Dr. Pickett is a wonderful dentist. He strives to make educate his patients making them comfortable with any procedure as well. My whole family sees him including my 4 y/o granddaughter! Highly recommend. His staff is amazing, and all Hygienists make sure you're experience is as pleasant as can be.

Dr Pickett is a perfectionist: no treatment is mediocre, and the work is not done unless the outcome is to the point of perfection. This doctors office up-to-date organized, comfortable, and sanitized. His staff is accommodating/friendly and well trained. The schedule is efficient/timely. Charges are competitive -- in many instances most lenient.

Their office is extremely clean and they take precautionary measures with wearing masks, hand sanitizers all over, and clean air machine, etc. My hygienist, Annalee is the BEST. She explains everything to me and gives me advice where I need to clean better in certain areas. I have been going to Dr. Pickett for many, many years now. I can't imagine ever going anywhere else. I hope he never retires! I feel so good and secure going to this dental practice. : )

Dr Pickett is an excellent dentist. He has kept my teeth healthy for many years. His dental hygienist Tracy is gentle yet thorough and very personable. His office is conveniently located and everyone there is friendly and professional. His office manager Rebecca is very conscientious and more than willing to work with insurance companies regarding bills. I have recommended Dr Pickett to my family members and he treats a lot of them now.

I am so happy with Dr. Pickett's staff and with his kind support. With my periodontal condition l am learning after +++ years how to maintain good oral care and pay attention to problem spots in between cleanings. I have felt very comfortable and confident in this office. Annalee is a pro. Thank you all. Jan Krischer

I have had many dentists and hygienists in my life. Naperville dental group has the best hygienist and the best dentist among the ones that I have experienced. One interacts with hygienists more. So, hygienists are as important as dentists. I know only one hygienist (Annalee) and one dentist (Dr. Pickett). But I think they are all good within my limited experiences with others.

Dr. Pickett is a machine. Ditto his great staff like Tracy and Annalee and Rebecca. Good e-infrastructure and reminders. Flexible scheduling.. VR Oculus goggles to distract you during painful procedures...kidding! But I hear that's a thing (for kids anyway).
