General and cosmetic dentist Dr. Natalie Scarmato has been offering dental care at her practice in the Greenwich Village neighborhood for over ten years. Dr. Scarmato focuses on general, cosmetic, and restorative dental procedures. With regular dental exams and cleanings, she helps patients maintain their oral health and identify problems in their early stages. To improve the appearance of her patients' smiles, Dr. Scarmato offers cosmetic procedures like porcelain veneers, Zoomteeth whitening, plus dental bonding and recontouring. Dr. Scarmato enjoys using cosmetic dentistry to give her patients beautiful smiles they feel confident showing off. To restore the health and function of the mouth, Dr. Scarmato performs many restorative procedures including custom dental crowns and dental implants. Before every procedure, Dr. Scarmato makes sure her patients feel comfortable and informed by explaining the problem and every step of the procedure.
Dr. Natalie Scarmato attended New York University Medical School where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree. She then completed a general practice dental residency at the New York Harbor Veteran Affairs Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Scarmatohas taken numerous continuing education courses, specifically focusing on esthetic dentistry.She has been a volunteerina dental outreach mission to Central Americawhere she provided care to low-income residents with limited access to medical care. In addition to her formal training, Dr. Scarmato continues to learn about new techniques and dental technologies through her professional memberships. Dr. Scarmato is a proud member of the American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Association, and the New York County Dental Society.

Dr. Scarmato was absolutely lovely, as well as quick, professional, and efficient. Charlotte, too, was amazing! She made me feel so at ease and was both gentle and thorough with my cleaning, and was also extremely welcoming. Everyone there was courteous, experienced, and kind.

Natalie has been my dentist for maybe 8 years or more. She is by far the best, most honest, I have ever been to in my 40 years on earth. Like seriously, what the hell were all those other dentists even about? I love that her family are native New Yorkers. You can tell she loves running an office, operating a business, and wants to take care of her staff. She recently opened a private practice in the same building I've been going to all these years. I'm happy she made it through COVID so far and I plan on commuting from Jersey to continue to have her pick at my teeth and tell me "you need to floss more, your gums are super sensitive."

I've been going to Dr. Scarmato for years and her and her team have always been pleasant and easy to communicate with. Recently I had an impacted wisdom tooth and she personally called and pushed up my oral surgery appointment for me after I was still in pain and discomfort. She really cares for her patients.

The practice is AMAZING, they do such a thorough job with the dental cleaning while catching up with a great friend, and seriously I forget that I'm there for a dental cleaning. My entire family sees Dr. Scarmato. I am afraid to recommend them because it will than make it tougher for me to schedule appointments.
