Dr. Bryan Nakfoor grew up in a family where having a great smile was a top priority. As a teenager, he spent summers and a few hours each week working in his fathers orthodontic practice. It was in this setting that he discovered his natural aptitude for working with his hands, and he became fluent in the language of teeth!
Dr. Nakfoor attended the University of Michigan and earned an undergraduate degree in engineering. He then graduated with honors at the top of his class from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society. He went on to earn his M.S. at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in the Department of Orthodontics. In 2008, Dr. Nakfoor earned the status of Diplomate from the American Board of Orthodontics and renewed his certification in 2020. It is a distinction attained by only 33% of orthodontists in the United States.

This is truly the best orthodontics experience! The level of care is amazing and they make trips to the office so enjoyable. Love the office space, love the trivia, love the rewards, love the staff and love Dr Nakfoor!! Emily at the front desk is amazing and she is always willing to help. Wonderful orthodontist and efficient staff. We had two appointments for my sons and did not need to wait more than a couple of minutes to be taken back. Front desk receptionists, Kim and Emily, are very friendly and eager to help!

This was my first appointment. My 80 year old mother was recently injured from a fall and knocked 2 teeth out. I was very impressed with the whole staff. They treated my elderly mother so sweet. Dana was so nice reassuring and made my mom feel safe. All sate of the art dental equipment. Very impressed. Excellent staff and dentist!! Bringing momma back for her new teeth next week. She isn't scared after meeting everyone.

Emily and Kim at the front desk are always so friendly and helpful every time we visit, and having 9 year old twins, we visit often! We have expanders and Invisalign and we've had a very good experience so far. Karol (Carol? Sorry on spelling) in the back is a complete rock star. Everybody back there is! It's so nice to see the same friendly faces each visit and know we are in good hands. Karol has helped us many times and my kids are so comforted by her calm and fun and kind demeanor, as is this mama. We appreciate all the kindness and excellent care we receive at Nakfoor, and love the new busse office!

We always have a great experience. The new office is beautiful. Gina and Emily were super kind explaining everything. They were gentle and made the kids laugh! Nak4 orthodontics is a great place to take your child for orthodontia. Dr. Nakfoor and staff are great with kids! My son just got his braces off and the result is beautiful, straight teeth.
