Dr. Kenneth Nash graduated from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA, in 1976. He was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Biology. From 1976 to 1980, he studied at Meharry Medical College, School of Dentistry in Nashville, TN, and, in 1980, obtained a Doctor of Dental Surgery.

Dr. Jonathan Nash received his DDS degree from Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry in 2016 and is a graduate of the University of Mississippi Medical Center. He is the recipient of many awards, honors, and scholarships, including the Pamela C. and Frank S. Royal, Sr., M.D. Scholarship and Master Degree in Biomedical Science. He is trained in rapid HIV testing, BLS/ACLS training, and CEREC same-day crowns technology. Along with professional affiliations, Dr. Jonathan Nash is an active volunteer in his community and across the country. He joined his father, Dr. Kenneth Nash, in practice in 2016 and is excited to provide minimally-invasive and family-friendly care to patients in the Vicksburg, MS, area.

My experience at Nash Family Denistry was a good one. From the first greeting upon arrival to the good bye upon leaving, the experience was great. Everyone was very professional and I was treated with great respect and they was glad to have me as a patient.

I went in because I had a tooth ache and a friend referred me to them. They were very quick at getting the patients back and was immediately seen by a dental assistant. She asked what was going on and took the X-rays and accessed what was happening in my mouth and was very friendly. The dentist was in quickly after. I have high anxiety about dentist and they were so gentle and friendly. He told me the choices I had and had the nurse let me know all the details and i was quickly set up with an appointment to get my tooth taken care of! They were super friendly, fast service which is a big plus to me. Having to wait makes some people more anxious so I was happy that they didn't waste time getting me in and getting me out. So far I would recommend this dentist office.

I went in for extractions, but I ended up not getting them. I must say that the dental hygienist was excellent, she made me feel less nervous about the limited exam I did receive at the practice. I am scheduled to return in a few weeks for an actual extraction so I cannot comment on the dental technique for now. The actual dentist was nice enough, but there was limited interaction for me to say whether I feel he is someone I can trust for dental care. However I will say that if you are nervous about dentists, the hygienists do their best to ease your mind.
