Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

Dr. Dhillon made my visit painless, effortless, and quick. Everyone from the receptionists at the front desks to the assistants were so nice to deal with. They are sweet quick and make sure they are personable. Dr. Dhillon thanks for calming my nerves and getting me in and out in such a fast manner. My go to dentist from here on out!!

Today was my first time at Naglee Dental Group and i had such an Amazing experience. Starting with the front receptionist Kaylee who was welcoming and helpful to then having x-rays with Jasmine who explained her every step into what was next which made things feel very comfortable because exactly what she said is what was expected next, then meeting with Jasmeen Pabla the Dentist who examined my teeth and then explained what plan she recommended best for me and who answered questions kindly and finally Jessica Ponce the Hygienists who i want to thank again for deep cleaning my teeth and making this experience that much more exciting. She did such an amazing job, i was so impressed by her work. I mean I've had my teeth cleaned in the past many times elsewhere but never like today! This woman (like i told her repeatedly) was meant to have this type of career. She was so gentle and paid close attention to me as she was working on my teeth. Just to say that i had no reaction while she was deep cleaning my teeth and that alone explains just how careful she is. Thank you Jessica!!! I highly recommend you. You are awesome and great! Overall the entire experience at this office today was absolutely fantastic! I would highly recommend Naglee Dental Group and that's why I will be informing my family and friends of this place. I thank everyone who i got to meet with today for making this such an amazing experience and for doing such a great job. Keep those great personalites and welcoming smiles going because they not only go a long way but impact your patients in a very positive way. Thanks again to all of youll!! Horrible service. Every time you go they charge insurance out of network & charge you extra as well. When you call with those bills you don't find anyone to talk to. Dental cleaning they barely clean you your teeth for 5 min & if you have kids they are very rough. Hate them the dr & all those girls at the front desk who answer the phone. Worst dental service you ever go to.

Went there for myself and family. The work quality is average to what is we as consumers would expect. Communication is always with a side spin of trying to sell you more service or procedures. My deep cleaning charges copay was double of what i had paid in bay area with same insurance company....mainly because more complex sounding minor procedures were sold. In short, we left the practice in favor of another in Tracy. This place has folks with better sales skills than dental skills.

Scheduled a follow up specifically with Dr. Aggarwal to correct work she had done around bonding a couple of my teeth a few weeks ago. The problem was with the color of the bonding which was very different than my original bonding, and I was getting comments from family and friends that the color of my teeth had changed. I showed up for my scheduled 1:30 pm appointment, and I was seen by another dentist who was not aware of what I was there for, and she insisted that Dr. Aggarwal added filling and did not do full bonding, which is not true. Made me feel as though I was lying, and on top of that she commented that if I had done the work 2 months ago and was OK, why am I having an issue now. Obviously, I did not realize until my family and friends started commenting on my teeth, thus the reason for the follow up appointment. In any case, she finally agreed to add some whiter filling on the surface of the teeth, polish it, and be done. However, she mentioned a couple of times that she did not like to do bonding and preferred that I go with veneers, which is of course 5 times more expensive and not really necessary. I had bonding for over 25 years and recently I chipped it due to my own negligence. To make a long story short, I waited, waited, and waited until 3 PM before deciding to leave. As I was walking out, I ran into her, and I asked if she could be done by 3:30 because I had a meeting at 4:00 and needed to get back to work. She said we were pushing it but agreed to try. I went back to the patient room, and a minute later the nurse shows up telling me that we have to reschedule because the Dr. has another patient a head of me that she has not seen yet. Huh, 1) if my appointment was with Dr. Aggarwal, why was I passed along to another Dr. who was not even capable of addressing my issue? I had mentioned the specific reason for the follow up when I booked the appointment. 2) If the Dr. was not comfortable with bonding, why was I asked to stay unnecessarily? I felt they purposely delayed things, so I would leave on my own. 3) If my appointment was at 1:30, why was I told at 3:00 that there is another person a head of me? This place is seriously a joke and ran by a bunch of high school kids who don't understand the concept of time management, respect others' time, or understand the basics of customer service. Very very disappointing. I hope whoever is in charge of this office reads this review and takes the appropriate measures to change what is not working. Keep in mind, only 1.5% of people who have a negative experience write online reviews. So, this could not be an isolated incident.

Yesterday was my first time visiting the office and seeing Dr. Kaur. The office was very clean and organized and had state of the art equipment. All of the staff members were awesome and I was really happy with the treatment that I received from Dr. Kaur and my overall care. I even went ahead and committed to a long-term treatment plan with them and they were more than happy to work with me on the financials.

From start to finish I had a great experience. I thought my appointment was the day of, turns out it was the next day... they understood that I had work the following day so they accommodated me and squeezed me in for a filling and deep cleaning. My phone died, and the assistant pulled a charger out of her purse for me to use. Everyone was extremely happy although they had an overfilled schedule. Thank you Naglee Dental! Looking forward to my follow up in 3 months!!
