Dr. Nardi grew up in East Springfield. He worked in the family restaurant, Nardi's Pizzeria on Page Boulevard, tossing pizza dough and making sauce (later tending bar) as a kid. He attended Catherdral High School, graduating with a merit scholarship and pursued his studies at AIC. Graduating early, he attended Georgetown University Dental School in Washington, D.C. and graduated in 1979 (DDS).
Dr. Nardi returned to the Springfield area after graduation to pursue his dental career. In the next 40 years, Dr. Nardi would meet his wife, raise four kids, and continue practicing the highest level of family dentistry. He has received numerous accolades over his career including the Better Business Bureau Award for Marketplace Excellence. At the end of 2019, Dr. Nardi was recognized for his lifetime achievement to the Valley District Dental Society for his continued service of 40 years within our local dental society. He continues to practice today.
Outside of the dental practice, anyone who knows Dr. Nardi knows he is passionate about his family, golf, and classic cars. He has been married to his wonderful wife, Donna, for 35 years and counting.
Growing up in Springfield and East Longmeadow, I feel blessed that I've had the opportunity to grow up in Western Massachusetts and enjoy everything the area has to offer. After graduating dental school in 2013, I returned to the Springfield area and have been practicing here since. I am so excited to bring the latest the dental field has to offer to my patients in Western Massachusetts. The blend of modern dental techniques and technology coupled with my father's 40+ years of experience allows a unique treatment opportunity for all of our patients.
Despite having a father in the field, dentistry found me in its own way. I experienced numerous broken teeth and root canals from competitive ice hockey which certainly piqued my interest. As a kid, I was also always drawn to any activities which involved using my hands.
After graduating from ELHS in 2005, I continued my studies at UMASS Amherst Commonwealth Honors College with dual majors in Math and Chemistry. I immediately shipped out to Boston to attend BU Dental for four more years. Throughout my education, I kept myself involved with men's league and intramural hockey leagues, constantly tinkering and riding my bikes, all while having my loving wife for support.
Best advice I'd give someone joining Nardi Family Dental: We're all about providing a judgment free zone, so don't be surprised if coming to the dentist becomes your new favorite thing. We're here to make you feel relaxed in achieving your goals. Enjoy the music and conversation while the crew works on your smile!
I grew up in East Longmeadow, MA and graduated from ELHS in 2010. I attended Boston College where I majored in Biochemistry and am still an avid college hockey fan. During my time at BC, I knew I wanted to pursue medicine or dentistry, but it was until I broke my jaw (not in a fight!) that I found dentistry was the right choice for me. I saw firsthand the marriage of science and technology working together to diagnose and treat conditions, which is one of the things I love most about my profession today.
I attended Boston University Dental School (DMD) on an academic scholarship and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa National Honor Society my fourth year. I continue to pursue high-level continuing education courses in helping provide the best evidenced based care I can - something my brother and I are passionate about. We literally grew up in our dad's dental office but never felt pressure to pursue what our father did. Our father continues to be an inspiring mentor and role model in our practice.
Best advice I'd give someone joining Nardi Family Dental: We pride ourselves in providing a relaxing and judgment free zone. We care a lot about our patients. We're here to make you feel comfortable and are ready to help you achieve and maintain that perfect smile when joining the Nardi Dental Fam!
Our hygiene team at Nardi Family Dental has talented, dedicated, and highly skilled hygienists. Our hygienists are experts at providing oral hygiene and provide much more than clean teeth. They provide detailed instructions and education individualized for patients regarding proper dental hygiene in a cordial and compassionate way.
A routine checkup normally consists of a review of medical and oral health history to begin. After removing plaque, flossing, and polishing patients' teeth, they will help teach the correct techniques for brushing and flossing. Due to their excellent work, we have patients coming regularly for their cleanings every three to six months.
Our dental assistants are specially trained to provide expert-level assistance to our doctors and hygienists. They take our X-rays and help the crucial process of sterilizing our dental instruments to prevent infection during treatments. They're valuable in increasing our office efficiency and are very knowledgeable to provide after care instructions to patients.They can answer many of our patients' questions and are always willing to help.

I had to get a root canal and due to a bad experience when I was young I have a really bad dentist phobia however, my daughter Yashira made an appointment for me at Nardi Family Dental with Dr. Mike when I arrived I was shaking, I was brought to the back and Dr. Mike and his assistant Trish explained what would happen during the procedure and even the 7 Novocain shots were painless. OMG, how I wish I would have heard of these guys when I was younger. Because of the fear I always put off going to the dentist but now that I discovered Dr. Nardi's Family Dentistry I am never going to be worried about my annual check-up. THANK YOU DR. MIKE & TRISH. You guys are amazing. God bless you and May HE prosper your business. I am a happy patient NEVER thought I would feel that way about the dentist.

I am super impressed with Nardi dental! They made a person who hates going to the dentist, comfortable and at ease! I've been to other dentists who charged ridiculous amounts for service, and left there not completely happy with my teeth. At Nardi Dentistry I couldn't believe how affordable they were, and my teeth look great! I recommend them highly if you are looking for a great dentistry experience! Recently moved into the area. Had my first cleaning with Melody, she was great. It was the most comfortable cleaning that I have ever had. I meet Dr Paul Jr. He was great in explaining practice philosophy. Both made me feel very comfortable.

Ive been a patient of Dr Paul's(Father) for years and now I see his son,also Dr Paul. They re both amazing and always give you their best. My entire family sees them. We wouldnt go anywhere else. They re very professional ,warm and friendly... the absolute best ! Set up an appt and tell them I sent you !!

I had my 1st crown constructed on a molar tooth over the Summer, and Yes I went into the office like a bit of a coward but the whole procedure was uneventful. No pain, no discomfort after the procedure and the end product looks better than my birth tooth! Fantastic....Thank you. A.C.
