and and laser gum treatment. I did go for the laser treatment and we will revisit the aligners. but nothing was offered that wasn't justifiable. they were definitely offering things that were beneficial to my oral health. 10/10 would recommend.

I've always hated going to the dentist but WOW this place is amazing. The women at the front desk are awesome, the dental assistants are awesome, AND the dentist is awesome. I'm actually looking forward to going back in 2 weeks. I got a wisdom tooth that's been a nightmare removed today and it was relatively painless. Like night & day compared to previous dental experiences. No chance I'll ever go anywhere else ever again. I don't know how they provide such exceptional service for such a good price but I'm glad they do. Could not recommend more highly.

Just be careful when coming for a cleaning especially if your a new patient. They try and manipulate you to do extra stuff not covered by insurance making it seem you have no other choice but to do that treatment. Don't remember my hygienist name but both my wife and I came in planning to do regular cleaning covered by insurance but walked away with bills totaling 3000 dollars. Our hygienist made it seem we have to do the extra treatment which afterward found out we didn't. She is extremely manipulative under the guise of being friendly. All I advise people is that when you come in, ask do I have other options so you can make an informed decision.
