Just had a FANTASTIC appointment with Dr. Naipaul. Since moving to the Carolinas, I've neglected going to or looking for a new dentist. Finally decided to go back to the Atlanta area for a dental visit, it was worth it, and I was not disappointed. Dr. Naipaul's " bedside" manner always calms me, as well as his attention to detail. His staff is always very professional and friendly, maybe it could be that his practice is NOT a chain, so he takes his time to make sure your care is truly personal. Thank you Dr. Naipaul, for ALWAYS making me Smile like a Winner!!!!!

I go the dentist regularly for routine exams and cleanings. I have a pretty solid regime at home which includes brushing, flossing and using a fluoride mouthwash. I don't have any issues with my teeth. No pain, no bleeding, so sensitivity, no bad breath, no tartar, no loose teeth no problems. This was one of the worst dentist appointments I've ever had. It was my first time going to Dr. Lyndon which I only decided to go to him because I moved to the Dunwoody area and wanted a dentist that was closer to home. I made an appointment for an exam and cleaning (this is my normal routine). After waiting an hour to be seen even with a schedule appointment I was taken to the back to get my x-rays done by the young lady at the front desk. She was actually very pleasant and made me feel comfortable. After completing my x-rays I waited another twenty minutes or so before Dr. Lyndon and his assistant finally came in the room. He started probing before his assistant was ready with a camera so when he came across an area that he wanted to take a picture of, he left the probe stuck in my gums for an extended time causing pain and bleeding while his assistant got the camera ready. I made a groan indicating that he was hurting me which the he then told his assistant to give him the camera quickly. He later tried to use this same picture to say I have periodontal disease around that tooth and another tooth that he aggravated as well with prolonged probing. He advised me to have surgery. Excuse me surgery! I barely have any plaque on my teeth. What are you talking about? Ok, so you're one of those dentist that make unnecessary recommendations to pad your pockets. And although my insurance would pay for it, I didn't feel comfortable at all with moving forward with dental surgery. I advised I just wanted to keep it basic for the first visit. He refused to clean my teeth and left out of the room while his assistant tried to tell me that if they cleaned my teeth without numbing my gums it would it hurt. I told her it would not hurt. It has NEVER been painful to get a cleaning. Then she tried to bring up when I groaned earlier. I advised that was because he left the prong stuck in my gums for about 10 seconds and if he did the same thing to her she would groan too! This dentist can not be trusted - This ended up being a complete waste of my time. STAY AWAY!

Just went to this dentist for the first time today. I am so glad to FINALLY have found a great dentist here in Atlanta who takes my insurance. Everyone in the office was very friendly and the dentist was excellent and caring. Easy to schedule, good communication, caring, punctual, all around great experience.

Hi hi.... In the past I have had bad experience with dentists. So I had to make an appointment to see Dr. Lyndon Naipaul for the first time. I was so nervous. But on reaching the clinic I felt so relax with the customer service. It was excellent. The young ladies at the front desk took good care of me. When Dr. Lyndon Naipaul took over he was so professional, kool, and caring. I felt so comfortable. He is an awesome dentist. You can see that he loves what he does. He brighten my smile 100% with a couple of visits. He is the best dentist I have ever met. I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks Dr. Lyndon Naipaul.

I would love to say and speak on behalf of my family and I, since going to Dr. Naipaul for our dentistry work for almost the last 10 years, his work has been absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. From feeling little to no pain when taking my wisdom teeth out to the fillings work on my parents. I will keep going back!
