Dr. Liberatore, aka Dr. Franco grew up in the residential neighborhood of Mill Basin, Brooklyn, NY. His parents were immigrants from the Abruzzo region in Italy. To kickstart his undergraduate career, he attended St Johns University in Queens, NY. He later graduated from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and completed his AEGD from SUNY Stony Brook and began practicing in Staten Island, New York in 1995. In 2002, he decided to move to Italy where he practiced until the spring of 2010. After a wonderful eight year experience in Italy, Dr. Liberatore returned to the United States and chose to settle in Nashua, New Hampshire.
Dr. Franco has taken extensive continuing education courses over his career. He has attended The Dawson Academy for Advanced Dental Studies and The Pankey Institute. Two internationally renowned institutions for advanced studies in Dental Education. His focus is on the treatment of the whole patient. He enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and believes that the prevention of disease is the best service that one can provide to their patients.
Dr. Liberatore is married to his wife Francesca since September 2007. Dr. Liberatore and Francesca have two children, Leonardo and Maria. Most of his free time is gladly spent helping his children with their various activities and sports. In addition, along with several of his alumni brothers in the area, they are mentors to undergraduates of Alpha Phi Delta Fraternity at several area universities. Dr. Liberatore is a big fan of St. Johns Red Storm basketball. He also likes to travel and play golf. He resides in the north end of Nashua.
Dr. Failla was born and raised in Rome, Italy. There she received her D.D.S. from La Sapienza University in 1998. In 2002, she received her specialty certificate in Periodontics, as well as a Masters in Science from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. After her time in Boston, Dr. Failla then returned to Rome where she completed a specialty in Special Oral Surgery. In 2018, Dr. Failla completed her advanced standing program from Boston University Goldman School of Dentistry where she earned her D.M.D.
Since 2002, Dr. Failla has been a practicing Periodontist in her familys practice in Rome, Italy. Dr. Faillas mother Agnese is a General Practitioner(GP) with a specialty in Orthodontics, her aunt Cinzia is a Prosthodontist( also a Tufts graduate), and her sister Laura is a GP with a specialty in Orthodontics. Truly a family dental practice.
Dr. Failla is married with two children. When Dr. Failla is not busy working and bringing her children to their various activities, she likes to travel back to Rome to visit her family. Dr. Failla also enjoys cooking, baking, swimming, and reading in her free time.

After going to a dental chain back in April 2021 for extractions and snap in dentures, I was left in pain and discomfort. I went for a second opinion at New England Dental Arts, where Dr Bloom highly recommended Dr Failla.I now know why. I started treatment with her back on May 4th 2022 and I just want to say what a completely different experience. I felt informed and educated about my treatment plan. While in recovery, Dr Failla shared a personal phone number where I could call or text her with any questions or concerns. I am truly blessed to have a professional, caring, kind human being who wants to help me. The work she has done so far has been a game changer! Long time patient who was suffering from excruciating wisdom tooth pain. I call the office (on a Friday) and Dr. Fran took me right in on an emergency basis and extracted the tooth. What a relief, thank you!!

Me and my whole family have been seeing Dr. Franco and Dr. Fran since they open the doors to this practice. Their work is amazing as is their patient care, specially for a patient like myself with dental fears. The entire staff is fantastic. I tell everyone that needs a dentist to give them and the practice a try, You'll never need to look for a dentist again.

I recently had a LANAP procedure performed on the right side of my mouth - a recommended procedure for my Periodontitis. Dr failla, of Nashua Riverfront Dentistry performed this surgery in a truly exemplary fashion. There was no pain involved (of course, after a local anesthetic was used). The attending Dental Assistant also performed admirably. The next morning I awoke with no pain whatsoever. It is amazing what can be achieved when you are in the capable hands of a superb Oral Surgeon such as Dr Failla. Thank you, Doctor!

I'd been ignoring a problem for a while and honestly was nervous about the procedure. This week I couldn't wait any longer. Not only did they find a place on the schedule for me Friday but, Dr. Francesca helped me feel comfortable. The procedure itself was painless and I felt silly after about how nervous I was. Dr. Francesca made some gentle suggestions of other procedures I needed but did so with concern and care. I didn't feel any shame about how long it's been since I went to a dentist, nor pressure to schedule anything while there. The focus was on the immediate problem.

Riverfront Dentistry is great. They are very professional, very skilled, and show great care for their patients and their staff. During this COVID-19 timeframe, they have gone the extra mile to keep the patients and the staff as safe as is possible. I highly recommend this dental practice.

At six years old, I swung through a jungle gym and broke my front tooth. The dentist in Boston did not use any type of numbing agent. That started my life long dislike for dentistry. Many years ago, when I moved to New Hampshire, I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Libertore at another dental practice. I was very saddened when he left that practice, but at the time, was in no position to switch dentists. Approximately 5 years ago, I moved to Massachusetts to help my sister after her surgery and really started noticing problems with my teeth. When I moved back to New Hampshire, I returned to the previous dental practice, due to familiarity. After a large problem and still not getting the answers I needed, I decided to see if Dr. Libertore was still in New Hampshire. I was very happy to find out that he was. He and his wife owned Nashua Riverfront Dentistry. I called the office and got an appointment within two weeks. I talked to "Doc" when I went into the office and then met his wife, Dr. Fran. Within a short period of time, I got many of the answers that I needed. This was not all my fault. I always felt that I took good care of my teeth but it just never seemed enough. I didn't know that dental issues can be hereditary. Thanks dad! That is part of my problem. My main contact now is Dr. Fran and I have to say she is amazing. She talks with you, not at you. She listens to your concerns and details the options that are available. One of my main concerns was never feeling like I was getting the whole truth. That is not an issue any longer. I am in for a long hall again, but this time, I feel very comfortable. The quality of the care that is given to the patient is outstanding. I will write again, to let you know how it is going and will tell and refer all to Nashua Riverfront Dentistry. Thanks "Docs" Jane

Look, I am not much for doctoring, nor dental activities. Frankly, I only go when necessary. So recent experience is important to relay. You know the measure of a professional when a negative situation is overcome with alacrity and kindness. That was my experience when a temporary crown broke and I needed to come into the office rapidly. I received a personal call from the dentist (rare these days) and was quickly set up to come in the next morning. Dental assistant Lynn has tremendous experience and knows her way around acute problems. Dr. Failla was also able to adjust a couple of complex mandibular devices that will save me time and expense. So, I am very pleased with the Riverfront team and would recommend the practice readily.

Dr Fran and Dr Franco are amazing! My daughter who is on the autism spectrum and suffers from terrible anxiety had broke a piece of her front tooth again and they were so patient and understanding with her. I was so touched by their gentle way and compassion for her as they bonded her tooth piece back together. I would recommend them for everyone as my whole family are patients and so happy with our dental care.

If you are lucky to be a patient here you are lucky enough. They treat you like family and do excellent work. Last year I was being treated for an infected tooth and had planned a trip to Rome. I was given Dr. Fran's cell phone number and instructed to call if I had issues in Italy and she would connect me with her family who are also dentists in Rome. That kind of service and care for patients is unheard of in today's world. Thank you Drs Fran & Franko
