Dr. Lewis and his team are excellent! They have utilized both interactive text appointment, scheduling and confirmation, as well as very personalized people who call, text, help to make schedule impossible. Though we share the same last name, we are not related; however the office is so friendly that it feels like family here. Thanks for the great care and giving me a better smile (well at straighter teeth to smile with ). Prompt, on time care, professional and confident. Thank you Dr Nate Lewis and team.

I am a student at BYU and have avoided the dentist for 2 years. I had 5 cavities when I came to Nate C. Lewis DDS and I was impressed with their friendliness and professionalism. The fillings were painless, quick, and affordable. I'll be recommending Nate C. Lewis Dental to my friends and Family.

I've been visiting Dr. Lewis and his office for years now and each time I return is better than the last! Dr. Lewis and his team are friendly and professional; going to the dentist has become a much more pleasant and quick experience. Thanks Dr. Lewis!

**** Edit **** Dr. Lewis called me to talk about the situation, and I felt he truly cared about how I felt and that he would look into the situation, listen to the phone call, and make sure moving forward this would not happen again. It really feels like he cares about his patients and wants to make sure that they're happy. He even remembered my treatment plan and who I was which is impressive with the amount of patients he has. **** Before Edit **** The phone call earlier I had with your office manager was frustrating and disheartening. I have for the most part truly enjoyed working with this dental office with my ongoing treatment and my past dental work. But I had a conflict with the office manager on the phone earlier I feel was truly unnecessary. I had called in multiple times about my balance, and each time I was told to wait until you heard from my insurance company. But today I was given contradictory information. I was told it was my responsibility to contact my insurance, but then was told someone had contacted my insurance and they were told that the insurance company was terminating the payment. Which is fine, I had asked this question before and was told that you guys were waiting on information from the insurance company. I do not understand why I was never contacted regarding this stop payment because I at that point would have been happy to work out a payment plan. As I had expressed before on the multiple calls and texts I had made to the office. Because I was told to wait on information regarding the balance, I was waiting on someone from your office to call me and I never heard anything so I assumed it was still being worked on. But your office had the information all along and it was never expressed to me. My account became delinquent because I was told via phone calls and text to "wait" and that my "chart would be updated". This is honestly quite frustrating as I have been in contact with your office multiple times asking about my balance. Then I was trying to talk to someone and I was continually talked over and was not able to speak which was so frustrating. I was not really listened to then was told that "because this discussion is becoming heated I will just have Nate call you". It's hard to not get heated when you're not being listed to, getting texts about this possibly effecting your credit, and not being updated on your account after multiple phone calls, texts, and even an in person visit. Not once was I told that my insurance had terminated payments. Not once was I ever updated on my account like I was told I would be. Because of this confrontation earlier I'm not sure I feel very comfortable or welcome at your dental office. I understand that I do have to finish my ortho and have no other option but to work with you through that process, But after my conversation and conflict today I feel very uneasy doing so.

Loved this office - really nice and clean- but my favorite part was the painless shots that they do. I've never experienced a less painful shot in my life.. I was bracing for the pain and the next thing I knew - it was over .. so yea ...

Great staff and great service. I called LEWIS dentistry and asked if I can schedule an emergency dental work because I was suffering from a really bad tooth ache and it was the closes one to my home. They were able to work with me and take care of me at a very timely manner.

Dr. Lewis is not only professional but a perfectionist to say the least. He is thorough and willing to answer my 150 questions. I'm very pleased with his work from root canals, aligners and veneers. I highly recommend Dr. Lewis and his staff. Thank you for enhancing my smile and confidence!!!

I have been extremely happy with my upper veneers. Dr. Nate Lewis did a phenomenal job and was very professional. He had to fix some mistakes from other dentists that had caused damage to my teeth. I feel like I can smile again! The office is clean and the staff are very kind and not pushy at all. I felt he really listened to me and I am very happy with the end product!

Dr Nate Lewis is truly the best! I am auto immune and he made me feel as comfortable as I could possibly be in the world we are in today! I would not go anywhere else or trust anyone else from here moving forward! At the end of my appointment he made an effort to make sure I left put the back door so I didn't have to be around a big family at the front! He truly cares!!! Even though I was in full buzz light year gear lol. I was in goggles, and a mask with hand sanitizer spray! Incredible dentist and staff!

I'm in my 30's and have seen many dentist, especially being in the military. I am super impressed with the professionalism of this office. Like a well oiled machined, the staff working together and getting everyone in and out in a timely manner, but not rushed at all. I take a long time to get numb, and the staff were very patient not to get started till I was comfortable listening to my music. Great work on my crown, great suggestions like a night guard to help with my bruxing. So happy with this office as well for not over prescribing, but also not telling me I'm fine when there are issues that need to be taken care of. Recommending Dr. Nate Lewis' office 100%!
