Personally, Dr. Yang is a native of the bay area and grew up in Fremont, CA. She lived in Michigan for residency, but quickly found that she did not like the cold. After graduation, Dr. Yang worked at various offices before opening her own orthodontic office in Vacaville, CA.
When not helping patients, Dr. Yang enjoys HBO documentaries, trying new restaurants, and hiking with her husband and cute shepherd dogs.She is also a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, which she still practices to this day.

Awesome! Awesome!! Just Awesome!!! From the moment you enter the clinic you feel that you will be well taken care of. Staff is very friendly, soft spoken and respectful. Dr. Natalie is very knowledgeable, friendly and just has a very calming aura. My 15 yr old needed braces and they not only gave and explained the (braces va Invisalign) but they also clearly explained the process and they payment schedule and worked with us throughout the way. My son looks forward to his ortho visits. Would recommend Dr Natalie in a heartbeat and confidence to who ever needs orthodontic work. You will be extremely happy and satisfied with the service and results of the procedure being performed.

5 STARS IS NOT ENOUGH FOR THESE AMAZING PEOPLE. Dr Yang, Brianna, Maria. All incredibly polite and informative! They were all 100% honest about pricing and whether treatment was needed.

I came in for a consultation and I had an amazing experience. When I walked in I was greeted by Brianna at the front desk and she was very polite and helpful. When I was called to the back, Maria was friendly and gentle while taking my photos and Xrays. Doctor Yang was very nice and gave me the information I needed and I will be certainly coming back to have my treatment done. I highly recommend coming here for your Orthodontist treatment!

I recently switched insurances and I was googling new dentists in the area... low and behold this place popped up! I first looked at the reviews and noticed the 5 stars right away. I called and Brianna answered, and right away, you can tell she loves her job! She answered all of my insurance questions and informed me of any in office payment plans! She was extremely informative and knowledgeable! Definitely bringing the family in ASAP! Thank you Brianna!

Dr. Yang's office is one of the cleanest and most friendly spots in Vacaville I have been too. They treat you with care and don't rush you and answer any questions you might have. I went in for a scan and was in and out with no issues or delays. The girl at the front desk Brianna was very kind and helpful in explaining my complicated dental insurance. Needless to say I'll definitely be returning for anything I may need in the future. Thank you to Dr. Yang and her entire team.

My name is Alexis, I was searching for a appointment on my lunch break for my son for a orthodontist consultation. Surprisingly I found this hidden gem that had wonderful customer service. When I called and reached out for a appointment they called me within 15mins !!!!! Talk about great customer service. I could not get in anywhere else .Everything was pushed out A month or two .But to my surprise this wonderful girl by the name of Brianna Foster I believe made it happen . Just like that! She emailed me the forms, and booked my son for the same day . We seen Dr.Yang who was absolutely amazing. She was very clear with the process and advised that Gio did not need braces at this time. I will refer this Orthodontics's office to family and friends. Come to this office their the only ones not here to charge your insurance just because. Very honest doctor.Something other doctors offices should take into consideration. Gio said Thanks Again Dr.Yang And Brianna your wonderful :)

I recently moved to the area and while walking around I walked in to this place to ask questions and possibly make my daughter an appointment, as she needs some Ortho work. I was greeted so kindly by two lovely ladies named Brianna and Maria, I felt so welcomed and once they answered all my questions and concerns, I immediately booked my daughters appointment. The office is great! Went in for a consultation and walked away with a great plan. Dr. Yang is so nice and took the time to explain everything to me. The office staff is so nice and friendly. Brianna is always there to answer any questions I may have. Maria and Jamie were great and so nice when they scanned me for my night guard.
