If I could give ZERO stars I would. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Octover 2021 went to Callahan Family Dental for mouth pain. They informed me I needed to get a root canal done on #5 tooth. I scheduled and root canal done at recommended facility. Called and scheduled follow up/ crown to be fitted with Callahan Family dental as tx was suggested. After fitting, it took several weeks for perm. crown to come in and be fitted. At the 1st fitting, January 2022 crown had a gap so they had to reorder a new crown and had me come back to have it redone several weeks later. At the next attempt at the perm. crown. Dr. Burbank said everything looked great with the crown and he went ahead and filled a few cavities for me. Went in for my routine cleaning in August. I informed tech it felt like the crown was fitting a little odd and asked if she could check it while cleaning. Tech immediately got the New dentist on staff (Dr. Vadalyia) and stated Dr. Burbanks is no longer with the practice due to health and "mentally checking out". Dr. Vadalyia came in and stated the crown has a gap and the previous dentist should have not allowed me to leave with the gap in the crown and it was placed incorrect. Had to come back for an additional appt for them to remove the crown and when she did, they noticed damage to the tooth. Staff agreed I should not be responsible for this Malpractice/ negligence. They forwarded concerns to upper management and their resolution is for me to pay for crown lengthening which is around 2000.00 + due to damage from crown being placed improperly. At the initial time of crown/tx plan, they had me pay for an insurance for the crown and for fillings in case something happened. I paid for the crown already and this is all they are offering to cover. Which means they are not offering to pay for anything at all! All of the issues are from a Dentist who should not have been practicing if they knew he was having health issues going on. This is Malpractice and none of these issues would have occurred if the crown was placed correctly. I'm not even sure the cavities were filled correctly, and I have been calling since August and No resolution. Even after the several phone call attempts, they will blow you off and DO NOT return calls or attempt to retain relationships with their clients.

Canopy Oaks Dental in Ocala is awful. My appointments with the hygienist have been canceled since December, your dentist has a medical condition which causes tremors and he failed to disclose his issues when he was prepping two teeth for crowns, it was a horrible and painful experience. My temp crown fell off twice because my tooth was not prepared properly to seat a stable temp crown and now I have just been called to be told I won't be having my permanent crown placed on Thursday or getting my teeth cleaned on Thursday because of lack of staff. I have already paid over a $1K for these crowns. This office was amazing when Dr. Amy was there. I was never told before my appointment that she was gone or I would have never come in. Dr. Witt is a nice guy but he is not fit to work on anyone's mouth.

Awful dentist I went to him like 15 years ago and he did 3 unnecessary procedures and dentists I have in Chicago laugh at his work. In fact I have had to have one of the teeth he worked on removed after multiple crowns. He also recommended I get an srp at age 26: I had never had a cavity prior. stay away he'll run up your insurance bill with unnecessary procedures.

My wife was a extremely hardworking employe with a clean record always on time and gave her all for her clinic at Surfside location. About 6 weeks ago or so my wife was directly confronted by her dentist Dr Josh Lovelace who decided to unprofessionally scream at the top of his lungs and swear multiple times at my wife directly in a honestly threatening manner. She was far more understanding and professional than I about the situation and mind you they had patients and the full staff was aware and no one stepped in to stop it. My wife put professionalism first and only spoke to him about patients and gave general respect but as expected she distanced herself from him after that verbal assault. There are multiple complaints from patients and even the staff that this mans pride and anger consistently get the best of him and he can never be wrong. Seeing it becoming a toxic environment for everyone my wife and the manager had enough and decided to have a open forum intervention type meeting to voice their concerns. Not once did the dr apologize or admit his mistakes, and the issue was brought up to a higher manager named Annette who appeared concerned over the phone and she decided to meet with the staff this morning and "help". Well her advice was my wife should have spoken up sooner, the doctor wasn't even told he did anything wrong. She condoned his behavior and offered my wife to transfer to another location or quit. I am an active duty military personnel stationed in NAS Jacksonville who happens to work in the dental office with over 15 dentists. One of my dentists who is a friend mentioned he went to UF and with Josh Lovelace and noted he was very arrogant and argued with professors refusing to be corrected. Not good qualities for any medical or dental field but that was just interesting to know this is a trend for him. Not once in my 8 years of service in the military working in several dentists offices mind you (we have thick skin). Not once was one of our providers caught raising their voice and blatantly disrespecting/ cussing out a coworker. The office is divided and his blatant favoritism with one female employee is creating a negative environment for everyone else. My question for you Dr Narducci as a retired US Air Force Dentist with years of experience and as a fellow military member do you condone this behavior? Was that allowed in the Air Force and how would it be corrected? My wife decided to quit today and mind you she had every right to walk right out the door when her managment failed her and made her feel like a problem at 8am this morning but she stuck it out and did her 8 hours. I write this review for any potential patient or dental assistant/dentist that may be considering working there or sending patients there or getting seen there. Find someone who keeps their people accountable and works together like a family. Because Narducci dental group isn't a family, they are strictly business and hire abusive dentist fresh out of dental school that don't know the first thing about respect.

I would caution anyone using this dental office. I hope they do not treat their patients the same way they drive!! I was on 295 a few days ago and the person driving the vehicle in the picture below was driving erratically as they came up behind me . The person driving came up behind me and started tailgating and unfortunately, I had no where to move due to traffic. So instead of laying off until I could safely move, the driver made a quick maneuver into the far right lane, sending another vehicle into the merge lane, sped up until they tailgated the car to my right, diagonal from me, then maneuvered in front of me, causing me to slam on breaks to avoid having my front bumper taken off, then jerked over to the left lane, cutting off another car, sped up again the decided to ride in the middle of 2 lanes. As you can see in the picture, this is when they started to ride the 2 lanes. This all taking place in a construction zone. Bad idea to have your company name all over your car.. just saying. Clearly if they don't care about people on the road, I can't imagine how they could care about their patients. I would give them zero stars if I could, but just to post this, I had to give one star.

The staff at the Marietta office were great. I had a good experience as far as my dental work goes. My problem, however, is the accounting department. I was using the denefits program to begin with, and after contacting the office and getting told that I could break the contract, and I ended up being able to pay everything off using care credit. Unfortunately, someone dropped the ball, and a payment was taken out from denefits. Fast forward two months, I am STILL fighting to get my refund back - and the problem no longer lies with denefits. I have been waiting over two weeks for a check to be cut, only to be told that it's still under review, and that money is promised out to other bills/expenses. This has been a horrible experience, and I will definitely be switching to a different dentist after this!

Starting going to Gate parkway office in '07. Has gone down over the last few years. I've left with tooth pain and insurance mistakes for the last time.
