Dr D'amico and his team are sleazy. I gave a star cause I had to. My son had 4 wisdom teeth removed on 8/18. We were quoted $2,973 and my credit card was charged that amount. I provided proof of Insurance on 8/22. D'amico's office told me that I would have to put a claim with the dental insurance, which they did on 8/30, and I'd have to wait for payment from insurance. LIES..... long story short..... D'amico is in network with Humana and Insurance company told me that I should have only paid $248, which is 20% of the maximum amount, $1,173, he is allowed to charge. Humana would pay the rest. Turns out they also took the check Humana sent them as payment as well. They have $3,897, when in total it should have been $1,173. Now, they are making every excuse to not to give me a refund. ********Be sure to read their policy********...... they will charge you 50% of payment if you cancel any time before 30 days and they will charge you 100% payment if you cancel within 30 days. CROOKS!!!

hi iam alex dr damico did a great job on my mouth hes great and awesome and the front desk worker nathalie is awesome she got me in fast shes great with customer and dr damico did a great job on my teeths thanks again dr damico and nathalie for the awesome u guys were to me and dr damico has a great staff too Aplus iwill recommed dr damico to all my familly and thanks to nathalie for the appoiments and to alba and to karen the hygenist thanks again dr damico ilove u guys alot

Dr.D'amico is amazing I give him 5 stars as a de explained everything to me and provides great dental care. His team is great from Nathalie in the front desk to alba in the back . I sincerely recommend this dentist and his team

Dr. D'Amico and his staff are extremely proficient in the field of Dentistry and Dentures. I had a great experience with his assistant, Natalie, who was very helpful and pleasant. I would recommend this office to other professionals.

Horrific and traumatic experience to say the least. Biggest regret going to this office. Update 2022: I was told the woman Natalie at the front was fired after my horrific dealings with her. Based on the reviews below it seems she was not. As you can see her responses to client complaints are just a glimps of what she's like. I have asked for my records from this office multiple times, which would include the dentist notes. By law they have 30 days. I was never given them. I thought this doctor had made a wise decision for his practice firing this women but clearly this is not the case.

I have never encountered such an organized, professional, friendly and energetic organization as was discovered at the dental practices of Dr. Damico's organization. Dr. Damico is a magician when it comes to diagnosing and rendering options and treatment solutions. His staff headed by Nathalie Peres, Treatment Coordinator is the driving force behind this well oiled machine. I never thought I would ever look forward to a visit to the dentist, however I have achieved that dream.

I gave this place a one star for various reasons. The front lady worker, Nathalie Perez, has a very bad attitude when talking to customers. She is very condescending towards me and my family. She has canceled our appointments at least 5-6 times about 20 minutes before it's time . When I tried to cancel an appointment she said she wouldn't give me a refund even though I have all the papers and no where on it does it describe any fees or reasons to why she can't give me back a refund. I asked to speak to the dentist but she gave attitude and threatened to call the police even though I only asked to see the dentist and a paper describing the feel

Dr. D'Amico was excellent from Natalie at the front desk, to his knowledgeable assistant, Ina, & Maria. What was going to be a consult ended up a painless extraction (a long time coming) that same day, & a gentle manner! Dr. D was "matter of fact", and was not near as hard on the wallet as some of the Naples dentists I've been to! I'm sure having his own lab cuts a large amt of the cost! Very clean and professional, but had a little of the old time family dentist feel! My wait was only 5 min & the two ladies ahead of me had nothing but wonderful things to say about him! He does bonding, extractions, fillings, crowns, root canals, dentures, implants,...the whole shabang,, so I'll be back for a cleaning & comprehensive plan!! 5 stars!

According to your response, I made false statements . However, it appears that you are the one who has made false statements. If you do have those conversations, videos and other interactions recorded, no where have I been harassing your employees. In fact, I was the one who called the police the first time to demonstrate who is at fault. Second, I did not demand an instant refund. I asked why you (Nathalie Perez ) wouldn't give me back the full refund. The lady at the front (Nathalie perez) did not give me a full explanation which is why I asked to speak to the dentist. Nathalie denied my request and threatened me with the police, in which I called to demonstrate my willingness to cooperate. Thirdly, if you guys have evidence (which you guys do not have because all I did was try to open the door not realizing the office was closed) that I have been threatening and disruptive, you guys should release the video and interaction to the people in the reviews so they can judge the situation. So if you guys want to take it to court, be my guest. I have already filed a case with FDACS because all I wanted from you guys is an explanation with the corresponding paperwork regarding cancelation fees because the paperwork I received does not have any information regarding cancelation. This is the first step I will take and hopefully you guys will contribute because if not, we will take it court. I feel for the doctor because he is a good dentist but Nathalie caused us to leave.I have one question, who responds to these reviews ?

