I can say Naples Dental in Chula Vista was truly my worst dental experience ever. In nearly 20 years of getting my teeth cleaned regularly at other dental offices, with really no complaints, that long streak was broken at Naples. According to Naples, a routine cleaning or Prophylaxis is simply polishing the teeth-The step all other dental personnel use at the end after a real cleaning. There is no metal scraping tools or small cleaning machines at Naples cleanings, nope-just polish. After the 5 minute polish, the dentist checked me out and told me there was no major issues. The dentist left and I was still waiting for my cleaning, I asked the assistant, and there it was, Naples tried to sell me there super duper cleaning, which my insurance doesn't cover and clearly I don't need. If you value your oral health, stay clear from this place.
