I was referred to Dr. Noble for a root canal/abscess treatment by my new dentist (Dr. Katherine Hall - also highly recommend) on a crown that was placed by my old dentist as Embassy Dental. I had been complaining about general pain on this tooth and made several emergency appointments at Embassy where I explained that something just didn't feel right, and I felt like I was rushed out the door and dismissed. When I got a new dentist, Dr. Hall, she immediately spotted an abscess and got me in the next week with Dr. Noble. My past negative experiences with my old dentist has given me a lot of anxiety and distrust around dental work. I was incredibly nervous for my root canal/abscess treatment with Dr. Noble, and I explained all of this to him and the technician assistant at my appointment. Both Dr. Noble and the technician had such a calming and professional demeanor, especially with my anxiety. The procedure itself was quick and painless, and this morning I woke up for the first time without the typical tooth irritation that I've been dealing with for the past two years. Not only do I feel physically better, but I feel a mental comfort knowing that something actually WAS wrong with my tooth, and it was properly diagnosed and treated by a professional who knows what he is doing.

Professional team - PAIN FREE - new equipment - very clean office - even if he is out of network with your insurance, he is worth every penny. True professional and he will forever be my endodontist!

I can't believe it's taken me this long to review Dr. Noble. First of all, a little bit about my story.. I had a (bad) dentist perform a filling on one of my teeth and it "failed" a year later.. then she did a root canal, and a year later it also "failed".. and she told me I had to have that tooth extracted I was 26 and had always taken relatively good care of my teeth and was on top of preventative care. I had no idea how it could escalate like this. I went to 3 different endodontists in Nashville and they were so cold and inhuman about me losing my tooth--that I literally buried my head in the sand and ignored the problem for years. Later on, another filling she had done had cracked in half and was incredibly painful and another dentist was fixing it and recommended I see Dr. Casey Noble for the issue with the root canal. I remember when he told me "Autumn this is a perfectly good tooth, we do not have to have it extracted" I'm pretty sure I cried from relief after that appointment. When he performed the root canal he said that the dentist who had performed the initial one had missed 2 canals! I have always felt completely safe and taken care of in this office. I have a fierce love for Dr. Nobles and work. I could not be more grateful for how reassured I feel every time I walked into one of the follow up exams.

Dr. Noble performed a root canal on me, and I have to tell you, it was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a dentist's office. The actual root canal was completely pain-free, including the initial Novocain shot. He was so thorough from the start. He showed me my X-rays and explained what was going on, and then he walked me through verbally as the procedure was happening. All that anxiety leading up to the visit for nothing! When I went for a follow-up appointment 3 months later, I felt 98% better than when I initially walked through his door. He thoroughly checked me out, and explained to me that I still had mild discomfort due to the nature of the tooth (#3 and #14 are teeth most people feel lingering discomfort in) and because of my particular bone and nerve structure. I can't recommend Dr. Noble enough. He is the go-to Endodontist for many dentists here in Nashville, but if you are looking for someone with kindness, great technique and thoroughness, he is your doctor! Thank you so much Dr. Noble!

I had a root canal treatment done by Dr. Noble. The procedure was quick and pain free. He then took time afterwards to answer all of my many questions. I paid out of pocket for the procedure and find the price to be fair comparatively. The front desk receptionist, Angel, is really sweet and helpful.

I had to go have the dreaded "root canal" and was referred to Dr. Noble by my dentist. I never had to have a root canal and the fear set in. Dr. Noble and the ladies in his office are great. There was no pain. Even the initial shot of Novocain did not hurt. I had to have the root canal done in 2 parts as I had an infection/inflammation. My initial appointment I requested Nitrous Oxide gas because, well, I'm a whip and needed something to relax me. I didn't know Dr. Noble was not going to be able to finish the root canal during my appointment. The second appointment I didn't even want the Nitrous Oxide, because the first appointment, two weeks prior, was so easy and pain free. Dr. Noble explained everything to me during the procedure and then after the procedure went over everything and answered all my questions. Dr. Noble and the ladies in his office are all friendly and informative and the office is spotless, so clean. I would recommend Dr. Noble for anyone who needs a root canal or any other types of procedures he performs. Hands down 5 stars. Thanks Dr. Noble for taking the fear away and making my experience a pain free one! Barb A.

He was not very thorough with my root canal. Missed a few nerves. I was in a lot of pain and nearly jumped out of my seat. Then, went he went to numb some more. It was like a searing pain burning through my tooth bc he wasn't patient and just doing everything so quickly. Cut off a piece of my gum because it was in the way. A week later, i called and told them I was still in pain, and the ladies behind the desk were just not very considerate.
