Superb professional office staff. Absolutely terrific clinical experience with my periodontal and implant service. Dr Cascino did an implant procedure. Wonderful caring Doctor. Highly recommend. Great location in Naperville.

Dr. Cascino placed a post for a future cap today. Excellent social skills along side Excellent periodontal work! Her assistant Diane, was also exceptional and kind. Truly, what more can I ask for? Highly recommend! 5 stars really isn't enough for this office.

I have been going to Dr. Susan Cascino's office for many years and had several dental implants completed by her. I am very satisfied with the results and really appreciated that she always analyzed each case carefully and explained details to me patiently. For some of my complicated teeth conditions, she discussed solutions and provided multiple options and then chose one that is best fit to my situation. Other members are all very friendly and make me to feel very comfortable.

This is a very nice and professional dental office. The facilities are lovely, clean, calming, and very soothing music is a welcome break. The staff and periodontist could not be more pleasant, thorough, patient and attentive. I would highly recommend this dental practice if you need periodontal services.

This is an office of gossips. They also do not know that no means NO! I had to decline X-rays 4 times. They are also the only office who unlawfully asked for my mask exemption which violates section 29 (5)(a) of the equality act of 2010. The office was harassing me and since I'm disabled refused to assist me by holding doors open for me to exit. I was told this office wasn't a fit for me and dismissing me for absolutely nothing I did. They were 25 minutes late in appointment and wanted to make up time. This was the most painful cleaning I have ever had. I spit blood for 5 minutes after wild quick flossing.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Cascino and her team. I had been dreading having to deal with my issue but everyone in her office made me feel very comfortable and cared for. They are so professional and knowledgeable and made me feel at ease throughout my appointments. I'm so thankful for Dr. Cascino's expertise!

I have driven 70 miles one way for 30 years. That says how great these dentists are. In addition to thorough care the doctors are friendly and knowledgeable. And the technicians are equally well versed on their responsibilities. The support staff at the desk are awesome. I highly recommend you visit. Pam B
