My undergraduate studies were concentrated in Biomechanical Engineering at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, but I always knew I wanted to make a direct and positive difference in people's lives. I attended the University of Connecticut where I earned my Doctor of Dental Medicine degree and continued on to the State University of New York at Buffalo where I received my Master of Science degree in Orthodontics. My education gave me the knowledge and training needed to provide my patients with the best care possible.
I am a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Northeast Society of Orthodontists, and the prestigious Seattle Study Club where I regularly attend meetings and seminars to learn about the newest advancements in my field. Continuing education is a very important part of keeping my practice up-to-date with current technology. I also serve on the Maine Cleft Lip and Palate Team at the Maine Medical Center.
I grew up on a cattle farm in the Catskill Mountains and have lived in Kennebunkport since 2001 with my wife, Christina, and our three children, Lucas, Penelope and Cecilia. I love renovating and landscaping, and it seems I always have a project going on with my father and brother. I am an avid lover of the outdoors, and I love relaxing outside with my wife and children.
I also love to travel! It may sound crazy, but I have gone swimming in the Amazon River and hiked the Inca trail at Machu Picchu. While in dental school, I organized an expedition to Peru to provide dental care to villages along the Amazon. After the dental expedition we traveled to the Andes Mountains of Peru to the ancient city of Machu Picchu.

As one of Dr. Nadeau's assistants, I help with all aspects of patient care from taking impressions and X-rays to changing wires and teaching proper oral hygiene. Having previously assisted in a general dental office enables me to guide patients with how their braces will affect their oral health. I enjoy the variety that every day brings and the interesting patients that bring their beautiful smiles to us.
Carlton, my wonderful husband and I have two grown sons, DustinandDakota. I am a huge hockey fan (Go Bruins!), which the decade plus of being a dedicated Hockey Aunt to my oldest nephew has only reinforced. As he always said Aunt Christie ties my skates the best!I also love to travel, enjoy cooking andbaking, and spending time with family, friends and their littles.

We are off to a great start! We love Dr Nadeau and his staff! Michelle is very comforting and kind and Dr Nadeau is kind and funny. Both are great with our teenager. Everyone is very professional and great at explaining all that will be happening to my son's teeth. Hale was glad Dr Nadeau called later In the day to check on him and give him tips on how to ease the discomfort and which kind of mouth guard to use.

I've great experiences with everyone that works there . The receptionists are always very polite and are very caring people ! My experience with the doctor has been excellent. I really like the fact that they start by doing X-rays and talking to you about what he sees going on with my body . I've been going there about 6 months now and my body is feeling better then it has in years . I will continue to go back for my monthly visits because I am seeing great results! Thank you to all the staff for everything you do for your patience .

Dr. Nadeau is a wonderful orthodontist who thoroughly reviews treatment options to come up with the best plan for each patient. He is sympathetic and personable. He took care of my daughter and now he is taking care of me.

I could not possibly hahe asked for a better orthodontic experience for my daughter. Dr.Nadeau is AMAZING. They make everything so easy including payment schedule. There were other options closer to home, but I am so very glad we chose Dr.Nadeau.

We LOVE Dr. Nadeau! He is the most caring, genuine and thoughtful orthodontists - or practioners we have ever had for our children. He is down to earth, honest and communicates well. He has called us every evening after a bigger appointment where a child got their braces or other gear just to check in. We appreciate him and the entire office staff- they are awesome to work with! We love Dr. Nadeau. He's so caring and considerate of his patients. I've gotten calls each time my daughter has had anything more than just her usual elastic/wire change by Dr. Nadeau himself that evening asking how my daughter is doing and giving us advice to keep her as comfortable as possible. I've never had an experience with such a kind and caring orthodontist. I highly recommend Dr. Nadeau!

Hands down the best experience I have ever had in any doctor or dentist's office ever! The staff is friendly and clear. The process was professional and efficient, and Dr Nadeau is such a great, relational person. He was so down to earth and friendly that I had to ask him if he was Dr. Nadeau! They know that orthodontia is expensive and I had a huge sense that they were up front, aware of the expense and very affordable. Look no further for an orthodontist. Dr. Nadeau's practice is the best and you will be very happy with the results and the experience.

Dr Nadeau and his staff are amazing. With the new protocols these days, no parents allowed in, my 11 yr old knows he is in a safe environment and can handle being in there alone. The staff take time to come out and explain. Dr. Nadeau even goes the extra mile with new braces on kids. Definitely recommend the office to everyone.

Dr. Mark and staff have been kind and considerate, and sensitively accommodate Bella's new needs after a major medical event. I recommend these wonderful people to everyone!
