Dr. Bagel and her team are a top-flight practice - with great patient care. I highly recommend them to anyone for orthodontic or dental services.

I'm extremely disappointed with my last visit with Dr. Nancy Bagel. First off, when I came into the office I arrive 15 minutes early for my regular cleaning appointment, like I usually do. I waited an additional 15-20 without anyone letting me know what was going on and why it was taking longer. Eventually, I asked the receptionist why it's taking so long, she mentioned that Dr. Bagel was still helping out another patient. I could overhear in the other room and she was already done with the patient, but was talking about personal things (vacations, family, etc) Now, I completely understand that it's always great to have conversations with your patients and wouldn't have bothered me as much if someone had come and let me know or given me an update. When I was finally called in, Dr. Bagel was rushed and very rough throughout my cleaning. Also made me bleed a few and I felt like the cleaning was not thoroughly done and too quick. When she started asking me questions about daily cleaning and flossing, she was rude and not at all like her previous interaction. My daughter had also come in before for a regular cleaning, called the office to verify that she was on my insurance before making the appointment . They confirmed and I even called the day of the appointment and the receptionist verified once again that my daughter was on the insurance and was covered for a regular cleaning. A few weeks later I get a bill for her cleaning which states that she was not covered after all and I had to pay in full. I called the office and the receptionist said that when they checked later that afternoon ( even after I called before her appointment ) and had said that she was not covered after all. Thankfully, after filing a claim my insurance did cover, but the fact that I was lied to was not okay. I will not be coming back and after my experience, I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Nancy and her team are the best!!! I started going to Nancy over 25 years ago. I moved away and just moved back to the area. While I was away I bounced from dentist office to dentist office. So glad I'm back!!!

Doesn't know what she's doing. Nice post, fell out twice! An actual professional I sought finally, said she is ridiculous and uneducated, and not up to date on proper procedures. I could sue her. The actual professional, gave me all documentation I need for a full refund.

Dr Bagel is amazing and her assistants as well Irene and Suzana, Its a very friendly environment !! I've been a patient there for many years and now I also bring my family we all love Dr Bagel!!!

I'm probably not alone when I say this, "I'd rather be anywhere else than be at a dentist." Dr. Bagel's Office is the EXCEPTION. They understand. With the warm reception & assistance of Irene & Suzanna, going to their practice is rather enjoyable & pleasant. It makes missing my daily flossing worthwhile. Need dental work? Look no further...

Dr Bagel and her staff were terrific in treating our dentist refusing daughter. We tried three dentists and thought we might need a hospital visit to get some fillings done. However, Dr Bagel's patience, firmness and good "chairside" manner won the day. Excellent care!
