If I could give this dental office negative stars I would. The facility itself looks rundown and I was just overall uncomfortable during my time. I will never return and will be sure to inform others.

Dr. Nam Phan is 'BOSS' @ extraction! My tooth didn't want to go but he didnt relent and eventually it went. I've had absolutely no pain and this is without a single pain killer. I'd definitely recommend Dr. PHAN for extractions. Peace, love and joy can be found in God/Jesus Christ alone!

Had my first ever root canal today and I must say Dr. Jacob is an excellent Endodontist. He walked me through the whole procedure and moved at my pace. I'm a phobic patient and he put me at ease. I would recommend him any day! Thanks Dr. JACOB

worst place to get anything done. the receptionists give you attitude as if its your fault they work there. they dont submit insurance requests when they say they do. they waste your time and then tell you its your fault. worst dental office ever.

LACK OF LEADERSHIP. Extremely unprofessional staff . Lack of guidance or conduct . Impossible to get someone on the phone and when you do the assistance is less than subpar . Was given misinformation and then was told I had to resolve my concerns myself . Dealing with this clinic left more than just a bad taste in my mouth to say the least . Thank goodness they showed me the POOR QUALITY OF SERVICE I RECEIVED at the front desk because I can only imagine what type of treatment they provide once you are in the dental chair !

Was schedule for a Wisdom Tooth Extraction on 3/19, , it had been a while since I've had a Wisdom tooth removed so I had to mentally prepare myself for it and the pain and discomfort to me, Dr Phan did the extraction and I was blown away at how quick and effortless it was, when he told me I was done. My reaction was "WHAT", he was very pleasant and quick and made sure I was comfortable, when I lef the office of there than alittle discomfort where the tooth was taken my Pain Level was something I'd never experienced and he reached out couple days later to check and see how I was doing..overall a very great experience and I would def recommend him to anyone.

I left my primary dental in suffolk cty displeased to seek out Nassau Dental in Baldwin. N. Y. upon refrences. I visited on 2 consecutive days on 11-17 & 11-18-21 for 2 procedures. First is for 3 root canal post for crowns with pleasant success Dr josephine. Second day after i was treated by Dr Nam Phan for 3 dental implants post to follow up with implant. Third day i was up with little discomfort pain, some swelling, i was so hungry that i ate some chicken soup, followed with Yellow rice/ rotisserie chicken. Of course with much care and proper cleaning mouth after. Take my meds as prescribed. This 3rd day i feel great. Dr Phan talked me through the procedures while i was awake watching every movement with tools, feeling the grinding. But NO PAIN. Phan isD Man
