Our office is now OPEN for patients to schedule and reschedule general dental treatments. We follow the CDC and ADA recommendations to promote a safe and healthy environment for all patients that enter our care. Some of these steps include staff members wearing gloves, face masks, and gowns as well as requiring all patients to wear masks and using hand sanitizer as soon as they enter our office.
This also includes actively screening patients and staff for COVID-19 symptoms. Between patient visits, we clean, disinfect and sterilize rooms, instruments and all surfaces in our procedure rooms and operatories. Protective barriers are used throughout the treatment area.
Dr. Etessam grew up in Washington D.C., showing strengths in Math and Science throughout his earlier education, completing multiple college credits while holding a position in the Math Club and Chess Club as well as the president of the French Club during his career at Walt Whitman High School in Bethesda, Maryland. He also enjoyed and participated in Martial Arts, tennis, horseback riding and fast paced activities such as skydiving and auto racing. Dr. Etessam earned his undergraduate at the University of District of Columbia in Biology with a minor in Chemistry; he then attended Howard University where he received his D.D.S., there after he was accepted as an Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon Resident, which he attended for 2 years before deciding to practice General Dentistry in the state of Florida. He also received his certification in Advanced Orthodontics and TMJ from Mid America Orthodontic Society. Dr. Etessam holds state licenses in Florida and Maryland. In 1999 he opened his practice, Naples Dental Art Center, Inc., and is proud to be providing oral health care to his patients here in the Naples community.
Dr. Etessams thirst for knowledge keeps him updated and thoroughly educated in the many aspects of oral health care, earning over 300 certificates in continuing dental education in such areas as: Implant Surgery and Prosthodontics, Smile Restoration and Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics; including Invisalign and Inline Certified.
Dr. Etessams passion for knowledge in all aspects of dentistry allows him the ability to comprehensively treat each patient and work with them to create a treatment plan that best benefits the oral health care needs of each individual. Dr. Etessam believes his patients deserve not to be told what is needed, but rather educated on their oral standing and what is needed improve and maintain oral health and appearance. Each exam room at Naples Dental Art Center is equipped with interactive educational videos and computer imaging offering every patient the knowledge needed to make the best possible decisions regarding their health.

Dr. Etessam is an amazing doctor. He was the only one who found a solution for my daughter's tooth. Every other dentist wanted to remove her tooth but Dr. Etessam used his vast training experience to formulate a treatment plan for her without surgery. The staff is very nice, and they are always willing to help and answer questions. They are so kind and caring. We are so very thankful for Dr. Etessam and his team for providing quality care.

I was in Naples for a work event and unfortunately got a terrible tooth infection during the weekend. Dr. Estessam happened to be in the office on a Saturday and was able to schedule me in first thing Monday morning. After X-rays and pictures to figure out what was going on... Dr. Estessam gave me a thorough explanation on what was causing the infection and recommendations for next steps. He aloud me to call my home dentist to confirm procedure and to make sure it was the right direction. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND.. I have the worst anxiety with dentist / dental work and had a full on panic attack. The entire staff and Dr. Esteesam was so compassionate and caring, they calmed my nerves and we were able to proceed. Thank you sooo much Naples Dental Art Center for all you do! :)

After consulting with the doctor I decided to go ahead and get Invisalign. The doctor said it would be about a year and a half and prices were all inclusive. There were added charges. Once to make spaces between my teeth because my teeth wouldn't move. A year and a half turned into 5 years and my teeth never did move all the way. When I mentioned that I wasn't happy his response, "They look so much better than they did. Don't you remember?" First of all being 50 years old when the braces went on had I known that it would be 5 years and still my teeth wouldn't be perfect, and how much the cost would be in the end I NEVER would have gotten braces. FYI I was told by several dentists later that the traditional metal braces have a lot better results.

I was referred to Dr. Etessam by my brother, and I can see why. I have been looking for fair prices on Invisalign all throughout Naples, and Dr. Etessam provided the best cost with the best experience as well. I am very greatly for Dr. Etessam to be doing my Invisalign case along with his staff. I am excited to continue my relationship with this great practice. Visited last week due to a broken crown while on vacation....had a root canal and temporary crown that afternoon and permanent crown and cleaning today. Very impressed with this dental practice. State of the art dental equipment. The lab had my impression for my permanent crown while I was still in the chair and my temporary crown fitted.

So I came in there after long search of a good dentist & I do not regret. I need 4 extractions. He was honest about the 2 he couldnt do because of my nerve. He talked me through the whole process. Very gentle man! I am super satisfied. & very cost affective verse everyone else trying to charge me an arm, leg, & head! Doctor was super nice! Thank you!
