Good Morning!!! First of I would like to state for someone who is afraid of oral surgery (Yes Me) this experience was amazing I mean the way I was acting in that office was like I was about to skydive but any way Dr.Gekht and his Assistant was the best. her client services are amazing and she really help me feel comfortable even thought I was a chicken lol So I want to thank her for that and Dr. Gekht thank you for the painless procedure that's took place I really appreciate it and thank you So So muchhhh with that's being said if anyone has to have Oral Surgery done and Dr.Gekht accept your insurance Make your appointment I promise you he will take care of you. My dentist referred me to Dr. Gekht. I received two implants from him. My experience both times were great. The process was painless and what seemed to be quick. He did a great job with both. The first one healed great! And the second is healing nicely. I would absolutely recommend using him. Especially if your insurance covers the procedure. Out of pocket can be a bit pricey, but the end result is worth it.

I have met Dr Gekht through recommendation of my friend. I needed several implants to be done. I went to several doctors before him and everyone told that it's extremely complicated and almost impossible to do. Dr Gekht is amazing, not only he did the impossible but also restored my trust in doctors again. I highly recommend him for all your implants need and more.

Extremely professional and friendly staff which made the entire wisdom teeth extraction surgery absolutely painless and comfortable! His Remarkable Track Record of Experience Speaks For Itself. He Is One Of The First and Only Oral Surgeons in the Country To Perform Extractions, Bone Grafting & Immediate Implants in 1 Short Visit. I Had This Done 10 Years Ago By Him, Then Again In Another Area Of My Mouth 3 weeks ago. The Procedures Were Done Before I Realized He Did Anything! You Can Choose To Be Asleep or Awake. I had sinus lift surgery by dr Alexander Gekht since my two failed attempts. Everything was done to the outmost professionalism. I was able to have implants because of him and complete my treatment. All I can say is WOW

If you want to be insulted, this is the place to go. To top that off, the charges are out of range from any other practice. This guy is playing games with Karma and he thinks he will win. Look at the economy buddy, Your day is coming.

I was referred to Dr. Gekht by my primary dentist because he accepts our insurance. I brought my daughter for a consultation with a three-d x-ray from her orthodontist. At the consultation he did a quick oral exam during which he "felt" around her mouth for the impacted tooth. He told us the tooth was so impacted that he couldn't feel it and would therefore need to do a three-d scan. The office submitted the treatment plan to the insurance. Granted most of the plan was not covered by the insurance. He wanted to charge $4700 for the extraction and bonding of my daughter's tooth as well for some other minor costs. This seemed to be quite high. I took my daughter to another oral surgeon her orthodontist regularly refers to, who does not accept our insurance. During the consultation, she explained to us that the tooth was on the roof of my daughter's mouth and was able to feel it. Therefore, a three-d scan was unnecessary. Her total fees were $1000 for the extraction, $350 for the binding, & $120 for the consultation. This oral surgeon was out of network, but our insurance reimbursed us for appropriately one third of the total cost. Always get a second opinion particularly if you have seen Dr. Gekht as he might be trying to do unnecessary procedures and overcharging you.

Dr. Gekht significantly exceeded my expectations not only in respect to not causing me any pain but I happen to get very uncomfortable at the dentist because of my jaw and I can't hold my mouth open very long. Dr. Gekht and his asst. were so accommodating and patient. I also had to be seen pretty much right away as I was in so much pain and they accommodated that as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Gekht.

This guy is amazing; however, the only thing preventing me from giving them 5 stars is the fact that NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! You have to call and call and call and even then, they don't answer. I had a tooth pulled by him and my daughters did too and he was great. My daughter needs another extraction but it's been impossible to get anyone on the phone. I have been calling for 2 months now and STILL NO ANSWER. Now I have to find another surgeon.

Dr Gekht has been amazing. I had 3 implants done with no issues at all. After each procedure he or the nurse called to check on me. Recently I had significant bone growth on my forehead that no one wanted to remove. He took it on and to much of my amazement you can't even tell where it was. He followed up with visits and telcals. He made me so comfortable. He is professional, methodical and most of all compassionate.

My mom came into Dr Alex..(accompanied)with my sister.... my mom wears a full lower Denture... Dr Alex says my mom has "5" abscesses on her lower left Jaw... the next comment he said to my mom was "you probably don't have but a few year left with your weight "and turns to my sister and says the same remark!!!! I worked for the BEST Oral Surgeons on Long Island !!! LICOMS!! And Dr Alex is way over charging and his bed side is disgusting!!!! ADA NEXT!

Dr. Gekht is INCREDIBLY REMARKABLE! I am highly highly satisfied and had a completely wonderful experience. My cosmetic facial procedures were painless and were executed properly with almost now down time! Super professional work and diligent post operative care. The amount of time and skill, and attention I received from Dr. Gekht was spectacular. The staff were very helpful and courteous. HIGHLY recommended! Dr. Gekht truly changed my life.

Great Doctor and Great Service. From the 1st phone call scheduling my daughters appointment to the end of the appointment we received nothing but great care & attention. I forget his Dental Assistants name on the day we were seen(5/28/2020)but she was so kind & patient with us. Dr Gekht was amazing, he took the time to explain everything to myself & my 18 yr old daughter who had surgery about 3 different procedures done. He was professional & we did not feel rushed and my daughter says he was gentle with her. He saw my daughter & helped her on an urgent dental matter and we could not be more pleased. I am so grateful to Dr Gekht and his Dental assistant for taking great care of my daughter.
