I couldn't be happier after my 1st dentist appointment with Dr. Rushing at Nashville Smile Team! I had broken a veneer on a front tooth. I was able to get in quickly and it was fixed beautifully and pain free! Dr. Rushing is so professional, gentle, kind and a master at what she does. Takes her time with you, too. The office is clean and beautiful!! Her entire team is incredible and so helpful and professional! From the person I spoke with initially on the phone, to the hygienist, to the person scheduling my next appointment at the desk. I look forward to going back for my cleaning! So grateful to have found Dr. Rushing & Nashville Smile Team! (& I love my coffee mug! Thanks for everything NST!)

I have always held a deep-seated fear of dental visits. Nashville Smile Team alleviated that concern on my first trip there. Hands down, the best dental experience I've had.

Dr Rushing is the best! The dental assistant I've had has always been very friendly and made the visit as easy as possible. Dr. Rushing is also extremely thorough and has helped me fix quite a few issues with my teeth . She is also very up to date on her dentistry practices and was highly recommended to me. They also recommended a great endodontist for my complicated root canal and they completed it with zero pain. Thanks again!

Can't say enough about how great that my experience has been. Every staff member was so kind and helpful. From the moment that I called in to book my first appointment to the checking out experience, everyone was fantastic. Dr. Rushing took extra time with me to talk and answer all of my questions. Glad to have found this place and will recommend to anyone and everyone!

Dr. Rushing and her staff have been so great on every phone call and visit. They obviously care about their patients very much. They take the time to listen to my concerns and are very friendly, accommodating and professional in addressing each issue. This week they got me in quickly, and Dr. Rushing took care of my fractured tooth in no time, explaining every aspect and answering all my questions. I'm a fairly new patient, yet they treat me as if I've been there for years. The office is clean and beautiful with all efforts toward protecting against Covid and other cross-contamination. I highly recommend Nashville Smile Team.

My fillings were not filed correctly. They were rough and caused pain and discomfort until I could return and have it fixed.

I'm never happy about a dental appointment but all the people that are there, make it as comfortable as possible. Cindy, my hygienist, is understanding and always kind and efficient. Dr. rushing is very personable and provides excellent care.

Dr. Rushing replaced the old veneers on my 2 front teeth. She also did the teeth on either side to make sure I had a good match of color. She did an excellent job, taking as much time as was needed to make sure they were perfect. I definitely recommend her work.

I can't say enough great stuff about this place!! The nicest staff. The best care. Totally affordable. From the moment I first contacted them I felt valued. Upon my first visit the staff made me feel right at home. I went in for a cleaning and left with new dental family. I took advantage of their membership plan (a great value) and have already made my next visit appointment. Thank you so much!!!

I'm one of those many people out there who has a "dentist horror story", making it difficult to get comfortable with or warm up to a dentist, so I tend to delay my dentist visits. I didn't realize, until I visited Nashville Smile Team, that my problem all these years wasn't necessarily that I hated going to the dentist, it was that I never had a good dentist that made it enjoyable. When I entered the building, I had anxiety initially, but ended up being very comfortable during my visit with the Nashville Smile Team, and am very disappointed that I'll be moving in a few months, given that I'll have to roll the dice on another dentist in a new state. I most certainly recommend all of those out there mulling "should this be my dentist?" to give them a shot, and I'd be willing to bet they're going to change your perception of what a dentist visit it supposed to be like. I will 100% be recommending all of my family and friends to the Nashville Smile Team.

Dr. Rushing is the best! I have a real fear of going to the dentist and avoided finding one for three years after moving to TN. She has been supportive, patient, and really attentive to my anxiety as she has gotten my teeth back into good shape! Her office staff is amazing, too! I highly recommend Nashville Smile!
