Went here to have my aching wisdom tooth removed ..The staff are nice and welcoming. As usual they tried the upsell, once I declined the $1500+ upsell, the attitude changed. Once he started pulling the tooth I told him it hurt, he says well when it's this infected it's hard to numb. At this point I'm shaking uncontrollably from the pain, he didnt seem concerned. After the procedure he tried chastising me about my teeth, and then was very rude. If I could give zero stars I would. Definitely not returning, nor will I take my child here. Already called to be reassigned to another dentist. Edit...I've had other molars removed...and the experience was nothing like this...I've even had dental surgery...it still was nothing like this...thanks for your response but my experience still remains the same...not great...

Came here to get my wisdom tooth removed and they were very professional and KIND ! I will continue to come here Thank you guys !!!!

If i could give no star, i would. Im guessing the dentist here is used to dealing with kids only. I went a month ago for a deep cleaning and the dentist practically scolded me about my teeth. Instead of calming my nerves to proceed with the deep cleaning, he bluntly said it was going to hurt and that i had to put up with the pain. Not gentle at all. I suffer from Generalized Anxiety Disorder(GAD). I kept telling the dentist he was hurting me but never stopped nor payed attention to my nervousness. Instead, he kept drilling and having a conversation at the same time with the assistant helping him. I left the office in great pain...it was only a deep cleaning. Im filing a complaint with consumer affairs. If he cant deal with adults, he should stick with children only. Its been more than a month and my teeth still hurt... Update (11/5/19) :My teeth still hurt and i have a cracked molar. Something i didnt have before i went to this dentist. I had only gone for a deep cleaning and an aching molar. That molar was not even payed attention to. I cant eat anything cold and everything i eat gets stuck between the cracked tooth. I am in the process if filing a report with consumer affairs and probably a lawsuit...

Very good, proffesional . . Spot on, and not crazy expensive . . . Overall very good office, I bring my whole family here and Im never dissapointed.

My whole family comes here! My kids love the dentist Dr. Paul is very fast, but precise and awesome!!!very friendly, happy atmosphere! Professional & clean environment!!! The staff greets you with a smile and always willing to help. Dr. Tran is the best for Adults!!! Both dr' s take their time to explain procedures to make sure you have a clear understanding... And making an appointment is not hard at all!! Defenitly would reffer my friends and family

My whole family comes here! My kids love the dentist Dr. Paul is very fast, but precise and awesome!!!very friendly, happy atmosphere! Professional & clean environment!!!
