A graduate of The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, Dr. Wheeler has been practicing for over 30 years and has treated patients in a host of settings, including private practice, Native American reservations, military events, and correctional facilities. Shes dedicated to providing quality dentistry for all while ensuring that patients feel comfortable in her care.
She has attained Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry, an award held by just 7% of general dentists. Her passion for dentistry and ongoing education is expressed in all she does, and she's comfortable in providing all phases of general dentistry to her patients.
Having earned his doctorate at The University of Iowa College of Dentistry, Dr. Pantzlaff completed four years at the oral surgery residency at the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor, where he earned his MD.
Involved in dentistry for 23 years, Nicki Cochran was trained by the incomparable Dr. George Cochran, Napoleon Smiles founder. They married in 2006 and went on to have a son named Bentley, who is Nickis driving force in life. Throughout their marriage, she had the pleasure of being part of the lives of Georges 11 older children, and now has the joy of being Mamaw to their children.

They were all so nice and patient with our daughter! I was able to sit with her and comfort her myself as well as all of the employees helped calm her nerve through getting a root canal done! They explained everything they were doing to her so there was no sock of anything going in her mouth or the sound she would hear.

Took my 6 yr old here for an emergency exam. Everything was great. Everyone was kind and professional. They made my nervous 6yr olds first dentist visit so much easier on her. Looking forward to our next appointment here.

Love this dental office! Everyone is so friendly and thoughtful. I even got to snuggle with Toby the King Charles Spaniel while I was having work done! Such a great experience!

I had a wisdom tooth extraction done. Everyone was so nice! The extraction was painless and very fast. Dr. Ed Pantslaff was very nice and thorough with any questions and the procedure itself. If I lived closer I definitely would make this my go to office!

Today I had my first visit.. I couldn't of been more welcome by the staff and dr..my cleaning was very gentle.. the dr examined my mouth and teeth and bonded my bottom retainer.. I will be goin back!!! I highly recommend

I hate going to the dentist. It literally gives me anxiety. I had an emergency visit for tooth ache in Toledo at Hires Dental. I met with a traveling hygienist named Yana who was super sweet explained everything and she made me feel comfortable. I was referred to their sister office Napoleon Smiles for the extractions. I met with Dr Ed and he performed my extractions, explaining everything he was doing and ask many times it I was comfortable. My whole procedure took a little over 45 minutes. The office was really nice and clean. Their receptionist was super sweet and welcoming. I'm sorry I can't remember her name. And as I was leaving after taking care of my bill. They gave me a flower and said anytime you come in to see them they give you a flower when you leave. I thought it was a really sweet touch! Would definitely recommend this office!

Like other reviews stated, this place charges more than they quote. They also did not fix the problem. I had to go to another dentist to get the filling redone after this one was supposed to fix it. I told this office I was not coming back. They had rescheduled me for a cleaning anyway. When they called to confirm that appointment after months, I told them I would not be there. They still sent me a bill for$100 for a "missed appointment." That I had told them TWICE I was not coming to. I wasn't even going to leave a bad review about the first dental work, because the dentist was going through some health issues, and I thought it was an honest mistake. I could at least give him the benefit of the doubt. But, then this just really pushed it over the edge. I now see from the reviews, and other testimonies, that it's a pattern with this office.

Quoted $1,000-$1,300 depending molar size. stuck me for $2,700 bill and after promising we could work out payments within 24 hours of being declined for the Cochran Credit card I had an attorney calling my place of work about my upcoming wage garnishment. I've spent every day since telling every customer who's mentioned tooth pains how terrible he is. Probably several hundred people have stepped forward and told me stories of him "forgetting novacaine" Drilling the wrong teeth. The guys a complete crook and he's got his kids in on it.

Doc and his staff are AMAZING!!! Tooth extraction with minimal pain, best tech, friendliest people ever. They also took great care of my blind hubby while I was being worked on. They go above and beyond, make you feel like family. I can't wait to go back!
