Called to schedule an appointment as a new patient and was told they'd get back to me to confirm an appointment date. I have not heard anything back from them and its been weeks. Don't waste your time with this company.

I came to the office staff & dentist Awesome dentist & staff Where very attentive & friendly I have numerous concerns & worries After trying numerous times to get through Please note: I would appreciate a call from the MANAGER I would like to have a 5 experience!!! Thank you!!!

This office has really gone through a wonderful change. They have wonderful new doctors and front staff. They really go out of there way to make you feel special. This has been the best experience I've had going to the dentist especially during these tough times. I would highly recommend coming to this office.

Why isn't the company making patients aware that this location is now part if National Dental? My daughter's started the process of getting braces with the old company October of last year. I continuously called to follow up no response. With no explanation of this being a new company that my daughters would have to start the process over. Also my daughter needed a tooth pulled. I had to schedule for another dentist who does not take insurance plans. I had to pay $300 out of pocket. You don't have a dentist that can do extractions? I have been going to this location for about 20 years. I scheduled my own appointment. New company doesn't have my records. Completed the paperwork, say there for over 2 hours until I couldn't wait any longer. When my daughter had her tooth pulled, they said we could leave. I stayed in the office at least 10 minutes looking at the train schedule and reading the care instructions. Almost to the train station, I get a call asking why did I leave. The receptionist saying legally I needed to speak to the office manager. Legally what? I walk back, the office manager, not the dentist, not the dental assistant says that she needs to explain the after care for my daughter. Excuse me I lost it. We waited a significant enough time for her to explain this. Instead of saying to me there is an outstanding balance you need to settle. My time is valuable. I am going see what happens with my daughters' brace because they are covered primarily under my ex-husband's insurance. For me, I am looking elsewhere.

This location, is now under new leadership. Its has made a turn for the worst. The female dentist lies to you and the receptionist will give you the run around. I was a patient under the old leadership, bit is very much disappointment with new leadership. My family and I are no longer patients at this facility. Truth and honesty go a long way, in any profession.

DON'T WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME GOING TO THIS PLACE. They are not straight forward when asking a simple question about dental information as far as implants go. This clearly shows there not knowledgeable. And they don't follow up after an xray film is performed and pending ins. Approval. So do yourself a favor and do not go to this American dental place!

Last year American Dental (next to VIM in hempstead) drilled the wrong tooth and still attempted to charge the insurance. We called the main office in Hicksville and spoke to the head office manager. She tried to convince him to come back in to be fixed... Uuhh no thank you! The dentist are a miss if you ask me.you will wait eternity because they have like only 1 dentist and dental assistant.

The service is horrible here at the Hempstead location. I scheduled an appointment with Hempstead office and when I came it was not on their schedule because they were closed. The office manager said this has been an ongoing issue with the scheduling department and offered to reschedule my husband and I for the next day. We arrived the next day for a 10:30am appointment and is still there at 1:15pm. I tried to talk to the dentist and the dental assistant about my care and they were both short with me. The level of professionalism has decreased. They have changed management recently and that has something to do with it. I have been a patient at this practice for over 25 years and I am very disappointed. They need to do better. The staff need training on how customer service including the new dentist they have working there now. They just lost two patients today.

I had a great experience with the dentist Dr.Baldi and would recommend him to everyone I know, he takes his time with his work and gets to know his patient. The staff are the same and not rushing you out or make you feel uncomfortable. This is by far the best dentist office I have been to in a long time!!! 5stars

My first time entrusting a new dental office. First impressions was absolutely delightful. The front desk is more than willing to help you with any of your needs and very professional. Office Manager wilma was exeptional in her thorough explanation in the finace area. And needless to say Doc Baldi was highly appreciated in his upmost professionalism. I found my self very pleased and will definitely return with any of my future dental needs.

I don't really write reviews but I had a pleasant experience at the dentist for the first time. The new doctor they have is well versed and takes his time to explain any questions you have. He does such a good job of breaking it down from procedures to risk awareness. The new front staff is friendly and attend to you quickly. Glad they changed things up and make it easier for me to want to return to the dental office. Keep it up!!!

This is by far one of the best dentist offices I've been too! They are very attentive and caring! Went for a consultation for implants and the manager was amazing and very knowledgeable about what she was talking about! I would recommend this office to anyone that wants an amazing experience at the dentist! Not just an in an out kind of office you leave knowing what procedure you would be getting next.
