Dr. Nadine Soga, her colleagues and staff are always, welcoming, professional, of the highest standards. Me and my parents before me -- and our teeth! -- have been benefiting from the attention and care of both Dr. Soga and Dr. Thomas Rams for some 40+ years. And now in these times of Covid, it is reassuring to go to a dental practice that takes great care in its cleanliness and safety protocols, and that use the latest dental technology and practices.

Dr. Soga and staff are always attentive and thorough. I'm a wuss when it comes to dental exams, and Dr. Soga takes her time and lets me know everything she's about to do. I've been a patient for many years and feel like I am part of the "family".

After moving to DC, I saw Dr. Soga for my routine cleanings. She suddenly found cavities that, I thought, had been missed by my previous dentist. After having some fillings done, she would find cavities at almost every cleaning. I moved away shortly thereafter and saw a fantastic dentist, who could not find any at all and I have since had none. I now regret not having sought a second opinion before having any work done here. She also wanted to perform a procedure in direct contradiction to the advice of two other dentists I had previously seen. When asked why, she stated that I wouldn't have to worry, insurance would cover it.

Best dentist in DC. Thorough. All work top notch, precise and finished with artistic, mathematical exactitude. Friends said great, and never a wrong step. Can't ask for more. If she retires I don't know where I'll find equal.

Today appointment was unique. I had something called a deep cleaning. I was suppose to have another deep cleaning appointment next week. They knocked it all out in one session. As is always the case with this office they go above and beyond to offer the best services possible.

Dr. Soga and her staff are all excellent! I picked a new dentist in DC mostly based on proximity to my home and good reviews, her office is super convenient and I couldn't be happier with the quality of care I've received.

The dental and periodontal care of Dr. Soga and Dr. Rams are excellent as they have always been. The extra COVID-19 measures, including the wide use of Germ Guardian air purifier with UV-light sanitizer, speak to the superb quality of service and attention to patient care.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Dr. Soga's office - which is not something I ever thought I'd say about going to see the dentist, let alone during a pandemic. Dr. Soga was kind, thorough, and very communicative. The hygienist was also gentle, knowledgeable, efficient, and just a pleasure to interact with. The front office staff was also wonderful- they called me before my appointment to make sure I understood what my insurance would cover, and gave me an (accurate!) estimate of my bill to ensure I didn't encounter any surprises. All of the protocols in place for COVID were adhered to, and I felt very safe during my entire visit. I was in an out in just over an hour, which included new patient paperwork. I'm not a person who typically write reviews, but I had such a fantastic experience here that I had to say something! Highly recommend.

I normally don't leave reviews, but I read a lot of reviews. I chose to go to Dr. Soga's office because there were so many good reviews. I'm sharing my experience because, I would have appreciated reading a review like this before I went. I moved from home to DC, and went to Dr. Soga for a cleaning. I was told I had 3 cavities, and that they were going to monitor 2 spots for potential cavities. I scheduled my appointment for fillings. The office called to cancel the day of my fillings and told me they would call back to reschedule. They never called, so I called them. We talked about a few dates, they said they would confirm and call back. Again, they never called back. I called again - but then the pandemic shut everything down. I moved back home. As things are opening up again, I knew I had quite a few cavities that needed to be filled - so I rushed to get an appointment at my trusted dentist I have seen for a couple of years before moving to DC. I went in, they did a cleaning and told me I had 0 CAVITIES. I had a few spots that they would monitor, but overall my teeth were very healthy. The dentist I see at home is very well regarded, has many top reviews, and even some "Best of" in the city awards. This home dentist has helped me with previous dental issues I've had before and I really do trust them. I do not trust Dr. Soga's office. I'm not sure what's going on there, but if you feel like something is weird it probably is.

I broke the side off a molar with a big old filing in it. So, it required a crown. Dr. Soga's office fit me in promptly. And Dr. Soga did the first part of the crown process painlessly. I think she if fabulous!

Their office is the worst. I went for a simple cleaning, and they put stuff that I wasn't aware of and they charged me 50 dollars for. I asked I thought the cleaning was covered by the insurance and they said they put extra stuff which is not covered. Also, they have been trying to ask me to get "personalized" night guard which cost $200 out of pocket. They booked my cleaning in 5 months and I did not notice until after the cleaning they asked me to pay the full amount because insurance only allows one clean every 6 months. They are dishonest and rude. Avoid them if you can.
