This dental are a thief they open a new credit accounts on fraudulent way l went into the dentist in Staten island to do my teeth , they said l should open a credit account in there office i did and later changed my mind and decided not to use the service so l told them to cancel the account. I've been notified that I have to start paying for a service I did not use and they're refusing to give back the money to Synchrony bank.

My husband and I had the BEST time we've ever had at any dentist. We went to this location for the first time. Daisy greeted us so very warmly. The assistant Felicia was SO nice and very friendly and helpful. Our hygienist Bianca was the BEST. They all made us feel like instant family. Our procedures were very smooth and quick. And they never rushed through anything. I HIGHLY recommend this location. I'm so glad I choose this place. We will be new regulars for years to come.

My encounter was extremely frustrating. No one answered the phone or responded to voice messages. I had to call my insurance company to place a call to the dental office to speak with someone. A representative from my insurance company said that the dental office did not reach out [2 months) because the office would be closing for renovations. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Terrible

I don't think anyone LIKES going to the dentist, myself included, but the staff here makes the experience one of the best I've ever had at any medical office. Debby, Felicia, Dr. Abrams and Gina were the ladies that worked with me and I felt informed, safe and taken care of. They really tried their best to accommodate my limited schedule and I am grateful that I found their office. Aesthetics need a face lift, but I will be going back for the quality work & friendly staff. Thank you LADIES!

My son is terrified of the dentist and I literally had to drag him in! Thanks to the Front desk staff taking the time to help me calm him down it wasn't as bad as he expected and we left happy. Thank you! Team and I don't remember the girls name but thank you for helping me!

Great experience at American dental I originally came in for a cleaning(I hate going to the dentist) and get out. When I met with the doctor she was very sweet and also educated me on what steps to take to bring my bite back to normal. Excited to start my journey in December!

Staff was very Accommodating, I am only leaving this review because when I came to the door they did not let me in until my temperature was taken and I was individually brought in only after signing forms regarding covid-19 travels. The doctor was clearly aware of my concerns and I appreciate that she showed great hygiene and did my filling adequately.

I took my daughter who was a little nervous because it was her first time at this location. The staff was great, made her feel comfortable. X-ray, cleaning, filling all done in one shot!! 2 thumbs up!!!!

I love this office, so grateful for the staff that helped and eased my mind. I had a rupture in my tooth that had to be dealt with immediately and they scheduled me in. I've called multiple dentist and couldn't get in but they eased my mind and made me feel welcomed. When it come to my teeth and pain I like most people get very scared and will do anything not go to see the dentist but I was in soo much pain I had to go in. Daisy comforted me that everything would be fine and I would feel no pain anymore and Wow I didn't feel a thing!! Thank you American Dental. I will definitely be coming here for my regular appointments

I was going here for awhile the receptionist is always very rude. Then they call me saying they cancelled my appointment because they don't take my insurance anymore when they do. Plus if you cancel for any reason it's $50 fee worst dental place ever

Found out they charged me 375.00 For a procedure that clearly shows should've cost me $75. After speaking with a representative at the location I was told the office manager Anthony said the $375 was accurate. Once I emailed them copies of the document showing the particular promotion given by American Dental partnered by national dental also listed their staten island location as a participant, I was refunded $225.00 My opinion the whole misunderstanding should've never happened. I should've been charge the proper amount from the beginning. I'm happy I took it a step further I was able to get my$ 225.00 back. I ended up paying the $75 for the procedure and they charge me an extra $75 for the antibiotics. That's it I'm done I'm switching from American Dental. I'm giving Zero nothing!!!!!

I am giving 3 because the lady on the front desk os so rude. I went there 3 times and she has an attitude when she talks. Beside you have to schduele an appointment 2 month before, which makes no sense. Totally unprofessional. I would not go back there again

Took off 1 star because they don't offer nights or wknds which is very inconvenient and I had to schedule my exam and cleaning on separate dates.
