A native of Fresno, CA, Dr. Greg simply loves being an orthodontist. He believes that keeping patients safe, comfortable, and cared for is his calling, and he feels very privileged to treat all of his patients. Dr. Nicole has a truly remarkable passion for providing exceptional orthodontic care. She believes in promoting a fun, healthy environment for children and informing all of her patients about treatment and how to maintain proper oral health.
Dr. Greg and Dr. Nicole both grew up in California and the Nalchajian family has been in Fresno for about 70 years. Dr. Greg's dad was a dentist and his uncle was an orthodontist, which inspired him to go into orthodontics. After finishing their education and training, Drs. Greg and Nicole decided to move to Fresno to be near friends and family and were excited to treat patients in their home state. Dr. Nicole was able to work with her father at the practice before he retired, and she cherishes that experience and the knowledge that he was able to pass down to her. They are here to serve their community and profession by providing the highest standard of care.

Nalchajian Orthodontics has two offices located in Fresno and Clovis, California. You can find our Fresno office on the northern side of Fresno on N Fresno St, and you can find our Clovis office on Shaw Ave just down the street from Clovis High School. Dr. Greg and Dr. Nicole look forward to caring for you and your loved ones and to helping all of our patients smile with pride!
Dr. Greg loves being an orthodontist and makes the safety and comfort of his patients his top priority. He cares for each patient as if they were a part of his own family. A native of Fresno, Dr. Greg is unwavering in his high standards for patient care and ensures every patient and parent feels welcome and at ease.
Dr. Greg received his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from UC Irvine in 1982. He earned his dental degree from the University of Southern California and his certificate in orthodontics from the Eastman Dental Center in Rochester, New York.
Dr. Greg frequently travels internationally, giving lectures to orthodontists on orthodontic practice management and treatment for the Invisalign system. He has lectured for Align Technologies at their annual meetings and has helped hundreds of orthodontists improve their practices.
Dr. Greg and his wife Julianne have two sons, Parker and Adam, both of whom played horns in the symphony orchestra and jazz band during high school and college. Parker is a computer app developer in Southern California, where he lives with his wife Jenna, a corporate attorney. They have a pet bunny named Socrates (a.k.a. 'Socks').
Adam is married to Emma, and they live in Fresno's Tower District. Adam is a system analyst at Valley Children's Hospital, and Emma teaches English at Roosevelt HS. They have a rescue pup named Sirius Black.
Greg and Julianne are active members at Free Grace Church in Fresno. Dr. Greg likes to take drives in his vintage Datsun roadster and restores old stereo equipment in his free time. Be sure to ask Dr. Greg about his days as a rocket scientist and as the lead singer of a band!
Dr. Nicole enjoys spending time with her family and is a devoted wife to her husband, Toufik, and a loving mother to their two sons. In her family, playing soccer is a popular way for them to all spend time togetherin fact, her husband used to play professionally. Back in the day, Dr. Nicole was pretty good, too!

Friendly staff who accommodated me on multiple occasions schedule wise and when I was in need of an emergency repair. Very knowledgeable doctors who want the best for their patients. Highly recommend them for ortho needs.

The clovis office has always done a great job scheduling both my kids together, and squeezing us in when our 1.5 hour drive interferes with scheduling. Everyone is kind, understanding, and does a great job seeing me and my kids as people. Thank you!

Very good experience here. Took my daughter here and myself a few years back. Never have to wait very long to be seen. Staff are always polite and friendly. Been to other medical offices and the staff are rude, and unfriendly. Both locations treat you well.

I came here in December hoping my smile could be fixed, it's now June, I've had invisalines on the top and bars on my lower teeth to correct my under bite and in just this 6 months my teeth have shifted and changed so much I can see a huge difference. I am already moving to liners on the top and bottom in a month and I am so happy with how much progress has been made. Nalchajian group has been so wonderful through this whole process! Thank you all again! I cannot wait to see what more progress brings!

Excellent business, and excellent customer service. I had some issues being able to continue with my Invisalign. They listened to me had NO judgment at all and provided a great resolution. I now have braces and they are so much better for my lifestyle and surprisingly less painful for my case. My children see them and yes, we will be getting braces for them when and if necessary. Thank you!

Recently completed Invisalign through Nalchajian Orthodontics. Friendly and knowledgeable staff across the board! Never tried to push anything that I didn't need. Would (and have) recommend to anyone, including family and friends.

We have been so impressed by Nalchaljian Orthodontics. The staff is always kind, friendly and knowledgeable. My daughter has a cleft palate which is, of course, much more complicated to work with. We are about halfway through treatment and the before and after results are remarkable already! I would confidently and highly recommend Nalchaljian Orthodontics!
