I find it personally and professionally rewarding to be able to help patients of all ages achieve beautiful smiles that can improve their self-image and increase their self-confidence. To do this, Ive made sure that I have the education and advanced training patients can feel confident in.
My father has always been a role model for me, and this greatly influenced my decision to follow in his footsteps. Today, there is nothing more exciting than carrying on a 50-year tradition of creating the smiles our patients were meant to have.
Gina is our Office Manager and Treatment Coordinator. She makes sure our office is running smoothly and also meets with our new patients to coordinate treatment and finances to meet each familys needs. She has been on our team since 2002. Gina loves to spend time with her husband and two adorable girls. I love getting to know all of our patients and building relationships with them and their families. I get to watch their smiles change, as well as see how they change in everyday life.
Ashlee wears two hats one with working with new patients and their families and the other helping to share all the great points about Nathan Davis Orthodontics with dentists and the community. Her bubbly personality makes our patients feel right at home. She has worked on our team on and off since 2004. Ashlee and her husband have three sweet kids. She enjoys crafts, cooking and exercise. 'I love seeing patients ' smiles transform into the smiles they 've always wanted.'
Debbie always welcomes our patients with a warm smile and friendly hello. She has over 20 years of orthodontic experience and has been with our team since 2004. She enjoys traveling and sightseeing with her husband. 'I love my job because of the people I get to meet. The staff and doctors are fun and great to work with. I love to see our patients ' smiles, when treatment is complete.'
Cindy has worked in the dental field for over 20 years. She joined our team in 2012. I enjoy meeting and interacting with patients and their families. They share wonderful stories with me. I love to see our patient's progress and feel great about being part of a wonderful team.Cindy likes to spend quality time with her husband and three kids. She also enjoys exercise, hiking and hopes to take golf lessons soon.
Sarah has been in the orthodontic field for 7 years. She loves spending time with her husband, 3 children and 3 grandchildren.My favorite part of my job is getting to work with our fun and caring staff and patients.
Janeice devotes her days to making sure that our schedule runs smoothly and each patient 's treatment needs are met. Janeice joined the team in 2006. She and her husband are fitness buffs and they enjoy watching their three kids play sports. 'I really enjoy working with our patients and helping to create a change that will impact their lives forever.'
Kati welcomes all of our patients to the clinic with her warm smile. She has been with Dr. Davis since 2006. Kati enjoys spending time with her husband and children. 'My favorite part of my job is seeing our patients grow and change.'
Wendy 's outgoing spirit carries over to each patient she greets. Wendy has worked for Dr. Davis since 2008. Wendy loves spending time with her husband and spunky daughter. 'My favorite part of my job is getting the opportunity to help so many wonderful families.'
Jackie is very understanding of each and every patient 's needs. She also is the SureSmile Coordinator. Jackie joined the team in 2008. She is married and has three girls. 'My job is very fulfilling and we have an awesome team!'
Megan has been in the orthodontic field for 22 years. She is originally from the San Diego area, and relocated to Arizona in 2013. She joined the team here at Davis Orthodontics in 2015. She is married with two active boys at home. When not at work she enjoys relaxing with friends and family, and doing home projects. The best part of her job is being a part of improving someone's self esteem and making them smile.
Michelle has been assisting in orthodontics since 1988 and joined our team in 2015. Originally from the Bay Area, she enjoys traveling home when she can, listening to all genres of music and spending time with family and friends. 'The best part of my job is being of service to others on a daily basis.'
Rachel joined our team in 2015. Along with being an assistant here in the office, she is also a full-time college student. In her free time she enjoys playing volleyball, and spending time with friends and family. 'My favorite part of my job is helping Dr. Davis create such beautiful smiles on our awesome patients.

I had a great experience with Dr Davis and Gracie the assistant and the slushies they give you were so good and they have a station to brush your teeth I would definitely refer to my family and friends 10/10

We started seeing Dr. Nathan Davis in 2004 with Tiffany. His expertise helped me recognize the need to have Keegan get braces. When I came for a visit for Tiffany, Maria was sucking her thumb and Dr Davis pulled her thumb out. I informed he not to worry that the thumb sucking was my sanity and that I would bring her back for her braces when the day came. Tamara was our third child treated by Dr. Davis and then when Maria turned 8 years old she returned to start her orthodontic treatment. It is now 2021 Maria is on her last few months of treatment. I love the fact that Dr Davis uses all the new innovated methods. He is at the top of his profession and he is compassionate towards patients that have a hard time. Wendy of course is our most favorite Lead orthodontic assistant........Thank you Dr Davis for 17 years of service so far

The staff Courtnee is terrible. She has no regard if the tugging of the wires or brackets hurt. Very unprofessional. My daughter was in pain when we got home and she has cuts on her gum and lips. It's already bad that she is wearing braces but the experience did not help to make it feel better.

So a little backstory: I am a mom and have two kids which both needed orthodontia. With my oldest, we went to another local orthodontist that advertises with my pediatric dentist and my daughters old middle school. She went through two phases of braces totaling around $12k. She had a tough case because she is congenitally missing two lateral teeth. The work she got was just ok. The follow up after her braces were removed was atrocious and their plan to have a Marilyn bridge placed by her dentist to make up for her missing teeth until she was old enough for implants failed miserably. They said the Marilyn bridge would be enough to keep her teeth from shifting and did not give her a retainer. Her teeth have now shifted and we are now going to have to shell out even more money to try to fix the shifting before she gets implants. Luckily, I met one of Dr. Davis's staff members at the gym before anyone else went there. Her teeth were incredible. I decided to go meet with Dr Davis for some braces of my own and it was clear that he was an artist. He explained all of the things he planned on doing to fix my smile in detail (something that never happened with my daughters orthodontist...they never seemed to have a plan). My teeth are better than I ever could have dreamed. Of course, my son is also a patient of Dr Davis now. I am one million percent confident in him and cannot recommend him highly enough. He knows what he's doing and has perfected his artistry. Best orthodontist ever.

What an amazing experience!! Dr. Davis and the amazing Wendy took such good care of my daughter Riley. Today she got her braces on and a space maintainer and they walked her through each step so patiently. Wendy has been doing this a long time and it shows. Dr. Davis is a professional and so good with kiddos! I cannot say enough good things about both of them and this practice.

I recently got veneers and braces at Nathan Davis Orthodontics. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Davis and the rest of the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and competent. My teeth look amazing! Highly recommended!

A smart and attentive Orthodontist with an office staff dedicated to detail and patient experience. My son got his braces on today with Dr Davis. Dr Davis and his staff made it as smooth and comfortable as possible. Michelle and Courtney were patient and talked us through every step of the way and made sure my son felt safe and heard through the whole process. And the slushies after the visit were a dream come true for my kiddo!

The staff here is top notch! Not only did they help with understanding of services, walked through them with me but the patience of understanding that some people do not have anyone else in life as they are a single mother of many. The staff assisted with making sure my lil one was happy while I was having services rendered. The courtesy is something of kindness that makes you know they care more about you than you knew. Dr. Davis is a funny guy too, who is relatable that does not make you feel below his level. He makes you feel comfy. I enjoyed visiting with them over the phone to set up the appointment. The comfort of feeling at ease and also the way it felt over all for someone who has been through so much in life and on my own caring for myself and my family. For me to feel cared for and appreciated is a thing that is noted. I will continue to be a patient and also bring my children to this team because a parent wants the best for their children, which Dr Davis and his star staff is exactly that. I can tell you that the 5 stars they have is because in every bit of truth of that team being the best I've seen ever.
