I have never written a review before but this place needs one. Whatever you do, do not go here! If you work hard for your money and want to keep it in your pocket, do not go here ! Scammers! I literally cannot believe I didnt read to all the negative reviews before going in. Stay away! Far away!

My daughter, Michelene Mosley was seen and treated for a dental emergency by Dr Yang Zhou. She arrived at the office in excruciating pain. I had made appointment at 9 am this morning with Vanessa. Vanessa and Tiffany were very welcoming upon her arrival. Kudos to their excellent patient/customer service. My daughter has not stopped talking about her amazing experience and the wonderful service she received at this beautiful dental office. Her experience and treatment (root canal) has alleviated/dismissed the fear she had of dental treatment. She stated that Dr Yang Zhou was very professional, empathetic, comforting and patient. He clearly explained and showed her on monitor what was going on with the affected tooth and gum area. The procedure was painless. Her next steps and follow up were clearly detailed. Although she lives in the Bronx, she was happy she took my recommendation and came to Oakland Gardens National Dental. She looks forward to treatment to restore her radiant smile. She thanks Dr Zhou for the confidence he has restored in her to follow through with dental treatment. She has transferred and scheduled her children to this dental office and also have told several people about her experience. She highly recommends Dr Zhou and his team.

This place is a major scam. My entire visit was one big sales pitch for some laser treatment. They told me that it would not even be worth doing a regular cleaning because I needed this laser treatment that I have never heard of before. They would not stop try to pitch this. First of all, I'm pretty sure all of these 5 starts short reviews are fakes. Be aware, this is unethical and unprofessional dentistry. I go there because I moved. During the first time , they were pushing me so hard for the most expensive treatments that I never heard of from previous dentists. After I threatened to leave they suggested another less expensive treatment plan. I agree with it for the benefit of the doubt. During the deep cleaning the dental hygienist discovered more problems that I need to take care. I was been told I need to buy 2 more, "80% discounted" 200 dollars shots to help my teeth pockets. At that point, I just paid for it . After the examination the dentist said she found something worth to check out by another oral doctor and she said she will give me the recommendation information and transfer me but I never heard back from them. After the last visit, she been rescheduled 3 times for my follow up appointments. The last one was got canceled 30 mins before the appointment and offered me a "complementary flossing treatment" for the next visit . I mean thanks but no thanks. I'll never go back there again. Good luck with that .

Maria Gomez was my hygienist today. It was my first visit with her. She was very professional and kind. She explained everything to me slowly and made me feel comfortable. She did a great job on my teeth. I will continue coming to have Maria as my hygienist.

So I've avoided the dentist for over a decade (not including third molar extractions). I was super nervous due to past experiences. The hygienist Maria as well as her assistant made me feel extremely comfortable the entire time. I was in for an intense procedure and the whole time Maria made sure that I was ok. Maria went above and beyond to make sure she completed the job. She has started me on a journey to save my teeth and I cant thank her enough. It is a busy office, but rightfully so. The only reason I would possibly knock half a star off is super minor. The woman who helped with the financial aspect was very kind and professional, I just don't like to have my debit card information written down on a piece of paper, much rather have it in their electronic system. I'm sure they would have assured me had I mentioned it, I didn't so that's actually on me. As long as you ask, they are happy to explain and provide clarity. I am recommending all my friends and family who have any hesitations to visit the dentist to come here.

My experience here was great. I did a consultation here. The entire staff is nice and professional. Especially the doctors. I saw Dr. Pattel and Dr. Cho they were great in explaining my procedure and not to mention Vanessa she was so nice. She helped me to better understand my options. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

My overall experience here was excellent. The front desk staff was very professional and understanding due to my tardiness. Thank you to my hygienist Sanwax Garcia. Waited over 2 hours. Never saw anyone. Got here before my appointment, waited for over an hour after my appointment time just to be seated in a room. Then I waited patiently for over another hour and nobody came. I went to the front desk to ask about it and when I would be seen, and they didn't even remember what I came for or who I was. Ten minutes of waiting later, I came back out and asked them again. They then told me that they would start finding someone soon to take my x-ray. Well after over two hours of waiting, I decided that I couldn't risk waiting any longer without guarantee. Especially when "finding someone soon" could take another hour and for someone to look at that x-ray might be another one! A huge waste of my time and money, getting here and waiting here, when I could have been doing something else or seeing someone else. I am tired and angry. Absolutely no respect for your time.

Express service especially if you have a dental emergency..clean place, modern equipment, good service..one thing though make sure your pocket is fat...but excellent especially for emergency..especially if you are in pain you will get through fast but it comes with a cost..it's worth it though..or find somewhere cheaper and bare your pain for 2 or 3 week before you get an appointment elsewhere..the truth is their service is good and you will get through quickly but it comes with an equal cost..
