Dr. Mabe graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry in 1990 and established his private practice in the Midwest, focusing on all aspects of general and cosmetic dentistry for adults and children. He has taken many hands on intensive continuing education courses over the past several decades, domestically and internationally to enhance his clinical skills and knowledge. Paul and his family have vacationed seasonally in Naples for the past 20+ years. It has been their dream, as their daughters started college, to move to Naples full time and practice dentistry. Dr. Mabe and his wife, Yvette enjoy working together. Yvette has been a Dental Hygienist for 30 years.

Dr. Mabe and his wife, Yvette have been married for 30 years. They have two daughters. Lauren, a former D-1 Tennis player at Liberty Univeristy, recent graduate from University of Florida Levin College of Law, and currently practicing as a Trust and Estates lawyer in the Naples area. Julia graduated with a Digital Media degree from Liberty University and now runs a marketing company. Julia is married to Tyler and they live in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Since 1990 Dr. Mabe has traveled to places like Ecuador, Panama, Costa Rica and the Dominican Republic, offering thousands of hours of free dentistry to children who live in orphanages and people who would otherwise not be able to easily obtain dental care. Partnering with local ministries that are on the ground in these countries has allowed him the opportunity to continue to return to the same areas time and again.
The personal philosophy that inspires Dr. Mabe to treat patients at home and around the world through missions is wrapped up in a reflective statement penned by Dr. Mabe 28 years ago. Upon returning from his first mission trip, serving the Inca Indians in the beautiful Andes Mountains in Ecuador, he journaled these words:
Dr. Paul Mabe has been practicing in Naples, Florida since February 2014. Prior to that time he had a family dental practice in the Midwest for 23 years. Dr. Mabe and his wife, Yvette, have been vacationing in Naples since 1996.
They have provided dental care in other countries in make shift dental clinics in the Andes mountains in Ecuador, banana plantations in Panama, and in churches and schools throughout the Dominican Republic.
When they travel for missions, their two daughters travel with them as well as staff members. It is a life changing opportunity every time they embark upon a new mission to improve the health of the beautiful smiles all around the world.

I was looking for alternative way for more dentist options. So I was very pleased to find Dr. Paul Mabe. The first impression is very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was able to experience two new ways with the ozone therapy and the platelet rich fibrin using our own blood plasma instead of antibiotics that goes everywhere in our body. Also I respect his humanitarian work. We really need to get back to more person oriented services in healthcare.

We have recently started going to Naples Family Dentist and have nothing but great things to say. Both Dr Mabe, his wife Yvette and their entire staff are excellent. We love the holistic approach to dentistry. I had several amalgam fillings safely replaced, both my wife and I had minor cosmetic fixes and even a holistic whitening. All three of our kids will be having their dentistry needs taken care of here as well. Highly recommended and very satisfied.

If you want top of the line care, HOLISTIC options and a beautiful smile, look no further! The doctor and staff are so warn, caring and give you tons of education on at home care, specific to your goals and needs. As a cancer survivor, I absolutely love that they have an instrument that tests for oral cancer too and takes only a minute. And I absolutely LOVE the ozone treatments ask about these in office and take home treatments, they are amazing! See photo below

Dr. Maybe is a very patient oriented dentist. Previously, I could not sit still long enough for a dentist, but Dr. Maybe put me at ease knowing that I could take one portion of a procedure at a time with an opportunity for me to regroup and prepare for the next step. I trust Dr. Mabe and have now had multiple root canals, extractions, crowns and an implant. I feel that now I could even sit still long enough for a cleaning!

The best of the best. We were treated like family and it felt so good. My daughter and i enjoyed our visits and that is a first for me to say that about going to the dentist. Truly recommend them. The ozone treatments i got helped me incredibly, plus the extraction process of my decaying root canal tooth was so professionally done. May the Lord bless you all!

Dr. Mabe and his office provides a first rate dental experience. It begins with appointments beginning right on time. And whatever is needed in the way of staff and equipment has been planned in advance and is at hand. Novocaine (if necessary) is administered with such care and skill that it is painless (a first for me). During the two years I have been going to Dr. Mabe, in addition to normal periodic cleaning and checkups, I have had crowns and a root canal - all first rate experiences. As a result of the removal of a malignant tumor in my mouth (by a medical surgeon), I require special periodic cleaning. Dr. Mabe developed a procedure so that (as a convenience to me) he can provide this service in his office (the surgeon is out of town).

Naples Family Dentist provided an experience I feel few dental practices can come close to and you truly are in amazing hands if you have the privilege of being treated by Dr. Paul and Yvette Mabe. I was quite nervous for my recent wisdom tooth removal, and throughout the entire process the team at Naples Family Dentist made me feel warm, welcomed, and ensured me that I was going to be okay. I was informed of every action before it was performed by Yvette and Paul which allowed me to form a deep level of trust and my nerves to calm, and for that I am truly grateful for. The procedure went well and I was back on my feet shortly after. I was also provided additional healing aids to take home with me along with easy-to-follow, thorough instructions about the necessary steps to take so my recovery could happen quickly and effectively. I am so thankful that everything went smoothly but it truly wouldn't have been possible without their staff working hard and diligently to ensure you leave feeling your best, which they successfully did! If you live in Naples, this is the dental practice for you! Don't look any further!

One professionally run practice that connects wonderfully with and cares exceptionally for their patients, all in a very warm and genuine way and atmosphere. The environment is super clean and highly maintained which promotes peace of mind. The staff led by Dr. Mabe's amazing wife, is welcoming with great spirit and their caring and concern is obvious. This all trickles down from Dr. Mabe who is wonderfully knowledgeable. He is a dentist who clearly sets one very high bar in terms of his expectations for an exemplary service experience and the delivery of excellent results. Wonderful experience ! Finding a dentist is hard enough especially one that can make you feel so comfortable. Amanda my Dental Hygienist was amazing and so gentle with my cleaning. It's a very warm environment and they are punctual which is huge for me! Very friendly Dr. and amazing staff. Thank you.

First and foremost, I am extremely dental phobic. While I go regularly, it is always an uncomfortable experience for me. Fast forward - we recently bought a place in Florida and I found myself for the first time ever experiencing discomfort in a tooth when I bit down. Dr. Mabe and his team were referred to me by a wonderful local real estate agent who has 4 small children and understands that in no uncertain terms, I needed a compassionate dentistry office. Dr. Mabe, not only called me personally before my appointment, but he, went to great lengths to ensure I was comfortable (and I'm hard to numb), relaxed - and then quickly and effectively put a crown on the tooth that was cracked. He and his team exhibited a compassion and concern for my well being that goes beyond professional concern - I truly felt cared about. Then the follow up call, again from Dr. Mabe personally, cemented my first impressions. I have made follow up visits and while I am a new "snow-bird", I have no problem flying back to Florida for any and all future dental work. If I could give this office 100 stars, I would. Thank you all.

Lost a crown while on vacation in Naples and found my way to Dr. Mabe's office (via Google and reading reviews). Such a nice group of people and accomodating as well as I called and got in the same day. Not only was this office a pleasure to be in, but that evening, after my procedure, Dr. Mabe called me himself to make sure everything was still good with the crown he put in...that impressed the heck out of me. Likely moving to Naples in the coming years and Dr. Mabe will become my new dentist.

The entire staff at Dr. Mabe's dentistry office is friendly, cheerful, professional, caring and considerate. It is a wonderful family dentistry but the staff is particularly kind to the elderly who are among their patients. I can speak of my 100-year-old mother and my ailing husband who seem to get exceptional TLC when they are there for their appointments. Very considerate people. Oh, and by the way, excellent dentist and hygienist!
