I am giving this place 3 stars not because of the dental hygienist and Dr but because of my experience with the front desk. I had to call several times to find out some insurance information and although they promised to get back to me, never did. I have never had the front desk at a dr's office be so unreliable/unresponsive. After all, aren't they trying to make money on my services?? They have lost a customer because of the lack of response. Too bad because the hygienist and dr were so nice but I just can't deal with an inept front desk.

The staff is very helpful and professional. The office is beautiful and very clean. The doctor actually explained everything on my x-rays, Diana did my deep cleaning and made it a pleasant experience.

I love this dental office. Diane the hygienist is wonderful and is caring. She explains things thoroughly and does an excellent job cleaning. The ladies at the front desk are friendly and helpful. I have been coming here for approximately 2 or more years and my teeth were very sensitive but have become much less sensitive with the cleaning and M1 Paste which Diane recommended. I definitely recommend this dental practice.

If you're looking for a new dentist, look no further. The Receptionist were very polite and helpful. Kadeem the dental assistant was so professional and kind. Dr. Ipektchi is amazing and makes you feel comfortable as he drills through your mouth. I am so happy that I switched to National Dental.

I gave been a patient st National Dental- East Meadow since fall 2029. The staff is excellent. Dr Ipektchi has an excellent chair-side manor and explains in detail any procedure that has to be done. Diane is an extraordinary hygienist. She cares for my mouth as though it were her own. I simply love her dedication & caring, and her beautiful spirit. Kedeen, the assistant, is personable, and engaging. This crew is the best I have encounter in a long while. Thanks for caring for my guns and teeth.
