Listen to the negative reviews and steer clear of this dentist. Before I got treatment they tried to get me to sign up for a high interest rate credit card by telling me it was a "financial check" i needed to do in order to proceed. They're extremely unethical and I hope that nobody else makes the mistake of going there.

I am so disappointed with the people on the administrative side of this office, I had to leave for not having the proper insurance and make this review. Confirming insurance is the most basic thing a doctors office can do. It is Step 1. Before I made this appointment, I called multiple offices to make sure they accepted my insurance. When I reached this one, the receptionist said yes and urged me to make an appointment and I even asked for an estimate and a copay. She was slightly impatient, but I took my time to make sure my questions were answered. She assured me multiple times that they took my insurance, but she was not thorough. I drove an hour from Quesns to show up on time and when I get there I was told sorry, we don't take your insurance. What a waste of time for not only me, but the doctor and the lack of care for the clients. I made an appointment for today at noon. Nice office but poor administration. Although, the guy at the front was kind no one wanted to fess up to who made the appt. Very unwelcoming neighborhood as well.

My experience with national dental kings highway was impeccable. Everyone was very warm and welcoming. From the front staff to the dentists. I saw Dr Khan for my exam and guly for my cleaning, both amazing. Dr Khan placed my implant and i felt absolutely nothing. The manager was very helpful and explained the financing options to me in which i was very happy to hear that payment plans were offered which were interest free. Not a lot of places have that. Kyle was very professional at the front and how he answers calls is even better. The assistant who took my xrays was excellent. The office itself was very clean and new which is something I liked because now and days not all offices are. Together everyone as a team was excellent and I will be telling others about this place and will for sure return!

I definitely had a wonderful experience at National Dental. Staff was very professional and was very kind addressing my dental concerns. My dental treatment for a clean was very gentle and painless. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking for the best dental experience in brooklyn

This is a wonderful office all the staff is great. I've never been more please with someone like I am with Mary the hygienist. She is considerate & gracious with her clients. Dr Guo tended to my cavity effortlessly painless. She also has a wonderfully polite personality. I would recommend this place to everyone. All that's missing is a child dentist so I can bring my little ones.

By far the best dental office I have ever been too. The staff is so nice and professional. The dentist I saw was dr. feinstein. he was very gentle and made the process painless. I had a few implants placed and all I can say is I can smile again. ive waited years to be able to say that and I would like to just say thank you. Everyday is a blessing that I get to wake up and be blessed to have my smile back. The whole process was very well worth it and I will be recommending my friends and family. I have found my place to now call my home for all of my dental needs. Thank you national dental for truly helping me get my smile back. muchas gracias! 5+++++++ !

This place is highway robbery. They were paid 50,000 for dental work and after six months my dad still doesn't not have his transplant. They will not contact my dad to complete his work. No temporary teeth either. Since 10/2021 they literally ghosted my dad. He is a senior with health issues and they disrespected him. Do not go here ever.

my wife went to National Dental Khway. but Dr. SAEZ JOSE did a bad job. My wife still has pain in her tooth, but this doctor only says that he can do nothing ... After paying 2000 dollars..And this doctor SAEZ JOSE is NOT ANYTHING PROFESSIONAL ... I ask for help from the manager so that my wife get help with tooth

Do not go here. Obnoxiously long wait times for very low quality "service". Could not even get a teeth clean because all of a sudden their equipment was "not working", rude and flippant doctors and apathetic medical staff. What's the point of having a modern looking front desk if the equipment is old, dated and non-functional? And when I requested to get my x-ray scans sent to me they denied the request. Worst dentist experience, stay away.

First time coming to national dental, must say good experience. Everyone was very friendly and informative. kyle the front desk was nice and processional. I saw mary for my cleaning and she was amazing! Dr guo saw her for my fillings and i didnt feel a thing! julie the manager is very detail oriented and showed me how my insurance works. explained everything and i was very happy. i will recommend my friends and family. Will be returning.

My experience with national dental was great. I saw Dr Feinstein who did my implant. All I can say is that I was scared but in the end it wasn't as bad as it seems. Considering it was a frontal tooth I was concerned but I left with a temporary and was very satisfied. Will be returning for my next step in a few months. Will recommend everyone to come here because they make u feel comfortable and happy. The front was very professional and the manager is just amazing.

This place was super clean from the waiting room to the exam room even the bathroom. The staff were very professional and super friendly. Dr. Guo is an excellent dentist, she isn't like other dentists who want to do unnecessary work for money. She really takes care of her patients and wants you to explore which treatments are best for you as the patient.

I have insurance that provides 2 cleanings per year I show up for a 12pm appointment they take x rays then the hygienist comes in examine me and try to upsell me on some electronic cleaning that cost $750.00 i state i dont want that just the cleaning that my insurance covers he told me he cant do it it's a package deal. I over heard a female hygienist telling another patient the same thing. Do not go to this office their crooks

I had an absolutely amazing experience at this dental office. The entire team was quite thorough, efficient + kind. I was educated on the health of my teeth as well as received X-rays, a cleaning + an exam. Completely satisfied with my appointment + eagerly awaiting my follow-up for sealants.