I would recommend this place to anyone with dental issues. I had to have a partical denture made as one tooth broke in half. Most of my top teeth were rotting out of my mouth, I was always in pain. Went to this place to have a full top denture done, had 11 teeth pulled and temp denture in place in less then 2 hours. They are very good at what they do, now I cry everytime I am able to smile with my babies. Thank you Dr. D'amico for giving me back my beautiful smile and my confidence!!!!

I honestly can't say enough great things about this practice. I had a tooth fail which resulted in the tooth and part of the crown breaking off. Oh yeah I swallowed it too. My regular dentist couldn't get me in and referred me to a horrible dentist who as soon as I sat down told me they didn't have time to fix what ever the problem was. I was reduced to a pile of tears in the parking lot and then I found Dr. D'Amicos office number. I called and they got me in the same day and were able to extract the tooth and set me up for an implant in a few months. They were so caring and compassionate. I honestly think he worked through his lunch hour to make sure I was taken care of. I would highly recommend the team.

Want to thank this office. Friendly and professional stuff. My wife lost her denture, and we were lucky to find the dental office which can do the same day. That dental office has it's own lab. If you need any dental service, I would highly recommend this office.

I have had my share of horror stories and have major anxiety over getting dental work done. Dr.D"Amico has a caring and compassionate office. No judgement, no pretense. Took great care with me when it came to my anxieties. I have never felt comfortable in the dentist chair before seeing Dr.D'Amico. He makes the whole procedure comfortable and has a very caring professional manner. Very informative on what needs to be done and how it needs to be done. They have done a restorative procedure for far less than Dr. Engle(who I originally went to to and quoted $66,000, and yes- not a typo!) for far less(almost 3/4 less) than I was originally quoted. Dr.D'Amico stated the other treatment plan was way too aggressive and we were able to get the same work done, with the same results, with a less invasive techniques. I now smile again and have a beautiful smile! Well worth your time and effort to come into see them! I will continue to come in to his office for regular maintenance care and any other thing that needs to be done! Words can not say how much I really appreciate the Doctor and his staff! A definite must do for all of your dental needs!

Dr. D'Amico's office refused to release my dental records when it was discovered by another dental practice that the crown he placed was not placed properly resulting in bacteria getting underneath, creating major pain when I chewed down on that side. Dr. D'Amico never reached out to me to try to resolve the issue. Had to have the crown removed, tooth extracted, and an implant replaced, by the other dental office. Kissed the thousands that I paid Dr. D'Amico goodbye. Reporting Dr. D'Amico to the Board of Dentistry.

I crashed my car and broke my front tooth!! I thought nothing could ever make it look like it used to, I was so scared. My dad told me to call Naples Dental and the doctor had me completely back to normal that day!! Thank you all so much!!

The staff and doctor are terrific. I had a bad experience with aspen and was able to get a free second opinion here and it was the best thing I could have done. I highly recommend Naples Dental & Implant Center

Called this office to find out information. The lady answering the phone couldn't answer all of my questions but was helpful enough stating that she would get someone on the phone who could help me further because she was fairly new. The lady that got on the phone after I patiently waited for 20 minutes, spoke very fast and asked what I needed help with. When I stated that I was awaiting an answer about a possible mutual patient, first, she didn't even let me finish my statement, stating that she was the office manager so what else could she help me with . Her response to me was very unprofessional, and her tone and attitude took me aback a bit, so I asked if that is how she treated everyone on the phone, and I felt her tone was disrespectful. INSTEAD of apologizing, she laughed at me!! and stated yes she did and that she was sorry I felt that way, told me to have a nice day, AND THEN HUNG UP ON ME!!!!!! This review is coming from a fellow professional in the dental world, and if she talks to people like that normally, first you might want to take a second look at who is managing your dental office.
