Dr. Upadhyay has been helping patients to put their best smile forward since 2012. She attended Boston Universitys Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine where she earned her DMD degree with honors and was distinguished by recognition on the Deans list. Dr. Upadhyay received her training in Restorative Dentistry from U.C.L.A. School of Dentistry.
She is pleased to be associated with one of the finest dental practices in Natick, Natick Dental Health. Her philosophy is To provide exceptional comprehensive dental care to all patients in a safe, pleasant and comfortable environment. I work closely with my patients helping them understand their dental choices, surveying the possible outcomes of their choices and helping them achieve optimum oral health. There is nothing quite like the feeling of helping someone attain a healthy smile or regain confidence in their smile.
Dr. Upadhyay is an active member of American Dental Association, Massachusetts Dental Society, Boston District Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, Seattle Study Club, Spear Study Club, Boston University School of Dental Medicine Alumni Association and has also received her Fellowship in Implantology from the International Dental Implant Association. She is diligent in her pursuit to stay current in providing the professions leading dental care procedures while utilizing state-of-the-art technology supplies and equipment.
Dr. Daniel W. Jiang is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. He obtained his Doctor of Dental Medicine with high honors from Boston University Henry Goldman School of Dental Medicine, and further completed a three-year residency program in Periodontology at Harvard School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Jiang is also featured in Boston Magazines Top Dentists in 2021.
In addition to his clinical training in dentistry, Dr. Jiang also holds a Master of Science in Craniofacial Biology from Medical University of South Carolina, where he performed intensive research on head and neck cancer and published in several prestigious scientific journals. Prior to coming to the U.S, Dr. Jiang had general dentistry and oral surgery trainings in Shanghai, China.
He is currently a member of American Academy of Periodontology (AAP), Academy of Osseointegration (AO) and International Team for Implantology (ITI). He also holds membership of American Dental Association and Massachusetts Dental Society. Outside of office, Dr. Jiang is an enthusiastic soccer fan and enjoys spending time with his wife and son. Hes grateful for the opportunity to give his patients the utmost quality of care. He is devoted to provide high quality comprehensive and advanced dental care to his patients.
Dr. Rachel Luciano, is a Board-Certified Endodontist who received her Doctorate of Medical Dentistry (DMD) degree from McGill University. Following dental school, she completed a 2-year General Practice Residency at Mount Sinai Hospital; she then pursued her passion for endodontics and trained at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, where she obtained her Specialty Certificate in Endodontics in 2011.
In addition to be a clinical instructor at the Harvard University School of Dental Medicine Endodontic Post-Graduate program, Dr. Luciano serves as a consultant and examiner for the national dental specialty examination board of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada.

I began seeing the dentists and staff at Natick Dental Health in my mid 60s. I had early stage gingivitis with deep pockets around several teeth, i had some fairly advanced gum recession, also some very large, old cracking fillings. Over the next period of time I was treated and had excellent results from a deep scaling procedure, two very necessary gum grafting procedures and finally some necessary preventive work to rebuild 6 large teeth that we're cracked and at risk to be problematic. I appreciate Dr. Upadhyay and all her staff for the improvements that have been made in my dental status. I enjoy continued support from the hygienists at NDH, most recently my experience there with Marcella was very thorough, yet pleasant, just top notch. Prior experience with Jen was equally outstanding. This is a successful professional practice that anyone should feel comfortable choosing as a patient.

I had a wisdom tooth that needed to be extracted ASAP. So I called Natick Dental Health clinic. The lady who picked up the phone was very kind and she told me to come whenever I can. I came to the office and everyone was extremely welcoming. Two girls who worked there (Josie and Ranna) were very kind. Dr. Upadhyay took me right in and took care of the tooth, next day she called me to ask how I'm doing! Overall very professional and kind employees and an amazing doctor. I highly suggest!

Very thorough initial meeting and emergency filling replacement. Also, I was able to get follow up appointments very soon, unlike months long wait times at other practices. A highly professional practice!

Dr. Upadhyay is always so thorough, skillful and gentle. I had quite a bit of work this AM so needed a number of shots for numbing my mouth but I did not have any residual pain the rest of the day!

Dr. Jiang spent quality time with me and thoroughly explained what to expect from my upcoming treatment.
