This is a scam business. They dodge cleaning your teeth then profit off of the damage. Its like a tire shop that scatters nails in the parking lot. They have allegedly had only one dental hygienist for about two years now, although I've never seen them. So they are either refusing to pay competitive wages and benefits or just want to keep the scam going. I never bother to write reviews good or bad but this place had it coming.

After having been a patient here since 2016 and enduring multiple appointment cancellations, location changes (once having an appointment switched from their old Collinsville location to Wood River) and now, poor communication, I will never recommend this place to anyone. I have had my cleanings moved back several times POST pandemic and the last one earlier this year (2022), I entered the office after calling to confirm it (because they cancel you without letting you know.) and I was told I had not paid my bill for three years. LOL... Short story is since they have closed all of their other locations, they lost paperwork. By the time I was done doing my OWN homework, we had it down to a clerical error a year ago but my wife and I had not had service for over a year due to their constant cancellations. No apology...nothing. The Doctor instead talked to me after I insisted on speaking to him and I was given a story about how bad his previous employee was. Very unprofessional. Do not go here...

If you're looking to avoid getting your teeth cleaned look no further. My appointments were constantly getting pushed out to where it would've been a year in a half in-between cleanings. I finally just told them to cancel my appointment and I'd find another dentist. Don't waste your time on them. If I could give 0 stars I would.

This dental office is trash...they dont communicate properly with the patient...service is very slow ive been waiting on teeth since March and i came today and the lab hasn't sent them yet i received no call no voicemail regarding my appointment today so in short i came for nothing.....and they still dont know when im gonna have teeth.

Loved the Hygienist and Dentist! Very Modern and Clean office. On Time! Highly Recommend, will definitely go back in 6 months for my cleaning!

Horrible to say the least. I wouldn't give a single star at all. If you think you have an upcoming appointment, forget about it. You will be canceled within days before your scheduled and confirmed appointment. All to be rescheduled 6 months later and have that appointment canceled as well. The hygienist is rude and unprofessional, the dentist is short and not thorough at all, you can't answer questions because the have the slightest idea... it's just a mess. I would not recommend at all. Save yourself the headache, hassle and get yourself a peace of mind with a more professional office because this one is not it

If you are looking for a good dental Office this is not it. I had appointment with them this month well it just happened they reschedule me again and again. So I said I'm done!

The dentist is extremely rude. I was told that I would be the first appointment of the day. Even called to verify this the day before as I can only take so long off work. Long story short I was there for a hour and didn't get a simple filling that was needed left with my face numb waited in a dental chair for a hour to be told well your not my only patient .

This practice incompetence sent my husband to the hospital where he spent 7 days in the icu with a breathing tube! This office is a joke and needs to be shut down!

Man idk, there's some really bad reviews here but I had a good experience?? The receptionist and assistants were very nice and the dentist was quick and professional. I didn't feel a thing during my tooth extraction. He was in and out within ten minutes. Without insurance, it was $35 for the emergency appointment and $130 for the tooth extraction.

Well I'll start from the beginning in September. I made an appointment was impressed they got me in quick. Was told I'd get the work done two weeks later so had another appointment to get a tooth repaired. The dental assistant filled my tooth for a crown imprint then the dr came in and saw the swelling and referred me to an endodontist and said they would call me to set up an appointment. This was on Wednesday. Thursday comes and goes still no call. Friday i reach out to nameoki to ask again when the endodontist would call. They assured me i would get a call on Friday. Still nothing Friday. Something traumatic happened in my life so it went in the back of my mind. At this point this is still unprofessional because i didn't receive a call from the dentist or endodontist and heard nothing again for a while.. until a little over a month later i get a bill from the dentist for almost $200. They have still not completed the work. More unprofessional in my opinion since i was still yet to get a call from either. brush it off as a bad place and not to go back and set the bill in my bill pile. Until last week when i get a missed call from a number i don't know (no voicemail) but it looks local so i call back. It's nameoki dental. I speak with the person who answers and tell them my name. They transfer me to the "manager" who asks if i have seen an endodontist. 5 months later! This woman tried to cut me off multiple times through out the call and was extremely snarky and rude. I am beyond ticked and still have a bill i have to pay and still am no further in getting my tooth fixed.

This dental office continually cancels my appointments and wants me to reschedule. This place is horrible and I would NEVER recommend them. If you want cheap, unprofessional service, then they are for you!

I highly recommend that if anyone has a medical condition they rethink seeking treatment and wasting their time and money at this dental office. I was suppose to get a tooth extraction and because the dentist doesn't know how to handle epileptics he would not proceed with my treatment. Instead they referred me to a higher priced specialist telling me it wasn't their fault and they couldn't deal with me. Both the dental office and dentist made me feel horrible. All the other patients overheard the conversation as well. I was horribly embarrassed. I can't help being epileptic.

They schedule an appointment and cancel. I've even confirmed an appointment and then they still call and cancel. I could never get in for the constant canceling.

They have literally rescheduled every single one of our (family of 5) appointments in the 2 1/2 years we have been with them since moving to the area. It's very frustrating when you schedule your work and other appointments around your dental appointment to only have them want to reschedule constantly and only right before the appointment wanting to push it out 45 days. We had no problems with the service once we actually get into our appointments so it's fine if you are in no hurry and have nothing else on your schedule for the foreseeable future; however, if you have things to schedule around, I would try somewhere else more dependable and reliable with their scheduling.
