Avoid the chains that only focus on money and no time with the doctor and instead head to Dr Willis, a former Air Force captain where your child will get personal attention and care with the best dentist in the area, most educated, and always striving to be at the cutting edge of Dental care going to pediatric conferences every month in New York, Philadelphia, and further afield Boston and San Diego California

Wonderful experience. I was a little nervous with my younger child and her cooperation at the dentist. They approached her in a caring manner and she did great. My older child said the dentist was fun and asked when can she go back. Thank you to Dr. Willis and her team.

Dentist is rather rude and has a bad bed side manner but still proceeded to take my kids to her. I recently got a letter she was no longer going to see my children as she is terminating her service with us as I cancelled my recent appointments due to positive Covid if her or the nurses bothered to listen. I definitely would recommend finding better care else where!!

Very upset with this place because I've been there for almost 10 years and that they took me off their patient list because of missing appointments. Facts are I do not miss appointments and they do not call me for my appointments and then they said I missed it.

Poor practice, I was behind with a bill due to COVID and working in a hospital being extremely busy, days just passed by.I paid my kids account and Nancy Willis Released my kids from her practice. I would never refer anyone to go to Nancy Willis please go else where.

I absolutely recommend this practice. They worked hard to get my son in as a new patient. It was his first dental exam ever and he was nervous. The women here from the staff to Dr. Nancy made him feel so comfortable and walked him through everything. Followed good PPE and social distancing. He had such a good experience! Thank you!!!

Posting from my husband's account** I am beside myself right now with this dentisty practice. I CAN NOT believe how inconsiderate they have been. My daughter has health issues and needs regular dental checkups because the medications she takes are very hard on her teeth. I was paying out of pocket and a previous dentist because I really loved the practice but the amount of work she needed was too much to pay out of pocket, so I decided to search for a new dentist. I found Dr. Willis's office, covered by our insurance. I called to set up and appointment and was told to send over her dental file to set up an appointment. A WEEK later I had to call back because noone called to set up an appointment and was told they will send out the info to the doctor and call me with an appointment.. A WEEK later I called again and was told the same thing..... NOW three weeks have pasted and I called this morning to see what the heck was going on told the office this is my 4th call .... all to be put on hold and then. Told "sorry dr. Willis isn't taking any new patience" ........ OKAY, why would you make me jump through hoops, send info, and wait THREE weeks when my four year old needs dental work done. Unbelievable would not recommend. Update to my post dr. Willis did personally reach out to me and apologize for this situation and how it was handled, which I greatly appreciated. She explained that they were unable to do the amount of work needed within their office. Which was not explained to me originally.. still unfortunate that it took three weeks for a response, however, sometimes these things happen and get lost in communication

Never will i EVER TELL ANYONE to go to this office. I received a letter today telling me she would no longer take my son all bc i asked a question why he was getting two more caps done when i was told he only needed two. Then after it was explained i said I'd call back an set up an apt my son did not want to go he was crying and carrying on bc all the apts were set so close so i would call back in two weeks. Let alone im pregnant with twins and almost due. How I'd get a screaming 4 year old into the office NO ! And i wasnt forcing my child ! Then i receive a letter she will no longer take him bc ONE time objecting or questioning what was being treated !! No most rude an absolutely NO respect for her patients or the parents thoughts !!!! NEVER WOULD I TELL ANYONE TO GO TO THIS OFFICE EVER! !!!! AND PERSONALLY I THINK SHE MILKS THE HELL OUT OF PEOPLES INSURANCE! ! There was no miscommunication. I spoke with someone in the office an i got nothing but ignorance. An a few others I know have had nothing but problems. I switched to Casey Dental an they are absolutely amazing never had issues an I can go back with my children an they don't STRAP kids down by their wrists to sit in the chair to be treated. Your a joke.
