Not very friendly. I asked for a recementing a lose cap and they "don't do that" but could put a new crown on...for a nice sum of money of course.

Best dental care EVER!! The staff are so friendly and personable and knowledgeable, I have never felt more taken care of by a dentist office. The Doctor is AMAZING!! So grateful to have found them! A+++++ :)

They made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome from the time I entered their office. Like I owed them something. They are pushing for X-rays, their cleanings have copays because she adds antibiotics with it. What if I don't need it? Price for fillings is who knows how calculated , I wasn't given any calculations just the copay which was very high as well. Office manager is very rude and not even listening to you, looks at another side. It took her 3 weeks to get a referral for my child because she is "busy". Also they "don't see" your email until you call and ask them. The only one nice person there is hygienist. 1 star goes to her. Stay away from this place!

Dr.Doberscu and staff take good care of their patients. I come from cypress and don't mind the drive at all. I look forward to my cleanings at ND dental care. After my appointments I drive down to the beach for some lunch.

2nd time here. First to get a deep cleaning. 2nd a follow up the doctors here are extremely nice and caring and very gentle. I took a friend with me this time that needed some Dental work and he is a happy camper also. My all time favorite dental place to go on ridge road in Laguna Niguel!

Love this office. From the doctor to the front desk everybody goes above and beyond to make sure you have your dental needs taken care of. Dr. Narcisa is the only dentist I recommend to my friends and family now.

After spending two years with my regular dentist and being dissatisfied with the work being done to my teeth, I decided to go see Dr Dobrescu. She was WONDERFUL, in four hours she got everything I needed done that the other dentist I was seeing couldn't do in multiple visits. Not only are her prices reasonable, but also she will give you a discount if you need a lot of work done. She is a GREAT dentist with routine work, but also is SUPERB WITH COSMETIC dentistry. She will understand what you want to have done, and will recommend what is the best for you. She takes the time to explain everything. The lab she works with is also wonderful, they got the color and size right with one attempt for my 10 crowns. The office itself is very new and state of the art. Her staff is FANTASTIC and her hygienist is great and very through. You get to watch tv while having your teeth worked on as well. I drive one hour 15 minutes to her because I will not trust anyone else with my teeth. If you are considering Narcisa Dobrescu, just do it, you will not be disappointed

i just recently started going to Dr. Narcisa and i only wish i would have found her sooner than i did. from the very moment i walked into the office to the moment i stepped out my experience was of high quality. the ladies at the front desk were beyond nice and welcoming, instantly making me feel at ease. the assistants working on my mouth were very attentive to my needs and any pain i might have. Narcisa her self is a gem. even while using needles in my mouth and pulling teeth out of me, she was absolutely gentle. always making sure my pain was minimal and very attentive to making sure the experience was perfect. i drive from the Huntington beach are to see her and the drive is more than worth it to get the quality care that she provides to me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER.

RUN from this place. The people are SO nice, I will say that. HOWEVER: the people who put their gloved hands in your mouth will then touch everything in the room and then put their hands back in your mouth. The woman who cleaned my teeth did one of the fastest cleanings I'd ever had because she barely did anything. No flossing, short amount of time with a water pik, no polishing. The worst part was Narcissa. While she was working in my mouth, she kept falling backwards against the wall. Like she was under the influence of something. What's worse is that while being unable to do my fillings properly, her assistant couldn't keep up so the taste and smell of bone was nauseating. Her work was so bad that every filling she did fell out in under two weeks of her work. The people were really nice, but this place is sub-par in their work and it's dangerous! They kept telling me their Clientele is mostly older people. I'm in my late twenties and she did permanent damage to my teeth! Don't let them do this poor quality of work to you. If you've got a compromised immune system, watch how often they cross contaminate, if you want a proper hygiene partner, find an office that respects that and takes that seriously. This is not a review to be mean, it is a review to be honest and to protect others. Please beware.

Dr. Dobrescu is s a great dentist! My family has been in her care now for a few years and we are very happy with the services received. We can find a dentist closer to our home in North OC, but we choose to drive to Laguna Hills because Dr. Dobrescu and her staff are the best.

Dr. Dobrescu has been my dentist since I was a teenager. Our prior dental office was sold to a new dentist who was too rough so my mom found Dr. Dobrescu. She's amazing, always upbeat, cheerful and most importantly for a dentist, gentle and considerate. My entire family has followed her anytime she ever changed offices even though we come all the way from northern Orange County. To anyone considering trying out her services, she's truly top notch.

I've seen Dr. Dobrescu for my dental needs for about the last 8 years! Her office in Laguna Woods is clean and spacious, and I've never waited for longer than 10 minutes! She is gentle, and when she can't be, she is generous with numbing medication! :) One thing to note is that she made a point to let me know i could bring my baby to my appointments if I was ever in a pinch! I highly recommend her and her team. You won't be disappointed!
